I love the design of these shoes and I love the way the cushion feels in the footbed. I HATE the heel. I've been trying to wear these things for 2 years or so and every single time I get blisters on my achilles even after walking just a short distance (approx 1/4 mile). I deal with it by putting bandaids on my heels every time I wear them but I wish I didn't have to.

There isn't anything really wrong with this shoe, it just wasn't quite the style I was looking for. I have narrow feet, and there was actual space between my foot and the side of the shoe--the result was a rather bulky look, and I could tell that my foot slipping in and out of the shoe would cause blisters while walking. If your feet are regular width, these would probably fit much better. I do think they felt nice and supportive, but were slightly on the stiff side. Not sure how comfortable they would be after walking a lot. They did have a bigger heel than I was expecting, too--definitely not a flat shoe.

I ordered a size 10 WW (EE) of this shoe...it felt huge on my foot and I thought I had been sent a size 11. I checked the box and no, it was an American 10; however, the box also listed its size as UK 8 and Euro 42. A 42 in Europe is an 11 in the US, so maybe this particular shoe was mislabeled. (It says the same thing inside the shoe.) Anyway, I need a wide shoe for my large feet but not that large...had to send them back.

I love the look of these shoes, but the heel is way too wide even though the rest of the shoe fits well. With nylons, I can't hold them on despite how many insoles I've used. What a shame. Wish the heel were more narrow.

These shoes look really cute – in the box or when you are wearing them and look down at your feet. But after deciding to keep them and wearing them at the office, I caught a glimpse of myself in a mirror. Now I am not so sure. I started thinking that I looked like a pixie or an elf. The toes are sort of curled up and I can actually see the soles of the shoes when standing and looking at my reflection. The fit felt great when I first put them on and the first time I wore them. The second time was a different story! Bad blisters on both heels!! I purchased the size I typically wear – but maybe they just fun small.

These are very cute shoes, but they did not come close to fitting. I usually take an 8W, but I barely got my feet into these shoes and I did not even bother trying to stand in them. They have very stiff uppers, too. Back they go...

I'm normally on the small side of a size 7M, and was surprised that these shoes were just too short for my foot! The width was fine, but the length was just not right. I bought them to replace a pair of workhorse ballet flats I'd worn to death, and was so disappointed that these were also quite stiff. I'm returning them.

These shoes felt very tight to me. The toe box felt narrow and thin. I took the insole out and that seemed to help some. The back also felt very stiff and rubbed badly.

These shoes are beautiful, and just what I wanted. Delivery was prompt to boot. The only problem was that they are WAY too big.

Ordered in my usual size but they felt a little snug. Exchanged them for a 1/2 size up. The fit was better. But in the end, the heel was a bit more than the flat I was looking for originally. The toe is a little strangely rounded. Good shoe for someone with long feet to make them look shorter!

Toe box width was great! However, shoe was too long even though I have ordered and worn this size from Zappos several times. Kept slipping off heel. Also bed of both shoes was strangely LUMPY. Center of heel and ball of foot in both shoes really lumpy and uncomfortable.

Not enough arch support. I'd love to love this shoe. Just won't cut it. Some cushion support in the heel and ball of the foot but with no arch support.

This shoe was very cute, but the minute I put it on it was extremely tight in the toe, The toe area is very boxy, short and tight. Returned.

These are really cute shoes, look great with slacks, but I needed them in a half size larger to be comfortable (10w instead of a 9.5w). They are not the most comfortable shoe in the world, the leather is very stiff and there is little cushioning in the sole. They don't "break in" very readily. I would not wear them if I had a lot of walking to do, but they are fine for the office.

Too long for my 8.5/9 size foot, and the top is rather stiff - it dug into the tops of my feet, which is not comfortable. Perhaps it would get softer once worn in, but if it doesn't soften up, it will be too late to return them.

I really like the look, and the great support, but I am hoping the leather uppers eventually will give way with a little more flexibility. As it is, the edges where the top curls around rub a bit. I'm also not sure the curled up toe space is as helpful as I anticipated for my hammer toes, but generally speaking this is a comfortable shoe.

I'm finding that the quality of Hush Puppies is going a bit downhill. I've ordered this exact model of shoe before, and as I've experienced with other Hush Puppies shoes, they are not as comfortable as they have been in the past. They are VERY stiff -- it would take a long time to break these in. Also, Hush Puppies tend to curve up slightly at the front, but this last pair I ordered curved up WAY too much. Aside from the stiffness, which made the shoes pinch, they were true to size and very cute. If you have the patience to break them in, go for it. I am going to send these back.

I am a standard 7 shoe fitting and can usually go with a regular fitting shoe but this shoe is tight across the base of the toes and short in length with no wiggle room at all in the toe. It is strange the way the front turns up as well but maybe that is the fashion now. It is a soft leather but I would not expect it to give much to accommodate being on the small side. I will return it because it just isn't the right size.

These were surprisingly small. I ordered a half size larger than I normally wear, and they were still 1/2 to 1 full size too small. I loved the red color, but had to send them back (and, unfortunately, they weren't available in the larger size).

These are very cute. I wear something between a 7.5 and 8, unfortunately neither fit me. The height of the toe box was too shallow hitting the top of my toes. The 8 had nearly an extra inch at the heel, and the 7.5 was just a touch too tight based on the height of the toe box. Cute but not comfy enough to wear -- a flat needs to be walkable.

I usually like Hush Puppies, but these didn't do it for me. The inside lining of the shoe isn't that well cushioned; I don't think these would be great for walking around in all day. The bigger issue was that the top of the shoe is made from very stiff material, which cut into my foot and was very uncomfortable. I had to send them back as a result.

I ordered three different sizes of this shoe trying to find one that fit because I love the style and dark red color. I can't explain it because it does feel true to both size and width but still doesn't feel like it FITS comfortably. I finally decided it was something about the style that didn't work for my feet. So sad.

What a pretty leather shoe, but I did not like where the criss-cross leather hits on my short wide foot. It may not bother others. They are well constructed, nice heel height for walking, good inner support and felt appropriately wide enough but once again struck my foot wrong.
