Love these classy stylish boots! I ordered my usual shoe size & they were a perfect fit. My feet are wide and these boots fit amazingly. The boots get a "dusty" residue on them after a short period of time - olive oil & microfiber cloth removes it with ease.

These are everything I hoped for! Just great!

Love these boots! I'm 5'7" and the boots hit right at my knee. So if I was any shorter, I think it would be difficult to walk. I sized up a size to wear with thicker socks.

Purchased these Hunter boots in black for myself and they have a great classic look. They can be dressed up or used for a day out in the rain and mud. Especially helpful for days when my shorter boots won't be able to keep me dry. I will definitely be purchasing in other colors and as gifts, they are great for any occasion and I love how durable and well made they are, definitely worth the price.

I wear a size 8.5 and ordered a 9. I tried the 8, but they are very snug. The 9 felt roomy and will fit perfect with a thick sock. They are comfortable and stylish.

Just as cute as I had hoped. There were a few spots that had lost its gloss because of rubbing from the packaging tissue. But easily restored with the instant shine that I had purchased before.

Very comfortable and stylish boots to wear in rain or snowy weather. I typically wear a size 7 and purchased a size 7. This is a must have purchase!

Can't ever go wrong with Hunter boots. I ordered a 7 and I normally wear an 8 in boots. They always run about a size big in my opinion (at least the women's boots) I got the gloss navy. They are beautiful. Love them.

To go down a size, or not...I stewed over that for months! Called Zappos, and their customer service was fantastic! From all the previous reviews I was worried about the size and didn't want to hassle with returns. I can wear an 8 1/2 but usually wear a 9. A ton of reviews said go down a size. Here's my advice, go with your gut. I ordered a 9 and they're perfect! My foot slides around a little bit, but wear a nice warm pair of socks and you'll be set. They are a little bit hard to slide off, so I can't imagine going down a size. I do have skinny calves so they are a bit large around my leg but I ordered the black and love them. They are now on sale and I want another pair! ;) Buy them, you won't regret it! Hope this review helps!

Love my red rain boots! I normally wear a 7.5 and ordered 7 in these. I have skinny legs and the 7 are a little roomy in ankle and calf area - but ok if you are tucking pants in or wearing socks with. Size 6 actually fit perfectly - but would have to wear the boots by itself or with just leggings.

I own 8 pairs of Hunters! They are tight on my calf I'm a size 14 pant and have dancer calfs. I recently found the Huntress style of Hunter which hit me so much better with my wife calf.

Runs large

I really loved the color! Unfortunately the boots are just too tall on me (5 ft 1 in) and they stop right behind my knee making bending down/sitting uncomfortable.Had to send back. :(

I bought these for my girlfriend. We live in Seattle and she wanted something that would protect from the rain yet still look stylish on the way to work. I would say this is probably in her top ten for favorite gifts. She loves the way these shoes fit, she is a size 9 and that's what I got her. No size down as other reviews suggested. These fit her perfectly and I took a risk picking the color without her approval but the graphite gloss looks amazing with her outfits, goes great with jeans and she told me is probably not the color she might have picked but ended up loving them. I'm a little jealous because these boots look so slick and the hunter boots for men look like your average wellies. She's a happy camper, which means so am I, just wish hunter would realize that men like a little fashion too and sharpen up their mens line.

I love these boots! The cherry red gloss is fantastic. I'm a size 5 and was a little nervous about ordering them after so many people saying they were so huge (and there's no size down available for me) but I took the risk and found that they worked for me. If you were to wear the boots without socks, they would be big for their size, however, in my opinion these are the kind of boots a person would probably be wearing with thick socks. When I throw on a pair of thick wool socks, they're just right. I did get some gel inserts for the soles because there's really no support. That makes getting into them with my thick socks a little tricky, but I can make it work.

My favorite all weather boots. Super cute with shorts during warm weather rains or the resulting muddy days. Also, great with warm socks for colder weather. No issues with calf size with the regular for boot. I've got the high gloss red and I get compliments every time I wear them!

I never considered buying black Hunters (for ages) but these are beyond fabulous in glossy black! I own them in lipstick pink and military red, which I LOVE, but bright colors are pretty limited as far as what you can wear them with. These are great with all my color clothes. I add orthotic arch support and woolie socks and my feet stay dry and comfy all day. Great boot. Shines up with armourall with the white film appears.

These are beautiful boots, however, they arrived damaged. The boot was scuffed all along the top of the foot. Disappointing but I might have returned them for another pair except the calf of the boot was tight so I have to return them. I do have large calves so I wouldn't say that the boot calf runs narrow.
