I wear a 8.5 or 9 and this shoe in a 40 was fine. I generally wear Munro shoes but I’ve been disappointed in the quality and sizing of their closed toe shoes ( necessary for my job) and I thought I’d give Naots a try. Since I bought these, I’ve worn them at least twice a week, 10 - 12 hours at a time, and they’ve been quite comfortable.

i got the wide and they are super-roomy in the toe box and very comfortable.

These are my favorite shoes of all time, I think I'm on the sixth pair of these and I'm sure I will be buying these as long as they are available. They are super comfortable, and about as cute as you can expect from a comfort shoe. LOVE THEM!

I love these shoes. I have a hard time finding shoes that give me enough arch support. These are perfect. I can even wear them without socks and no blisters!!!! Very expensive, but 100% worth it. (coming from a person who has a hard time spending more than $25 this says a lot).

Loved the look of this show when it arrived. Needed a good support shoe and this one will do the trick. Very comfortable. Love the grey suede with detailing! Naot makes a really nice shoe!

This is my third pair of Naot shoes. The cork insoles are wonderful because they mold quickly to your feet and improve an already great arch support. The soles are nonslip. The shoes seem to last forever -- and keep their great support the entire time.

These shoes felt amazing from the moment I put them on. I sometimes find that Naot shoes are narrow in the toe box. I ordered these in wide and the fit is perfect. They are very comfortable. I am not 100% certain that I like the patent leather on the strap, but my pants will generally cover those unless I am wearing leggings or crop pants. These are great shoes for work, travel, etc.

My feet are getting worse and worse, and I need much more room in the toe box, so I ordered a bunch of different orthopedic-type shoes. I couldn't believe how comfortable and stylish these are, and even though there is plenty of room in the toe, it doesn't look like a grandma shoe. Love the infinitely adjustable hook and loop closure; this allows me to adjust the fit to accommodate my feet swelling at the end of the day. I ordered my regular size (39) and found that it fit perfectly. They are comfortable and a joy to wear, and I loooove the extra padding at the heel; it does not slip despite my narrow heel. I'm considering ordering another pair in a different color, I like these so much. Since they are so expensive, I'm hesitating a bit and want to test these out some more before I do.

Based on the recommendation that this shoe runs large, I ordered both the 41 and 42; the 42 fit perfectly. I have purchased about a dozen pairs of Naot shoes, all size 42 ( I usually wear a 10 1/2 narrow) and love them. I'm sure I will enjoy this style, as well.

Naot is my go to comfort and support shoe. The Koru footbed styles offer arch support and cushioning. The shoes have help heal many foot problems. The Koru footbed can also be replaced, available here at Zappos, extending the life of the shoe. I have many pairs and have worn Naots for years, their quality has stayed top notch! Thanks to Zappos for offering a wide selection of styles and sizes! Just a note, I wear a 7 1/2m, in Naots I purchase size 39.

I wish I could have had 7.5, just a little more room, but I think they will stretch given some time. Even so, I wore them all day and they were super comfortable.

I have owned these shoes for over a year and am writing this review after just having purchased my second pair of Naot shoes. The material is high quality and they look just like the picture. They started out a bit sung, but molded to my feet during the first day of wear. They are expensive, but I have probably worn at least 30% of days over the past year, including a couple of a vacations during which I was on my feet for 10 hours per day.

I have a very difficult foot to fit and never buy shoes online. I took a chance on this shoe and it certainly paid off! Most comfortable shoe I own !

Loved shoe so went up a size. Went from a 39 to a 40. Shoe runs small. I am very happy with the size 40. Nice looking shoe........I have the multi tone black.....it is very attractive. I am considering a second color perhaps the brown. Give it a try but order a size up. Thanks Zappos !!!!!

Nice shoe for my difficult feet. Sent back smaller size. Right foot felt great. Left foot had to break in but after walking around the house for a couple of hours it felt fine. Not the most stylish shoe but the fit makes up for it. Give it a try but go up a size.

This is my fourth pair of this style of shoe. I have plantar fasciitis and hard-to-fit feet (small, with narrow heels--so the ankle strap is ideal), and this brand and style work great for me. The shoes are very comfortable and also look cute on. The Brown Shimmer Nubuck/Volcanic Brown Leather/Grecian Gold Leather color combo goes nicely with brown pants and leggings. I would wear these shoes with a skirt, too.

This are really a cute shoes, seemed to have good support for my foot problems of tendonitis and plantar fasciitis. The 41, my usual size in other shoes, was a perfect fit, plus compared to the Rahina, they made my size 10 feet look dainty! The leather is soft, and they can be casual, or dressy depending on the occasion. I purchased the Ralph Lauren cotton trouser socks in black, which are thin and comfy, but add to making them look dressy. This is my first pair of NAOT shoes and I am very pleased with my purchase. I am looking forward to getting another color in this style.

I have 4 pair of Kirei in 10M. I ordered 10W this time, and there was no difference in the width. I had to return them because I now need a wider toe box. I still had to give it 5 stars because Kirei is my favorite shoe of all time.

I have this style of Naot shoes in the color black and love them! I have a lot of issues--bunions, wide feet, flat arches. Because of all this, it is difficult for me to find the right shoe that I can wear all day without having any type of pain. But I was fitted for the Naot shoe in a quality shoe store and so I know the size I need to have in the Naot shoe. In any other shoe, I would wear a size 8 in either a medium or wide, depending on the style. So based on this, you would think that I should be wearing a size 39 in the Naot, but that size is tight. The size 40 fits me perfectly. Hope my review will help you find the right size for you.

Felt like slippers right out of the box like all Naot shoes. I just wish they were more girly!

Exceptionally good arch support built into the shoe. Classic design with nice style. Can be worn with casual or dressy outfits. Very comflrtable. Nicely accomodates “high" toes. Longest lasting shoes I have ever had! I have many colors in this versatile style along with sling backs and sandals. Zappos has excellent customer service and processes shipping orders fast.
