Naot makes some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn and these are no exception. The only issue I have is their sizing. The other pair I bought were in my normal size 10 and I had to send them back for a size 11, which fit perfectly. I ordered these in an 11 and they fit.

These shoes are more comfortable than tennis shoes. I wear them everywhere and with everything including dresses. If you are not used to wearing shoes with good arch support, at first these feel strange but your foot quickly adjusts.

Sadly, I had to return this shoe -- it is adorable and I loved it, but I have a foot problem that makes most shoes impossible. I found them to also be a size too small -- my regular size found my toes crunched in the front. Zappos is fantastic. I think they arrived on my doorstep as soon as I clicked 'send' on my order! (Actually, they arrived the next day!) No problems returning it either. I might try them again in the next half size up. Truly, a beautiful and well made shoe.

I have these in the purple sparkly color, which I guess is discontinued. I've worn them daily for a couple of years and wish I could replace them in that color. They're the best shoes I've ever owned, and also one of the cutest pairs. I get a lot of compliments on them. Nowadays the leather is a little scuffed, and because it's the sparkly leather it doesn't clean up as well as I'd like, but I'd imagine a more smooth leather would stay better longer. Definitely a great buy. Very comfortable, and also the most comfortable of the Naot shoes I own (Sea and another one similar to Kirei that's also discontinued).

Even though I have worn Naot shoes for years, and have consistently worn their size 11, I had to return my first pair of these Kirei because they were too small. But with Zappos' free return policy, I had a size 12 within a few days. At first I thought the size 12 was too small also, but after a few days of wearing them around the house, they seemed to conform to my foot and now fit like a glove. I love them. I have another, now retired, pair of Naot Mary Janes that had a slight ridge on the bottom at the heel that occasionally caused me to lose my balance. The Kirei, I'm happy to say, does not have a ridge at all and keeps me very sure footed. I would definitely buy these again.

Great walking shoe. Planning a 5 week trip to Europe. Wearing these around now and seem great. I have narrow feet wear a normal 71/2 But got an 8 and it is fine. Good room in the toe box. I am 65 and wear tennis shoes and ballet flats most of the time.

Wow - incredibly comfortable shoe! I have flat feet and bunions, and this doesn't irritate either.

These are the best shoes ever. I have had them for years and they are my go-to travel shoe. They have literally been to four different continents, where I walked miles and miles. I've even hiked in them when I had no other shoes with me. They are the best! I replaced the insoles once.

I think they are cute except for the section that wraps around the back and over the top (forming the section that has the hook and loop closure) which looks very plastic. Too bad as the shoe is really comfortable and cute otherwise!

These are the most comfortable office attire/professional work shoes I've ever tried on! Cute too! Solid, comfortable support for an entire day on your feet. Well worth the money.

These are great and supportive shoes to wear all day. I got them after being diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, and they help. Removable but already high quality insoles with arch support (though nothing has ever touched my super-high arches). Could easily accommodate orthotic inserts. Good quality.

I purchased this shoe for my 89 year old mother. She loved them and the velcro strap made it very easy for her to manage putting the shoes on without help. It was a perfect fit too!

I have never had a pair of shoes to which I have been so attached. This is my 2nd pair. I am actually a high heel wearer, but I am getting older and styles are changing. These are very user friendly, comfortable shoes, stylish, and even hip too with the right clothes.

These are great shoes. They are stylish but most of all comfortable and with lots of support. They run one size small, so I exchanged for a size up.

I love these wonderful, comfortable shoes. I have a black pair that I bought two years ago in size 38. These seem to be tight for a 38 but will continue to wear them around the apartment, as I have learned they do stretch. I really hope this pair, gives a little otherwise I will have to return them. Unfortunately, the 39 is not available.

I have loved every pair of Naots that I have purchased and these are no exception. They may even be my favorites so far. I am on my feet at work all day long and I am willing to invest in a good pair of shoes. These are them! They are easy to put on and off, and super comfortable! I want another pair!

I bought this shoe to wear with lightweight wool dress socks and it fits perfectly. If you don't plan to wear the shoes with a light sock I think they would run a little large. Enough cushioning in the shoe combined with the arch support make this a very comfortable shoe when on your feet all day.

I've always been vain about my feet. I now wear a size twelve and have been wearing too-small shoes for decades, luckily with no damage to my feet. I first bought Naot sandals two summers ago and was amazed at how comfortable they were and how great my feet looked. A few weeks ago I decided to try Naot shoes for the winter. The Kireis are incredibly wonderful. My feet don't look big in them; that's always my main criteria. And the support is excellent. I've ordered them in two more colors because when I find such a good thing -- great looking and good for me -- I go for broke. I also like Orthaheels, but they're ginormous.

This shoe fits my foot perfectly and is extremely comfortable without looking at all "clunky." The rounded toe offers plenty of space. Although overall my shoe size is medium, my heel is narrow. So many styles slip off my heel, but this one stays in place. The arch support is good enough so that I can use it for casual wear without an orthotic. I like the combination of dark brown suede and copper tone leather. The style is between casual and dressy, so is very versatile. It seems to be very well made.

This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned! I have walked for over 10 miles in a day and never have sore or tired feet; they are actually more comfortable than my running shoes for walking. I bought them for a Europe vacation 4 years ago and have ordered another pair each year following. I hardly ever wear other shoes because they feel so terrific.

I normally wear a size 11 shoe and have severe bunions and overpronation, and I have struggled to find any dress shoes that fit me without causing pain. These are amazing shoes and completely worth the high price. I ended up exchanging the 42(11) for the 43(12), which was just long enough. The toe box is a bit wider than other shoes, and the leather is so pliable and soft that it flexes easily and accommodates my bunions. The sturdy sole (which looks much more minimalistic on than in the photos) is quite supportive (at least as good as most athletic shoes) and the insole has enough arch support and cushion that I haven't needed to use my orthotics. Also, the velcro strap actually looks quite nice (I was skeptical at first, but no more) -- and it allows precise fitting adjustments that a buckle simply cannot. Highly recommended shoe! (Especially for women with bunions or "problem feet.")

Just returned from a trip to London and Paris wearing both these shoes and Naot's Koa. Loved them both. Great support and both looked good with pants. With long skirts the Koa looked better. Purchased the gray in both which worked well with black pants and chocolate brown skirt. I'm an 8 1/2 and I sized up with the Kirei and sized down with the Koa. This to me is the dressier closed-toed equivalent of a Keen Whisper sandal which I love.

I have to let others know how incredibly great these shoes are! I am just recovering from foot surgery to repair a bunion and 4 hammertoes and was concerned that I would not be able to wear any decent shoes. But, the Naot fills the bill. This shoe is comfortable and wide enough with great arch support to accommodate my needs. The surprising bonus is that it is kinda cute as well. Expensive... yes, but worth it. I usually wear an 8 and the 39 accommodated my repaired foot but was still comfortable on the non affected foot. This brand was listed on the top 10 brands recommended by a podiatrist that I researched online, so thank you Zappos for carrying this line!
