Great shoes, AMAZING company. When I didn't receive my order after 3 days I called customer service who told me the order was delivered to another address I had on file. I explained that this was a mistake and they picked up the package and had it to the correct address less than 24 hours later!

Love this shoes. I was debating for awhile whether to purchase these shoes and finally my husband got them for me as a Xmas gift. As soon as I received them I put them on and found them to be a big snug but I totally loved the warmth and comfort. After walking in them after the first wear, I realized that they stretch to fit and actually are amazingly comfortable. I love love these Mocs!!!

I received a pair of these in gray a couple years ago and am obsessed. I still wear them as indoor house shoes in the winter and they're magical. I bought this red pair as a gift and the recipient LOVED them! She wears an 8-8.5 and the first pair I sent was an 8, but they were just too small for her. Swapped them out for 9 and they're a perfect (with or without socks).

Favourite Uggs product. Love the fit though I size up for extra comfort and no breaking. I buy the new insert sole when the old one gets patchy and usually don't have to replace them for two or three years. I have another kind of uggs slippers but these are my indoor and outdoor favourite. Comfort and durability are keynotes for these slippers. I do have boots and shoes but the slippers are my fav.

I've had these slippers for about a week now and I have to say I'm a fan. I've always went the Scuffette route for slippers in the past, but wanted something a little different this time. I went with my gut and ordered a size up, and I'm glad I did, because there is NO way my true shoe size these would of fit. They are SUPER WARM!

Wear a size 8.5-9 in regular shoes. This was my first Ugg purchase. Got in a size 7.5 was a little snug on pinky toe had daughter who wears 9.5-10 wear for a couple of hours to stretch felt perfect after that. Purchased black w/red trim. Very cute, warm and comfortable. Have worn to doctor office and have received compliments.
