i purchased theses shoes last year after x-mas and quikly realized they smelled awful. cute but i recommend that you stick with the cheep slippers.

I got these and i thought they were going to be comfy, NOT. My daughter got a pair from [...] and she LOVES them, well i figured id get a nicer pair from UGGS, but i like hers better. These are too tight. I wear a size 6 and i cant even wear them i have a wide for but not to wide, but i just returned them. I will say UGGS returning system is GREAT

I was extremely disapointed by your product. This is my first UGG purchase and probably my last. After one use the moc spread out and I have a narrow foot. It looks bulky and clunky. There is absolutely no support and my feet hurt after a couple of hours of use. I was flying and was sitting most of the time. I can't imagine what would happen after a long period of time standing with these on and I don't want to find out. What a disappointment and waste of money.

My 14 year-old daughter HAD to have these Uggs and this time of year they are sold out in most retail stores. Zappos had them though! And they were in her hands in just a day or so. What a great place to buy shoes! The free shipping is the tie breaker in my mind. Nothing like trying them out in the comfort of your own home. We love Zappos!

Ugg slipper fell apart within 2 weeks -
I bought these slippers for my 13 year old daughter for Christmas. She absolutely loved them at first and took great care of them. But, after 2 weeks, one of the shoes completely fell apart.

This was my first pair of Keens and won't be my last! Super comfortable and great arch support for my aching feet. They are just a little clunky looking but I don't mind since they feel so wonderful. I ordered my usual size 10 and they fit well with or without socks.
