It has no support, is uncomfortably warm, the soles get dirty quickly, they are uncomfortable, the tags inside are scratchy. I expected a lot more from a famed UGG product. I would've returned it if not for the soles having gotten dirty from a short time of use.

I was expecting to step into a slipper with nice soft padding, but that is not the case and the label is right where you put your heel. Never again I these slippers are so uncomfortable. I would have never bought them if I was in a store and tried them on.

These looked like they were going to be perfect for me, when I saw them online. Unfortunately the material is way too hard on top of my left foot. Idk why, they are just hard. My husband actually bought them for me, as one of his Christmas gifts to me. He just wasn't sure which one's to buy, that's the reason he wanted me to look them up.

I have had an UGG pair of leather slippes for 6 years and they were old black leather slippers. So I ordered black leather slippers thinking they were like the old pair I bought 6 years ago. I received them and they are not the black glossy leather I thought they would be. They are more like a black suede and not at all durable like my old pair. I was very disappointed and after looking on the UGG website it seems they don't make the durable glossy leather anymore but still advertise them as black leather. The picture is deserving and also the bottom of the slippers aren't even leather they are suede as well. Very disappointed

Pretty disappointed with the slippers. I may just pitch these and go back to the cheap pair I wore before.

These slippers were rightfully named. I should have known! Urban Dictionary: Scuffed. /skf/ adjective - 1. Of poor standards or low quality 2. Referring to something broken / not working as intended. What does scuff mean in slang? (slang) Poorly made or done; of low quality Got these scuff slippers (RED) during Christmas. I was excited and oh so happy. However, the status I am starting to experience is PAINFUL. It feels like I'm walking on sharp ROCKS. What an extremely disappointing representation for the Ugg company. These slippers are hard, uncomfortable, flat, and unforgiving! Why would Ugg make such a horrible product! Everyone who gave the slipper a 3, 4, or 5 star rating are telling lies! There is no way these slippers desire that high of a rating! I vote for these low-level making slippers to be DISCONTINUED! I'm better off walking barefooted on the cold floors for better comfort. As you can tell I'm very heartbroken and upset.

My bf did not like It. I returned it 12/31 and I still haven't gotten my refund. So Frustratin.

After only a month of owning the Scuff Slippers, the fur lining at the front of the slipper has completely worn away under my toes and the ball of my foot. Did not expect this from a brand such as UGG. Very disappointed.

Super cozy & looks nice on the feet, but unfortunately if you were them for too long they start hurting your feet because they get flat. Also, DO NOT let a drop of water fall on these or they would immediately look like you bought them years ago.

Uncomfortable, bottoms arrived w/markings

Bought these for my husband. The soles are so thin that they provide little insulation and are worthless out of the house. Also I hate the way UGG puts the label in the heel area of the innersole where it is NOT COMFORTABLE. I took them out for my husband (which meant I couldn't return the slippers) and he still hated them.

I got these slippers for my husband and he hates them. He was excited to get some ig slippers. He says they are super uncomfortable they are super flat it feels like he's just walking on the floor. They hurt his feet don't have any cushion. He says he would of been happy with some $24 slide sandals then these.

I bought the slippers for my fianc for Valentine's Day. He said they are so hard and uncomfortable can we return them. I'm very sad to think that UGG brought out a slipper that is so flat and uncomfortable without any padding at all. I find that very unusual and very sad. This is a company I purchase a lot from. And now I have to go through the troubles in a pandemic to return them and hope to get my money back!

I got these as a Christmas gift and was super pumped. However, after a month they were already worn down as if I had worn them for years. When I contacted customer support they said I would need to pay for shipping and they wouldn't know what my refund or store credit would be. A pretty useless warranty if I have to pay to claim it.
