Great fit and size, excellent support and well made. Naot is the one brand of shoes that reay work for me as I have some problems with neuro damage to one leg. I love Zappo's easy return policy as well. If I order something that does not work for me, it is easy to return.

They’re the most comfortable shoes I’ve bought in 20 years! I already had this style in brown, and I ordered the same size, but the black ones were a little smaller. I call them “snug.” Not uncomfortable, though, and I assume they’ll stretch out a bit.

These are the only shoes I have worn everyday for the past 3 years . They are extremely comfortable and I have them on all day. I accidentally ordered the wrong size this time and hence had to return them. Can’t wait to get my new pair.

These are the most shoes ever! I have had several pairs and am never disappointed. I have back issues and have no problems when I wear these.

This is my go to shoe. It is very expensive but needs no break in period. The comfort is awesome.This is my 5th or 6th pair of Naots. Perfect arch support for severe over pronation.

I always go back to this shoe even though I try others. It is the perfect shoe for arch support and comfort. There is no break in period. Wear them right out of the box.

The Naot Kirei is simply perfect in every way. I have bought many pair of the Naot Kirei in many colors, always the suede/leather combination. I had and have a plethora of foot problems including surgery on the left foot with midtarsal fusions. Before surgery and now after surgery these shoes were and are a life saver. The toebox is roomy and the arch support superb. The insole is made of cork and replaceable, and the soles of the shoes will last for years. The Naot brand tends to be expensive compared to other brands, however it is money well spent. You will be able to walk for hours with the first wear.

Excellent walking shoe! Wore all over Europe as I walked the cobbled streets, and wear as everyday shoes or with work clothes. I inserted some better arch supports for my high arch and wide foot.

In general, I do think this is a fabulous shoe! Comfortable from the first moment it goes on, easy to walk in. The two issues I have: ALWAYS, with loop and hook closers, it's almost impossible to have the best possible fit. Straps are too long for me, and the overlap of the hook and loop material just barely works by the time I get a good fit. I have a skinny, bony foot! The heel is never quite narrow enough. In a designer shoe I would take a AA heel. Given those two issues, this shoe is as good as it ever gets with my feet. This is actually a replacement pair. The straps on my first pair fell apart after less than a year. I am hopeful these will last far longer, since I won't be wearing them so often. (Those are my photos of the falling apart straps against a peachy background) The soles looked almost new - but the straps got so bad I couldn't wear them anymore. Thank you, Zappo's, for replacing them!

Comfortable, stylish, and easy to wear.

I have bunions on both sides of both feet. These shoes--in wide-- accommodate the bunions very well. The Mary Jane style with the strap allows the shoes to fit snugly around my ankle, which is slim. The shoes are "dainty" enough (for a person in her 70's, for whom comfort trumps all) to look good with skirts as well as slacks.

I have Plantar Fasciitis and have difficulty finding shoes that will accommodate my large and bulky orthotic inserts. It is a tight fit but they do work with these shoes. I usually wear an 11 M due to the inserts and bought these shoes in that size and they fit well. They were comfortable on the first wearing. I am a little concerned that the strap may not last a long time as stated by other reviewers, but decided to give them a try because of the style and also comfort information from others. I plan on purchasing additional colors in the future. I am so glad to finally find a cute shoe that will work with my foot issues.

I have narrow feet but I ordered the medium in a 6, rather than a 6 1/2 narrow ,which is harder to find now. These fit very comfortably. I added a half sole insert, and the shoes were comfortable the first time I wore them.

Wore them the whole day out of the box and two days later the whole day. They have amazing support, although I put my orthotic in which gave a bit more toe room. Very cute and extremely comfortable shoe. With my high arches and older feet Naot is my favorite brand. I even own a Naot higher wedge that I can actually walk in like my old days of high heels everyday. Great shoe for long days doing whatever!

I love these shoes! Bought a pair in a local store and wanted them in black which I found here. May have to get them in another color as well.

These are really cute. I have bunions and all kinds of other foot problems. These don’t look orthopedic and feel fantastic all day long. Can’t ask for more.

This is my fourth pair of Kirei. They are extremely comfortable. They are cute. They come in great colors. I can't wear a heal so flats are where it's at. But comfort is the most important. I walk all over cobblestones in Europe without a problem. I do have problem feet but these shoes take away the pain. I highly recommend them.

I’m so embarrassed! Bought the gray 4 years ago. After 2 years bought another pair in gray again. Wore additional 2 years. Friend made comment about wearing the same shoes “forever.” Yup! THE most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. Walked all of Europe...Hiked up a rocky mountain. Would rather wear these than my athletic walking shoes. So now what’s a gal to do? Guess I’ll switch to the brown. The toe box on these is fantastic and if your feet swell at the end of the day, just loosen the Velcro strap. I’m 59.

The shoes are very comfortable. They have a wide toe box so your toes are not squeezed together. They are light weight, comfortable all day, and cute!

I normally take a 38 in Naot shoes but after reading several reviews that said that this shoe ran large, I ordered a 37. PERFECT fit! Very stylish and comfortable! Naot you were made for my feet! Thank you!

I have a pair of these in gray, and I love them. I take a 38 W, and am glad that Naot makes this wider shoe. I bought the same size in a different color, but one shoe fits like a regular, while the other has that more comfortable (to me) wider fit. Interestingly, that wider shoe--the right one--also has W marked inside. The other shoe doesn't--it has 38. Is it possible that someone with one foot wider than the other, bought a regular and a wide in size 38, then switched out one of the shoes? That's my guess, at any rate. I'm returning this pair, as I need two shoes that are both 38 wide. Marked as such, too.

Right shoe is tight, but otherwise shoes are comfortable as can be.

I had worn this shoe for traveling years ago and really forgot about it. But in preparation for an upcoming trip, I ordered several other shoes from Zappos. They didn’t work out so went back to this shoe. I did order a wide width and am so glad I did. They fit well and are supportive and look better then a tennis shoe. They are going to take me through future trips well.

I love the Naot Kirei! I have 3 pairs of them. They run one size small so I order a larger size. They are very comfortable and I wear them at work all day with no discomfort. I've tried to find less expensive shoes that have the same features but these are the most comfortable I can find. I wear them in the fall and winter because they are warm and cozy. They are practical and also more attractive than most MaryJane styles. I also appreciate the variety of colors that these shoes come in. Many shoe styles have limited color choices.

These shoes are very comfortable & work for wearing all day long.
