I love this place. My daughter wanted Ugg shoes the week of Christmas she tells me this. I went to just about every store that sells them and no luck. I go online and Zappos pops up with the best price so I ordered them December 23 thinking that either I had to pay more to get them by Christmas or they will arrive after. I received them the very next day with free shipping. I love this company and the way they do business.

These slippers are super warm and comfy. I usually wear a size 8.5 and the size 9 fit me perfectly. They feel a bit tight initially due the fuzzy lining. After a day or two it mats down a bit and they feel amazing. Easy to slip on and off but also stay on your feet.

Bought these for my mom. She had other slippers similar but not the Ugg brand. She fell and got hurt and I decided to purchase these and she absolutely loves them. She received them for Christmas and has worn them every day since. Great support and comfort. So happy with purchase!!

Love these to lounge in around the house, hotels, campground, while traveling, anywhere! I have to get infusion treatments and these are my favorite shoes to slip on for these appointments. I usually wear 8 1/2 and wear 8s in this style so may want to order size accordingly. Wore my first pair out and treated myself to another pair!

Zappos is the best place to buy from. Santa (I) ordered these for my wife for Christmas, checked the size from her other Uggs and ordered, turns out the slippers run a little small, no problem Zappos already has the right size on its way to me, and ship back the smaller pair, no charge. That is Customer Service!!!

I have not taken these off for 5 days (besides to shower and go outside) I love them! So comfortable and very warm. Love the hard bottoms I know they will last for a long time. The first day they were very snug from the fluffy insides (I have very narrow feet) but now they are slowly forming to my feet. I definitely recommend, totally worth the price.

I bought a pair of uggs slippers /mocs at our local shoe store and within a few months the stitching began to unravel. I sent them back to Uggs and they sent me a new pair right away without a problem. They are expensive but worth it with such great customer service.
