I think this is a quality product and well made. I have a regular pair of Ugg slippers I've had for a long time and love them... and they show the years of use. Which is why I bought a new pair. I should've just bought the same model. I'm a 69 year old male with a fused lower back which affects my balance and movement That said, if you're a senior with balance problems stay the hell away from these slippers. I bought one size up, from 9 to 10. A size 9 in Ugg slippers is too small for me. The problem is these slippers don't stay on my feet. If I back up they stay in place. As I move they get loose on my feet and I come out of them. I know, I should've sent them back but I thought I'd get used to them. I'm also stubborn and I refuse to lose this battle so I intend to master these slippers. Just a word to older folks, unless you've worn this style in the past, don't buy this style of slipper now.

I bought these for my dad a few years back and would not recommend investing in them. The suede/leather is great quality and they are attractive looking, but they aren't comfortable long term. Over time the wool gets flattened and unfortunately you're left with no support. This happens within about a year. They have little support to begin with, as you would imagine, since they are really flat and kind of stiff. The price is lower, yes, but in the end the twenty or thirty dollars you save isn't worth it. Look at the more expensive Ugg slippers with more support.

I picked these up because of positive reviews and reputation of brand. I returned them because there is no cushioning on sole. You might as well be walking on a bare floor. Hard tile and wood floors make comfort a big deal to me and that right there was going to send these back no matter what. On top of that the sizing is off. I'm a 10M in shoes, but I usually buy 11 in slippers or sliders to have some space at the heel. This pair was a size 11 and my foot was sitting practically on the end of the heel. It also felt like I had some furry animal attached to my foot, so back they go.

Again, it is beyond me why the reviews are so high. The bottoms feel stiff and uncomfortable like walking on cardboard. The Ugg tag at the soul digs into your feet constantly. They do not look all that great either. They are totally over priced. The only good thing is that they are easy on and easy off.

Very disappointed. Ordered my 3rd pair of the Scuff; quality is significantly worse. Obviously I had been very happy in the past. Ordered new ones to replace 9 month old scuffs I'd nearly worn through. The old pair has more "padding" after 9 months of wear than these did out of the box. Previous ones felt wonderful out of the box; these are a huge disappointment. Not sure what's to blame.
