It's a beautiful shoe. I hate to return it but it is not wide.

these shoes are so amazing After trying about 10 other styles nothing fitted me because of a hugh bunion and hammer toes on my right foot also my left foot is smaller then that right I bought black sueded and grey in wide with and I am a 61/2 to 7 and bought 38 it feels so good when I walk the only thing is the metal where you pull the strap sometimes rub but I put foot petals spots so it doe not rub in that area otherwise greatI iwish they made a shoe with a 1 1/2 heel in wide

In 39W this is perfect for my 8.5W feet, with moderate support for a flat foot with squirrely toes. The inside is soft and grips the toes to keep them in line (they like to splay sideways otherwise). Very classic, comfortable shoe. Wore them 6 hours right out of the box with no complaints, no socks. Tried a larger size to allow for socks, but not successful. Wish I could get another COLOR (not available in anything but basic black...yuck). Also would have liked just a wee bit more of a heel.

I loved the feel of this shoe but had to return it because my high arch just could not wait for the cork bottom to form to my foot (I had incredible cramping). I was disappointed.

These are the most comfortable shoes ever. I wore them on moderate walking trails in the mountains---worked just fine. I had read a review that mentioned the ease of wearing these shoes on airplanes. They are so easy to put on and off when going through security and on the plane as well. I liked the first pair so much that I have purchased three additional pairs.

These shoes are cute. Size 9W was a little bit too short and too narrow. Looking at the insole compared to Brooks insole, it shows both the length and width being less. Also it made it tight across the top of the toes.

I love these shoes. I wore my first pair so often I had to buy a second. It took a few years for the first pair to become worn out and I save them for days the weather isn't great. They are a little wide than most mostly in the front which is nice. I have an average arch but the top of my foot runs high and I like the way this shoe keeps your foot snugly in but doesn't hurt. The extra piece on the back comfortably transitions the end of the shoe so your foot doesn't move around in a bad way. I also have the Aroha which I like but not as much The cross strap is very pretty but this version somehow holds my foot in place better. I love both. I walk for days in them.

Nato's run small. This is an unusually small 12. Liked the shoe, but too short.

I wear these to work most days. I spend a lot of time walking around campus, so comfortable shoes are a must, and these are great! I normally wear and 8 1/2 - 9, ordered the 40. When I first got them, I wore them all day without socks. No blisters! Very comfortable. I like the adjustable straps and the extra height on the ankle really helps prevent blisters. I can wear these with or without socks. They're not the prettiest, but I'll take comfort over fashion every time!

Contrary to the manufacturer's recommendation, the 39 corresponding to my typical size 8, fit perfectly. As with my other shoes by Naot, they are super comfortable for hours of walking. As with many Mary Jane "comfort" shoes, they are a little clunky-looking, but I think look terrific with any pants or jeans. The velcro strap lets me adjust so that my narrow heel never slips and my toes have plenty of room. My thanks to Naot for making shoes that look good and really accommodate for pure comfort; they are well worth the price. Thanks also to Zappo's for free exchanges so that I can find just the right fit.

These shoes are exactly what I was looking for! They are so comfortable...no break in period necessary. My 20 something daughter was impressed with how cute they are. I did buy the little socks another reviewer recommended and they worked well. I don't like wearing shoes without socks but these were comfortable enough to do that. Arch support was great. it is not necessary to exchange the footbed for my orthotic. The toe box is very roomy without looking clunky. Love them!!

These shoes are comfortable and wearable for long periods of time right out of the box. I hate wearing shoes and have a difficult time finding ones that don't annoy me and those shoes are the ones! This is my second pair and I am sure not my last.

Great shoe with great support. This shoe comes in wide and my toes love it. This is my second pair that is how much I like them.

I ordered this design in the grey suede and wore them every day for about 5 months. I use orthopedic inserts in my shoes and these fit in perfectly. I also have bunions (that are scheduled for repair) and have enough room to accomodate this in the instep.

Feels like I'm wearing nothing. So comfortable and lightweight. FTR I have collapsed arches, plantar fasciitis, the works. I'm ordering two more pairs as backup in case they discontinue.

These were extremely comfortable. I don't wear inserts and am a pronator. I just didn't like the look. I think I just don't like the look of mary janes with pants.

This is a great shoe. Great comfort and arch support. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it was too small.

These are my go to everyday shoes for great arch support, comfort and style. Put them on the first day and wore them all day. I own the vintage pewter, which goes with everything and is a gold/silver/pewter color, and a pair of black.

Coming back after 2 years for more! THE MOST COMFORTABLE PERFECT SHOE EVER!!! I'm a 9.5 and ordered a size 10. Fit perfectly. Purchased first pair in Sept. 2014. Walked all over cobblestone Europe with no blisters (the year before I had horrible blisters with other shoes) AND THEN I hiked up France's Mont Saint Michel (unbelievably rocky and steep) in these babies! After two years of constant fall/winter wearing and finally getting caught in a torrential downpour in which the shoes were soaked, I am now needing another pair. What the heck - I'm ordering two pair! ; ) Naot, don't change these!

Great little shoe. Looks "dainty" on my large size 12 foot. Very comfy too! Good with jeans and hopefully an excellent travel shoe as well.

I really can not love this shoe enough! this is the 5th pair of Naots that i have bought. I know they are expensive but they are worth every penny! I am on my feet for hours at a time, at the end of the day i do not feel it like I do with other shoes. They look great with a skirt, or pants. Thank you Naot for continually putting out a quality product. Thank you Zappos for making it so easy to shop

I have three pair of this particular Naot brand. I can't wear heels anymore because of a bad knee, plus I have a bunion that doesn't particularly like heels either, so these shoes are great. I wear them with slacks to work, and they look great with slack suits. Will probably buy another pair in a different color soon.

I love these shoes! I have problem feet: wide at the toe, narrow at the heel, bunions, and most problematically, midfoot arthritis which requires an excellent arch support. These shoes do all that with me! When I first put them on, they were a little snug at one bunion, but the leather is so soft that I decided to take a gamble that they would stretch a bit to fit. I wore them to work. Great decision! They now fit like a glove, (but with adequate wiggle room in the toe - more like mittens.) I usually wear a 9 1/2, and the 10 (41) is perfect. My feet tend to be hot, so I followed someone else's advice and put Smartwool footsies on each shoe insert, upside down, to make an absorbant surface. I could not be happier! And kudos to Zappos for prompt and cheerful service!

I really like these shoes. I am in my 80s I fell last year and my back has bothered me a lot. These shoes are the ones I put in most of the time because I can walk longer with them I did feel that they run a bit small. I bought a 40 as I usually wear 8 1/2 or 9. But I feel my toe touching the end I wish they made them in all leather as I live in the northwestern US and the suede is not good in the rainy season
