These are completely worth the price. They are elegant and amazingly comfortable for my troublesome feet. I wear them happily with footless tights and have had no issues at all! There is plenty of room in the sloped toe-box to accommodate a second toe that is longer than my big toe. I like the velcro closure that enables me to be in charge of making the width just right - and find that it is not as bulky as I thought it would be. For me, they ran small. I am an 8.5 or 39 in most shoes, but in these Naots and in Blundstone boots, I am a perfect women's US 9 or European 40. I've liked the Softwalk brand too, but found that they broke down in one year of consistent wear. I have not had these long, but they feel far more sturdy and well-crafted out of finer materials. I am now a die-hard Naot fan!

So cute and you can wear them all day. I have plantar fasciitis and this shoe is the only shoe that helps.

I got these as a gift. Zappos claimed they ran large. This turned out to not be true. Maybe it was last year's model. Exchanging for a bigger size was easy. I wear them to work almost every day. I have been having plantar fascistic issues and these have been the most comfortable option to date. They go with most of my clothes, too.

In my opinion, Naot's advice that this style runs a size large is incorrect. I normally wear Size US10/Euro41, but based on Naot's advice, I ordered Size US9/Euro40. It was too short, so there was the inconvenience of returning and reordering my usual size. That said, it's a wonderful shoe and I did reorder it larger. The design makes even larger feet look small. It's extremely comfortable, with roomy toe box and excellent arch support. The style is suitable both for casual wear and to accompany skirts for dressier occasions (important for those of us who can no longer wear heels). Naot shoes are a bit pricey for many budgets, but I've had good experience with their being very well made and lasting for many years.

I have recently developed foot problems. My feet ache in the heels and my toes are too cramped in most shoes. These are so comfortable, I can wear them walking around and standing all day with no problems and no extra support needed. The inside has no seams so it can be worn barefoot with no rubbing! Also can be good for dressy or casual.

This shoe is extremely comfortable. I have neuropathy and since I have been wearing Naot shoes, my feet have been very happy.

These are great shoes. I have very wide feet with bunions. I usually wear 8½W. I wear size 39 in Birkenstocks. The 40W in these shoes fits perfectly with very light socks. If I decide to wear them with no socks, I will put a little SmartWool ped on. The test was that I wore the shoes for several hours while I was on my feet working in my own kitchen, to break them in before wearing them all day. I forgot that I had new shoes on during that time. The mark of a truly comfortable pair of shoes is when you forget about them. I am a dog trainer, and needed shoes to make a VIP service dog presentation to administrators. So I needed to look professional while still being able to move around quickly and nimbly like I have athletic shoes on. These shoes are perfect. They are attractive, semi-dressy, and as comfortable and stable as sneakers. Thank you, Zappos, for your super excellent service!

These are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned. The price is much higher than I would normally wear but it is well worth it. I have walked miles in these on vacation without having any feet pain. I originally bought them because I had a sprained ankle and needed something that could be dressed up or down. Now they are my favorite shoes and I wear them almost every day!

Naot is my brand of choice because of the arch support and comfort. I need the wide width and realize that Zappos is my best source for that.

The shoes arrived in two days as promised. I have problem feet, and rarely can find shoes that are comfortable. These Naot Kirei are ones that fit perfectly. This is already my second pair I have ordered. The price could be a little lower, but considering free 2-day shipping and free returns, it is O.K.

For a "comfort" shoe, this Naot Kirei is about as good as it gets. It is comfortable for all-day wear and walking, yet it does not look too clunky on my foot. I purchased the shoe in the gray suede and also own it in the black suede. I normally wear a 7 1/2 size shoe and the size 38 fits perfectly.

I have had numerous foot surgeries over the years due to complications from rheumatoid arthritis. Finding a comfortable, supportive shoe to wear for more than an hour is challenging. This NAOT is great! I The color is rich looking and I am hoping to order another pair in another color.

I absolutely love these! I am a size 7 and these fit perfectly with the slightly thicker socks (hand knit) that I wear in winter. They are really pricey but it is well worth it for socks that you can wear all day.

These are great shoes! I have bunions and need wide shoes. I also wanted something stylish. I wear a 9M and got these in 40W. They are very comfortable and stylish. Some may want more arch support, however it was adequate for me. I do wear them without socks or very thin ones. Otherwise, you would need a bigger size.

These are cute and comfortable! I plan to wear these on a trip. They do both casual and semi dressy well. I ordered black and am very happy with my purchase. The back has extra cushion so they are comfortable without socks. I have very difficult feet to fit with wearing wides, having a high instep, and being on my feet a lot. I love these and Zappos for their great service. I ordered multiple pairs of shoes and returned them and have finally found these and they work very well for me.

The Naot Kirai is perhaps the single most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. I can walk around in them for hours and feel no pain in my feet or my knees. I have bunions on both sides of my right foot, and a torn meniscus in my right knee, so finding comfortable shoes isn't easy for me. Thank heaven for this shoe. It's a winner in every way: style, comfort, and wearability.

I love Naot shoes. The footbed is a dream, and they are well made. The hard thing is that they are hard to get a good fit. Mostly too narrow with a toe box too shallow. If you don't have serious foot problems, then I would go for this shoe and more of its brand every time.

Great shoe--I love the gray color with the mixed textures. I wear a 7 1/2 wide normally and ordered both the 38 and 39. The 39 worked.

This is the perfect shoe! I have RA and needed shoe that I could walk in most of the day on a trip to Italy. This was the bomb. I am getting it in a couple of colors. Its actually kind of cute on!! I haven't had a cute shoe in years.

I have a pair of these shoes in black and they are comfortable and have lasted for several years. It was great to see them in a variety of color options.

These shoes are amazing. I work on my feet and sneakers are out of dress code. The Kirei are adorable with a little edge, (I bought them in the Volcanic Red) and insanely comfortable. The back of the shoe took about three days to soften up, but now that it's broken in these are the only shoes I wear whether I'm at work or not! Cute with socks or without, and the lining is super soft if you opt for no socks. In my experience I have found that Naot run a little small. I typically wear an 11 but always buy a 43 (12) in Naot.

Zappos provided a speedy delivery of this shoe. I want a shoe for travel that can be used for lots of walking and that can also be used with a dress. I have worn it all around the house and am hoping it will be the one. My feet are narrow, but I need a roomy toe box and my second toe is longer than the big toe, so I needed 2 sizes larger than my Finn Comfort sandals. Obviously, until I take it for a long walk outside, I won't really know and the rainy weather keeps putting off that trial, but it looks like I will agree with other women who have lauded this shoe as "with the high price".

Poor Zappos! I have been on a shoe ordering binge trying to find something that fit my feet. Plantar Fascitis, Hallux Toe, you name it, I thought I could find a shoe. Alas, not until now. These are wonderful shoes. Very roomy toebox, comfortable strap, footbed of wonder, and incredible comfort. Well worth the price and the time shopping, trying on, and returning. I will probably order these in the navy as well. I will say that the arch is the only thing in question, they feel different on each foot, but I am sure my feet are different. After walking around in them all day, it is not discomfort, and I don't notice it any longer. A wonderful shoe.

Overall: Well-built, durable, and very comfortable shoes, especially for someone with sciatica or lower back issues. I am size 5.5 to 6. I got size 36, which is slightly roomy but manageable with cotton liner socks. I got a pair for a trip in 2014. I was worried that I didn't have time to break into them, but I had absolutely no back/hip pain or shoe bites after trudging along airports and walking nonstop for hours on the streets of Seoul and Tokyo. After many disappointing purchases of other comfort brands such as Ecco, Clarks, Hush Puppies, Abeo, Naturalizers, etc., Naot's Kirei has been a life-saver for my travel-heavy life style and sciatica pain. Pros + Insoles = best part about these shoes. They are removable, soft, and built sturdy enough to have great arch support. + Toe box is spacious, allowing plenty of room to wiggle room for the toes! Big plus for someone with wide feet. + Velcro zip straps (not buckles) make it very easy to slip and out. + Sturdy and built to last! They're survived three international trips and three walking/standing-intensive conferences with me. With the exception of a few lose stitching (listed under "Cons" section below), these shoes are still standing and definitely still the most comfortable shoes I have. Cons (they need a little TLC) - The pair I received are squeaky. Not an issue if the noise doesn't bother you or others around you. - The stitching on the top/front of the shoes came off after about a year. I think this is just an aesthetic damage. - I got the mushroom color, which looked worn out after a month or so. It's not a forgiving color for stains - Maybe it's the mushroom color again, but they don't go with everything. I wear a lot of skirts and dresses and find myself reaching out to alternatives. I am thinking of getting them in black, but the poor stitching on the top- front is still a concern for me.

I wish there was a 41/2 score available for these shoes. The fit is great up to this point. I've only worn them a few times, so time will tell. If you're looking for comfort I think these will do the trick. As far as style, they're not for you if you're high fashion. I'm still trying to get used to the look of them. But with my tough to fit feet, I'd better adapt. I am a 91/2 N, sometimes 10. I am also developing a bunion on the top of my foot and have very little padding on the bottom of my feet. The shoe accommodates these issues.The heel looks a bit higher in the picture. They are well made however, and I hope to get many miles out of them. I will just have to find the right outfits to go with them.
