I can not say enough about the service here at Zappos. I had ordered another pair, but wasn't happy with the feel of them when I got them. Found this pair, ordered them and I am a very happy camper! Customer service went above and beyond the call of duty. I will be back!

I bought these shoes for my daughter and she loved them! I ordered them late (just before Christmas) they arrived the next day. They take some getting some used to walking in, but she does feel the "burn" in her calves and back side. The shoes work just as advertised! Zappos came through for our family again! I have never been disappointed with their service.Thank you.

I absolutely love these shoes! And I truly love shopping with Zappos! I have wide flat feet and plantar fasciitis that flairs up when I don't take care of my feet. These shoes are very comfortable and give me plenty of room for my feet. I wear them all the time and have no heel pain associated with them. They are very light, too. It took me a short while to get used to walking in them because you are a little off balance.

I love Skechers Shape ups Fitness Junkie. I have major problems with my knees and back and there are some days I can barely walk. I work 40 hours a week on cement floors on my feet . As soon as I started wearing these shoes I noticed great improvement. It was like walking on a pillow. There were many days with no pain at all and I feel improvement all the time. People I work with saw the improvement and there are quite a few who now wear these shoes with similar results. They are the best shoes I have ever worn.

Best money spent. I purchased 2 pair of these Shape Ups and have sold many friends on not only the product but doing business with Zappos. This company is outstanding to do business with. Everyone helpful, nice and professional. I would rather shop with Zappos than go to any store. You make shopping delightful. Thank you for caring about us like the other stores don't.

I have had surgery of my feet four times. So my foot problems are many. These are the world's greatest shoes for me I love them. I now have 4 pairs. I have a friend with heel pain that is now gone since wearing them. I think my butt is still the same, but my feet are great. As for Zappos I don't know how you do it but the service is out of this world. Love these shoes and this company.

This shoe is great. I definitely felt the stretching in my legs. Used them at Disney World for three days, very worth it.

I like the shoe, but have a hard time finding my pivot spot. My daughter had these shoes and thought they would help me with my knees. She is a lot younger than I am. I find walking in them is easier than standing in them.

The fit was exact. Not hard to get used to. Not sure how they work, just getting started using them.

After suffering from shoe related foot pain for some time, I was positive that these shape-ups were going to be just another gimmick. Boy was I wrong! From the first day I wore them to work (retail) I couldn't believe the comfort and at the end of the day I didn't find myself pulling them off and throwing them across the room! I don't see a need to ever were anything else to work again! Although here's hoping for some cooler colors, enough with the pink and baby blue. Zappos is awesome!

This was my first experience with Zappos and was very impressed. My daughter wanted these specific Skechers and even Skechers.com did not have them. She loves them and I would recommend them and Zappos for a wonderful experience in on-line ordering.

I've been one of the skeptics when it comes to these shoes. How can a shoe help you tone? That only comes from hard work! After wearing them for about a week my boyfriend commented that my butt seemed firmer! Maybe they do work. They're also really cute on.

Best shoes ever! I just had foot surgery and these were recommended by my surgeon as they lighten the load in the heel-toe strike pattern. I bought MBT's and New Balance also, wore them around the house to compare and thought these were the best!

I love this shoe but it does run a 1/2 to one size smaller than a usual shoe.

Zappos you are great! I love these Skechers Shape Ups. Very comfortable shoes I wear them all the time. I ordered my normal size and they fit great. I love them so much I bought a second pair.

I love them. Very comfortable and not much of a learning curve to walk properly in them. You can feel them working while you walk.

I bought a pair of Skechers Shape Ups and absolutely love them. I remember one day that my hip and back were really hurting and I wasn't sure what to do about it. I had taken my pain meds, used heat and nothing seemed to help. I put on my Shape Ups and was I ever shocked to find that my pain was gone almost instantly. I haven't worn them in the summer because it has been too hot. However, I can hardly wait for winter to get here so I can wear them daily. Even my orthopedic doctor approves of these and says they will help me a lot more than any of the other athletic shoes. Hooray for Skechers and Zappos. I love my Skechers and plan on buying a pair of sandals soon so I can wear them in the summertime and continue to get that great workout.
