I have owned these shoes for over a year and am writing this review after just having purchased my second pair of Naot shoes. The material is high quality and they look just like the picture. They started out a bit sung, but molded to my feet during the first day of wear. They are expensive, but I have probably worn at least 30% of days over the past year, including a couple of a vacations during which I was on my feet for 10 hours per day.

I have a very difficult foot to fit and never buy shoes online. I took a chance on this shoe and it certainly paid off! Most comfortable shoe I own !

So comfortable and good arch support, love this brand of shoes. Great for people with arch problems.

Loved shoe so went up a size. Went from a 39 to a 40. Shoe runs small. I am very happy with the size 40. Nice looking shoe........I have the multi tone black.....it is very attractive. I am considering a second color perhaps the brown. Give it a try but order a size up. Thanks Zappos !!!!!

Nice shoe for my difficult feet. Sent back smaller size. Right foot felt great. Left foot had to break in but after walking around the house for a couple of hours it felt fine. Not the most stylish shoe but the fit makes up for it. Give it a try but go up a size.

This is my fourth pair of this style of shoe. I have plantar fasciitis and hard-to-fit feet (small, with narrow heels--so the ankle strap is ideal), and this brand and style work great for me. The shoes are very comfortable and also look cute on. The Brown Shimmer Nubuck/Volcanic Brown Leather/Grecian Gold Leather color combo goes nicely with brown pants and leggings. I would wear these shoes with a skirt, too.

This are really a cute shoes, seemed to have good support for my foot problems of tendonitis and plantar fasciitis. The 41, my usual size in other shoes, was a perfect fit, plus compared to the Rahina, they made my size 10 feet look dainty! The leather is soft, and they can be casual, or dressy depending on the occasion. I purchased the Ralph Lauren cotton trouser socks in black, which are thin and comfy, but add to making them look dressy. This is my first pair of NAOT shoes and I am very pleased with my purchase. I am looking forward to getting another color in this style.

I have 4 pair of Kirei in 10M. I ordered 10W this time, and there was no difference in the width. I had to return them because I now need a wider toe box. I still had to give it 5 stars because Kirei is my favorite shoe of all time.

I have this style of Naot shoes in the color black and love them! I have a lot of issues--bunions, wide feet, flat arches. Because of all this, it is difficult for me to find the right shoe that I can wear all day without having any type of pain. But I was fitted for the Naot shoe in a quality shoe store and so I know the size I need to have in the Naot shoe. In any other shoe, I would wear a size 8 in either a medium or wide, depending on the style. So based on this, you would think that I should be wearing a size 39 in the Naot, but that size is tight. The size 40 fits me perfectly. Hope my review will help you find the right size for you.

Felt like slippers right out of the box like all Naot shoes. I just wish they were more girly!

Exceptionally good arch support built into the shoe. Classic design with nice style. Can be worn with casual or dressy outfits. Very comflrtable. Nicely accomodates “high" toes. Longest lasting shoes I have ever had! I have many colors in this versatile style along with sling backs and sandals. Zappos has excellent customer service and processes shipping orders fast.

Great fit and size, excellent support and well made. Naot is the one brand of shoes that reay work for me as I have some problems with neuro damage to one leg. I love Zappo's easy return policy as well. If I order something that does not work for me, it is easy to return.

They’re the most comfortable shoes I’ve bought in 20 years! I already had this style in brown, and I ordered the same size, but the black ones were a little smaller. I call them “snug.” Not uncomfortable, though, and I assume they’ll stretch out a bit.

These are the only shoes I have worn everyday for the past 3 years . They are extremely comfortable and I have them on all day. I accidentally ordered the wrong size this time and hence had to return them. Can’t wait to get my new pair.

These are the most shoes ever! I have had several pairs and am never disappointed. I have back issues and have no problems when I wear these.

This is my go to shoe. It is very expensive but needs no break in period. The comfort is awesome.This is my 5th or 6th pair of Naots. Perfect arch support for severe over pronation.

I always go back to this shoe even though I try others. It is the perfect shoe for arch support and comfort. There is no break in period. Wear them right out of the box.

The Naot Kirei is simply perfect in every way. I have bought many pair of the Naot Kirei in many colors, always the suede/leather combination. I had and have a plethora of foot problems including surgery on the left foot with midtarsal fusions. Before surgery and now after surgery these shoes were and are a life saver. The toebox is roomy and the arch support superb. The insole is made of cork and replaceable, and the soles of the shoes will last for years. The Naot brand tends to be expensive compared to other brands, however it is money well spent. You will be able to walk for hours with the first wear.

Excellent walking shoe! Wore all over Europe as I walked the cobbled streets, and wear as everyday shoes or with work clothes. I inserted some better arch supports for my high arch and wide foot.

In general, I do think this is a fabulous shoe! Comfortable from the first moment it goes on, easy to walk in. The two issues I have: ALWAYS, with loop and hook closers, it's almost impossible to have the best possible fit. Straps are too long for me, and the overlap of the hook and loop material just barely works by the time I get a good fit. I have a skinny, bony foot! The heel is never quite narrow enough. In a designer shoe I would take a AA heel. Given those two issues, this shoe is as good as it ever gets with my feet. This is actually a replacement pair. The straps on my first pair fell apart after less than a year. I am hopeful these will last far longer, since I won't be wearing them so often. (Those are my photos of the falling apart straps against a peachy background) The soles looked almost new - but the straps got so bad I couldn't wear them anymore. Thank you, Zappo's, for replacing them!

Comfortable, stylish, and easy to wear.

I have bunions on both sides of both feet. These shoes--in wide-- accommodate the bunions very well. The Mary Jane style with the strap allows the shoes to fit snugly around my ankle, which is slim. The shoes are "dainty" enough (for a person in her 70's, for whom comfort trumps all) to look good with skirts as well as slacks.

I have Plantar Fasciitis and have difficulty finding shoes that will accommodate my large and bulky orthotic inserts. It is a tight fit but they do work with these shoes. I usually wear an 11 M due to the inserts and bought these shoes in that size and they fit well. They were comfortable on the first wearing. I am a little concerned that the strap may not last a long time as stated by other reviewers, but decided to give them a try because of the style and also comfort information from others. I plan on purchasing additional colors in the future. I am so glad to finally find a cute shoe that will work with my foot issues.

I have narrow feet but I ordered the medium in a 6, rather than a 6 1/2 narrow ,which is harder to find now. These fit very comfortably. I added a half sole insert, and the shoes were comfortable the first time I wore them.

Wore them the whole day out of the box and two days later the whole day. They have amazing support, although I put my orthotic in which gave a bit more toe room. Very cute and extremely comfortable shoe. With my high arches and older feet Naot is my favorite brand. I even own a Naot higher wedge that I can actually walk in like my old days of high heels everyday. Great shoe for long days doing whatever!
