I'm very happy with these shoes. I have found that Birkenstock's were the most comfortable shoes I own while healing from a flare-up of Morton's Neuroma. The shoe is roomy and supportive as well. This brown color is very dark and goes with even black clothes.

I have bought so many shoes over the past few months trying to find comfortable shoes for my hard to fit feet, I finally decided to give these a try as I had just about exhausted my choices. I wish I had started here first. They are amazing. my feet and back do not ache when I get home from a long day out, they look fine with jeans or a skirt with tights and a sweater. I am very thankful that I was able to find these in my size!

These are the most comfortable shoes! I have foot issues and Birkenstocks are the only ones I can wear without pain. I want them in every color! I'm getting used to the looks: pretty blocky, but I'm going to make them fashionable!

I have flat feet, and nerve pain in some of the toes. I am looking for comfort. I have always loved Birkenstocks because they definitely deliver, and this shoe continues the reputable history. The leather upper is a little hard, which I was worried about upon trying them on; however, with socks, I do not encounter any discomfort. I think blisters might develop if worn without socks. The soft footbed is a great addition to an already immensely comfortable shoe. However, I think the added cushion definitely adds bulk to the shoe. I wear these with slacks and jeans. They are not dainty, but they have a cute factor to them with the t-strap effect. The sole is a little lifted up front, which gives the shoe a rolling effect when walking. It kind of reminded me of the Dansko in that manner. I would for sure purchase these again, and I know they will only get better with time.

I didn't think these would fit. My feet are narrow, I have high arches, and wearing Birks was always out of the question for me. But these come in narrow, and they fit perfectly. And, even more, they show off my collection of colorful handknit socks. I recently wore them all day every day while on a three-day retreat at a monastery with no discomfort whatsoever. I routinely wear them when singing in the church choir where I am on my feet for at least an hour at a time, three times a week, and sometimes on a concrete floor. They provide a solid base and let me forget about any foot or leg discomfort that activity might bring. My only quibble is that the toe box is a little big and not too roomy on the inside, but big on the outside and it took me a little while to get comfortable with that and stop worrying about tripping over it. Now, though, they are my go-to shoes when I have to walk the dog... at least until the snow starts piling up here.

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable that they actually seem attractive. They do look good with jeans. The soft footbed provides perfect support and comfort. I have looked at them for years but never could bring myself to try them because of the clunky shape, but foot problems finally drove me to value comfort above style. This is the third pair of Birkenstocks I bought this year, after the Bostons and Arizonas, and all are wonderful. The leather did seem stiff at first, but shaped to my feet in just a few days. My feet are happy!

I love these shoes. I have wide feet and have a hard time finding shoes to fit. These shoes in the regular size run wide. They are perfect for those of us that love the Birkenstock sandals but can't wear them all year long.

These soft bed Birkenstocks are amazing. These do not need to be broken in at all, and they are like walking on clouds. Please note that my Size 6 turned out to be Size 36, as I had to return the Size 37.

These are extremely comfortable shoes. I was looking for shoes that provided excellent arch support but were more than sandals. I have always liked Birkenstock sandals so I was open to trying a Birkenstock that was enclosed. I do need to warn wearers that the black color from the leather rubbed off on my socks when I first wore the shoes. Also, that first day I had trouble getting the left shoe fastened. I do not know if it is just me or if the problem was with the shoes. After struggling with the buckle for 15 minutes (and a lot of frustration), I got the shoe fastened. Except for those two problems, I really like wearing these shoes and feel that I made a good investment.

I love them. they are so cute (unlike the picture). I had to order a size larger, but they fit perfectly. And I love Zappos!

I have no arch in my foot, which has caused severe plantar fasciitis. Birkenstocks always fit the bill and feel awesome on my foot, so I was thrilled to find a closed-toe pair I can wear during the cooler months. I have never tried the soft foot bed, but it feels just as good as the original. I highly recommend these shoes, especially if you are looking for comfort!

I work 9 hour shifts on my feet and with these my feet are no longer cripplingly sore after a day at work. They look cute with boot cut jeans/pants. I have wide feet and the regular width was more than accommodating.

The shoe was too tight on left side and too tight top to bottom in toe area.

These shoes are the best. Soft footbed and a good arch make a great combination. The leather is sturdy and hasn't scuffed at all.

I love these shoes! My podiatrist recommended Birkenstock s for my plantar fascists but I live in Illinois and all I could find were sandals here. Love the closed back....very comfortable but took a few days to break in because of the low heel. Love them and just ordered more.

Very comfortable shoe. I live in a city and walk miles each day, I wanted a comfortable shoe that didn't look terrible. I know they aren't the most stylish shoe but yet I've still gotten compliments. They were comfortable right out of the box and I have barely taken them off since I got them.

Best shoe for fall! Comfortable. This shoe in regular width fits my wide foot! Just as comfortable as my Berky's saddles but warmer for the cooler months! I even get compliments... so cute they say.

Great shoes. My feet were hurting and now they are feeling so much better. Great arch support and love how they mold to the shape of your foot. Plus the reason I picked the Birk - Paris style was because I wanted to be able to wear them in the winter. They are full shoe and not a sandal. Only downfall is the price... it is a small amount for some but a large amount for many. Steep price to have proper shoes but one could argue that it was worth it. I recommend these shoes.

Love, love, love these shoes! The soft footbed is incredible. I bought the Paris enclosed heel in Habana Oiled Leather. So comfy and attractive too! Great shoes and great service!

I like these shoes although I would have much rather had the hard foot bed, the toe gripping feature is not as good in the soft foot bed. The London model has hard foot bed although in my opinion the Paris are more feminine. I usually wear 2 sizes below my regular size for Birks sandals, but with these it was only 1 size down. This said, I absolutely love them. I'm a young practical person, and they fit my bill of being comfortable, lasting long, and looking feminine without sacrificing this femme comfort. My boyfriend was hesitant when I told him I wanted to buy these shoes, but after seeing me wearing them he says he loves the way they look in me.

This is a great shoe. I can't recommend it enough for comfort if you have foot or back problems. The enclosed heel avoids a common problem with the clogs in that they can come off your foot if you're not paying attention (no big deal in the house but a possible problem outdoors...although I love the clogs too!). I love the oiled leather look too. 5 stars!

Birkenstock's are the only shoes I can wear without pain. I've even gone for hikes in the woods (wearing London and Paris styles) which I haven't been able to do for years. I have been delighted with the Paris and would be happy to buy it in other colors.

Comfy and Cute - Love this style of Birkenstock shoes! This is my second pair (first pair are sandals) and I have to say, the soft footbed really does wonders for my feet! The shoe is a little clunky looking, but it's not so bad - I'm able to pair these shoes with any outfit without it looking horrid. Overall, these shoes are amazing!!

Absolutely love these shoes- but then again my podiatrist requires me to only wear Birkenstocks. These are the nicest-looking ones I've ever had.
