After reading someone's review about "swimming" in her regular size, I took her advice and sized down. I wear a 9 & 1/2 shoe, so I ordered the size 9. My toes hit the front of the boot with zero wiggle room (in thin socks). I'll be exchanging for a size 10!

I'm either a 7.5 or 8.0, and I ordered these in an 8 and am pleased with the fit. With thick socks, they fit well. I plan to wear these for years.

I am so disappointed! OK, full disclosure, I'm a guy, but these just spoke to me. Was very excited when they arrived today -- tried them on -- everything was going fine until I tried to pull them up to calf-level. Unfortunately, Bostonian's curse -- having to work everywhere, we're un-blessed with giant calves...are there any other similar boots here? I really would prefer not to go with ankle-high ones, and the guy ones are so drab...help. =(

I wear size 10 women's I listened to some reviews and bought a size 9 too snug ordered another pair of size 10 they fit perfectly with the room for the boot socks these are beautiful durable boots.

I love these boots!! I read every review possible because I have very skinny calves. I was worried because there are a couple different styles and I was unsure of which ones to order. I went with the originals and I am so pleased. They fit my calves perfectly. I also ordered a size down and they are perfect.

I looked for these boots everywhere & finally found them on Zappos! They were a great price, shipped super fast & they're exactly what I wanted! I love them!

Absolutely love these shoes. They are gorgeous, functional, and fun! One thing I noticed, and I am glad other reviewers pointed this out- these boots run big! I typically wear an 8.5 in shoes, but ordered an 8 and they were perfect.

These are adorable! My 15 year old daughter is so bummed that we don't wear the same shoe size! A little big but with boot socks they are fine.

I really like these boots. My concerns were ordering the correct size and how the calf would fit. I'm normally a 7.5 or 8, I got the 7 and it's perfect even with thick socks. I have thinner calves and these do not give those funny gaps that stick out to the side. Totally digging these, keeping them! Can't speak to durability yet as they're so new but seem well constructed.

I am 5'9 and 145lbs, I usually wear a size 9 1/2 to 10 and ordered a size 9 - they fit great. The color is wonderful and I love the height of the boots. It's going to look great with a pair of skinny jeans. I have always wanted a pair of Hunter boots, I live in Arkansas and it rains a lot here (originally from CA -- so seeing rain fall more than two days in a row is a a lot!). This was a total splurge and I was so excited to get them. Well, I don't live in the best area and to make a long story short the package that the boots came in was stolen from my front porch. Obviously I was devastated - I know it's materialistic, but I work two jobs and to have extra money to spend is a luxury! Well Zappos' customer service to the rescue - Anna was amazing and empathetic and sent me new boots ASAP - they were stolen on Monday, it's Wednesday and I'm wearing my boots! Even if these boots had not worked out or I didn't like them I will never forget what a great customer experience I had and will continue to shop here! The wonderful boots were just an added bonus to my Zappos experience.

Love these Hunter boots! Exactly what I was hoping they would be. At first I wasn't sure if I was going to be happy with them but I am so glad I went ahead and got them. I couldn't be more pleased! I ordered them and got them 3 days later. Excellent customer service and company!

Love these boots! I was a little concerned about the price but they are worth it. Very well constructed and very comfortable. They do run big so if you wear a half size I would get the smaller full size. Also, I read some reviews that said if you have athletic calves, the boots will be too tight, I however found that there was plenty of room and a wider size was not necessary. Very happy with the purchase!

I loved these boots from the moment I saw them, and I'm so glad they are wider than I expected because I have bunions, which makes it hard to find comfortable shoes. I'm also surprised at the fact that there is good arch support built in! I'm definitely going to wear these for a long time.

Loved them - however, I should have read more closely how tall they were and that they were tight around the top. I am 5'9" - but they hit me at my knee and were too tight around the top for me.

Love! They feel like a real boot when you put them on. The heel feels sturdy when I walk and not squishy when I walk like some rainbows. I am usually an 8, but I went down a full size, and I'm glad I did. The 7's fit perfect!

Got these for my granddaughter's graduation gift. She will be attending a large university in upper midwest. She will really need something for rainy, cold days in spring and fall. Her foot size is 8 1/2 but I ordered the 8 on advice of reviews and they fit perfectly with room for socks! She was thrilled and wanted to wear them immediately! I will add socks for her August birthday! Love Zappos!

Love these boots...they actually make me look forward to rainy days! The bright color is awesome and I've gotten a ton of compliments. They are also very comfortable. My only complaint is they are a little snug on my calves...but I have large calf muscles and most knee high boots won't fit me at all for this reason.

Second pair. Stylish and comfy. I would size down. I'm normally a seven and I wear a six in the hunter boot.

Love these boots. After a month and probably ten wears, they're comfortable and keep me dry. They do scuff a bit, but I don't mind. It buffs out pretty easily on the glossy pair. I originally ordered the Hunter Huntress in matte green, and they were terribly (and unfixably) scuffed and huge, despite being the same size (8) as these. Plus, lots of people have the green pair, and these blue ones are more rare.

This is the boot I've never had, but should've. I always wear 8 1/2, so thanks to the reviews I read, I chose to order down. The fit was perfect with ordinary walking sox. I wore them "in the field" (rainy, muddy, soggy, and boggy) where they were perfect. And I wore them for "casual" with jeans in the evening. I could not be happier.
