i got this for christmas and was happy i got new slippers. but once i tried them on they just felt so stuff. there is NO support. but they are warm, dont get me wrong. i had to return them because they were not very comfortable.

I bought these because of UGG's reputation. I wore these slippers for 3 days and tossed them in my closet. I would have returned them if I wouldn't have bought them to far in advance of wearing them. They killed my feet! The bottoms are really stiff and hard, Not comfortable at all. These slippers are not even worth 1 star.

This is the best online experience I have ever had! Zappos has very friendly staff and they treat you like family. I received my order earlier than expected. This is not my first or last order with Zappos. Zappos is the best!
