For years I've worn the Dansko Professional Cabrio faithfully. I worked for an airline and stood at work 12+ hours a day, and no other shoe allowed me to do so without throbbing pain in my feet and legs. I also have high arches and I love the support these shoes give me. I even wear these shoes and several other novelty pairs that I own on my days off from work. I no longer work for the airline, but I'm hooked! I rarely wear any other shoes! However, I've recently read about the outsourcing of Dansko, so I ordered the Sanita Professional Cabrio to compare them to my original Danskos. They are the same shoe and they even have the original Dansko patent number (0000240) stamped on the bottom. I love the blue and I'm thrilled to add them to my collection. However, other than the fact that I love my shoes, I love Zappos! I ordered them last night at 840P MT and they arrived today at 1P! Zappos upgraded my shipping for free and I received them in less than 24 hours! Now that's customer service and I'll continue to order my Sanita clogs from Zappos! Thank you!

After an unsuccessful store search for Sanita clogs in my size (40), I ordered some from another on line site. When they didn\'t fit, I had to pay the return shipping fee. Not so with Zappos. I checked out their free return policy before ordering. To my delight, I was notified of their shipping date by email, the shoes arrived promptly, and all that was needed for returns was included. Luckily, I didn\'t need the latter as I am very happy with my new clogs. Thank you, Zappos.

These shoes are great. I put them on and was able to wear them all day, the first day! I have several pairs of Dansko, but have been having trouble finding Dansko that aren't tight on the top of my foot, solution found. These are perfect and will be a staple in my shoe closet for years!

These are absolutely the best shoes I have ever owned. There is not a shoe out there that gives quality arch support like these shoes do. I have chronic plantar fasciitis and these shoes make all the difference. I have tried others, but none compare. I have three other pairs and not only are they supportive and comfortable, they also wear like iron. 2 pairs that I have are about 5 years old and still look as good as the day I purchased them. If you buy these, I am confident you will not be disappointed.

I am a nurse and work on my feet for 12 hours at a time. I used to wear running shoes but I would come home with my feet and hips aching considerably. A friend suggested that I try Dansko\'s but after some research I found out that they started outsourcing their product and the quality went down. However, Dansko\'s old manufacturer Sanita now sells the old shoe under their own name. So I bought one pair to try it out and loved what I had found. My feet and hips rarely if ever ache and I now own four pair! I even wear the shoes on my days off with jeans because I am so addicted!

This is the second time I have purchased these shoes from Zappos. My dog ate the first pair. I work at a hospital and walk all over; these shoes are the best for me. I went with a size 38 which is a size larger (I wear 7s usually) as suggested, and they fit fine. The support they give my feet and legs is totally worth the price. I was without them for 2 weeks when my dog ate the other pair and I had to get more because my feet hurt terribly! Zappos is the best! They upgraded my shipping to overnight without asking, and I had my new pair the very next day! My feet thank you for my new shoes!

These shoes are wonderful! Though I am in my mid 40's, I have major bunion problems as well as minor arch support issues. However, wearing these shoes does not aggrivate either problem and they actually feel very comfortable. Styling works for casual with jean or on the slightly dressier side with dress pants. I am in the process of replacing my pre-existing Naturalizer loafers with Sanita shoes due to the better support they offer.

I ordered a 39 because I'm a 8.5 usually, and wanted to err on the side of bigger rather than smaller. At first I thought they were too big, but as soon as I wore them to work (restaurant) I realized they were perfect. Very comfy, much more than the pair I had last, which were 38, but seemed to fit, and got all sorts stretched and bent after a year of shifts.

A friend of mine recommended Danskos but after careful review of the product I decided to go for the Sanita, I purchased four pairs and I am not at all disappointed, true to size I am a size 6 and purchased a 36. These shoes are the best. I would also like to leave a comment about Zappos having the best customer service I have ever had, shipping is fast, I even received a handwritten card from the lady that assisted me with my first purchase. Way to go Zappos I love shopping with you and will continue to do so.

I have been a long time wearer of Dansko clogs, until recently. I bought these same shoes, but the Dansko brand (or very similar at least) about 6 months ago. Well, they weren't at all like the Danskos I've always loved; the soles were squeaky and the leather scuffed up terribly. After a few weeks they looked really awful. Come to find out, Danskos are no longer made by Sanita. I got the Sanita Professional Cabrio instead, and they are perfect!

I love the Sanita clogs. Taking advice for other reviewers on getting the Sanita over the Dansko was a good choice. I've known other people to get blisters from these shoes, but I haven't had any problems. I was also advised to buy a size bigger. I'm glad I did. I work on my feet 8-9 hours straight and now my feet and legs are pain-free! Just be forewarned about them not possibly working for you. Wear them around the house at first, to be sure. It's a lot of money to pay for a pair of shoes that won't work. As for me, they're worth every penny and I could see them lasting for a long time. Also, no better place to order than Zappos! I've been shoe shopping with Zappos for a few years now. They are awesome about returns and customer service is the best.

I have only owned these shoes for about a month, but wear them every day. I ordered them for work because I have always had heel and knee problems when I wore other shoes. These shoes really help with that, so much so, that I even wear them on weekends. I was wearing an 8.5 pre-pregnancy, but now I am in a 9 three months after the baby. I ordered the size 40 so that it would fit like it is supposed to, sliding off the heel. However, I think my pinkie toe is affected by this and it tends to make it tender. I remedied the situation with a band-aid and it feels great. Despite the toe incident, for the comfort this shoe provides I do not regret my purchase. The shoe is a little quirky looking and very bulky. My husband thinks they are very funny looking and fit my personality; I don't know what to make of that.

As a retired Army officer and, currently, as an adjunct college professor, I've spent a great deal of time on my feet. Six years ago I purchased a pair of Timberland clogs. They are still in great shape, but the color, dark brown, sometimes doesn't fit with the colors I'm wearing, according to my wife who seems to forget that for many years I wore the same color clothing and boots to work! We are about to attend our son's wedding (he's also in the Army) in Hawaii. My wife insisted that I had to purchase a pair of black shoes which weren't boots, thus the purchase of the Sanita Professional Cabrio in black leather. I've worn them for about a month and they are quite comfortable. I'm thus far pleased with the fit, feel and craftsmanship of these shoes. The cost was also quite reasonable. I'll let you know in six years if I still feel the same.

These clogs are everything Dansko used to be! The new Danskos don't measure up to the old ones, but these Sanitas definitely do. These are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. A size 39 fits my slightly wide size 8 feet perfectly. And Zappos' service can't be beat!

Another awesome pair of shoes! Since fracturing my spine I do not sit well and therefore work on my feet for about 12 hours per day. Did I mention that I broke my foot too? These shoes have saved me. Very comfortable for both "conditions." I live in them. These are a little higher in the arch than their Dansko counterparts. If you are looking for a more snug fit in the instep, go with the identical shoe in Dansko. For more room in the instep, stay with these. Sizing a little odd. I wear a womens 10 1/2 and always wear a 42 in these.

If you liked the old Dansko but are disappointed with the new ones, try Sanita. They are as comfortable as my old Danskos were. They are a bit snug but the leather stretched out as fine leather usually does. Their sizing is a bit off. I grew up in Europe and my shoe size has always been 38 and my size here in the US has always been 7. They consider size 38 a 7.5 and 8. I think their 38 is more like 7 and 7.5 here in the US. I'm so glad Zappos decided to carry them.

I've always been a Dansko girl, but they have recently changed for the worse. They now make their shoes in China and have changed the footbed. I bought this same clog in Dansko and it hurt my feet and knees so badly I gave them away. I couldn't return them because I had brought them to the cobbler to have them stretched. I did a little research and found out that Sanita is the same shoe as Danskos once were. The Sanita clog is a blessing. I'm so glad I found this company. If you loved Dansko, Sanita is the answer. This shoe is awesome and super comfortable.

I needed a shoe I can wear all day, but still looks a little dressy. These shoes look too much like nurse's shoes. I ordered up a size as other reviewers suggested. It was too big and the arch is too high.
