Love these shoes! Comfortable out of the box! I have a high instep, narrow heel and wide front foot. Very, very comfortable!

This shoe is comfortable out of the box. I have a high instep wide front foot and a narrow heel. The only thing I did not like was the patent leather strap which seemed out of place with the rest of the shoe.

I needed to move from a 40 to a 41 but with Naot that is sometimes the case. I was looking for a lighter colored pair of shoes that were comfortable and these are.

The NAOT Kirei in Sterling Grey, 36 Wide fit my usually size 5.5 - 6 foot perfectly. Great support, walk-all-day comfortable and as good looking as a Mary Jane can get - so many are just too clunky, these are not - more slipper-like with a strap. Nice suede and patent wherein lies the reason I'm returning them. The patent leather stitched on top of the strap has pulled away from the under strap on one shoe, leaving a slight gap where white inner strap shows through. Probably can't be seen by anyone else but me, but it's a flaw, will probably get worse and these are Naots = expensive. I'll try another pair, they are so comfortable and just what I need for traveling and winter.

I usually wear a size 8, but the reviews said order a size down. I did and had to return them and get my size 8. I have a narrow foot and the strap holds me foot in great! Very comfortable shoe. I have to have cushion under my heel and this shoe has it. I have had to give up heels and this shoe looks great with any nice outfit!

It seams that Naot shoes are the best fit for my feet. This pair is very comfortable and altough they are a bit large, it is fine when I wear them with socks.

Love the material, mixed soft suede and shiny patent leather. Great colors - grays and bluish grays. Runs a little big in heel, and I developed a minor heel blister after walking around city streets. But it seems to have broken in now. Good, solid comfort shoe that's not a sneaker, which is what I needed. Pairs well with business casual clothes.

I ordered these for a friend who has bunions and a narrow heel. They are the first pair of shoes she has been able to wear comfortably. The wide width and style of the shoe are just what she needed.

Size 38 is what I need, though because I have a large bump near the toe on one foot, I need to have that shoe stretched by a shoe repair person. I tried ordering a 39, but that is too "sloppy" in the heel and not good for my other foot. These seem "old lady" in looks, but they are just what I need for comfort and I love them.

I wear a 8.5 or 9 and this shoe in a 40 was fine. I generally wear Munro shoes but I’ve been disappointed in the quality and sizing of their closed toe shoes ( necessary for my job) and I thought I’d give Naots a try. Since I bought these, I’ve worn them at least twice a week, 10 - 12 hours at a time, and they’ve been quite comfortable.

i got the wide and they are super-roomy in the toe box and very comfortable.

These are my favorite shoes of all time, I think I'm on the sixth pair of these and I'm sure I will be buying these as long as they are available. They are super comfortable, and about as cute as you can expect from a comfort shoe. LOVE THEM!

I love these shoes. I have a hard time finding shoes that give me enough arch support. These are perfect. I can even wear them without socks and no blisters!!!! Very expensive, but 100% worth it. (coming from a person who has a hard time spending more than $25 this says a lot).

Loved the look of this show when it arrived. Needed a good support shoe and this one will do the trick. Very comfortable. Love the grey suede with detailing! Naot makes a really nice shoe!

This is my third pair of Naot shoes. The cork insoles are wonderful because they mold quickly to your feet and improve an already great arch support. The soles are nonslip. The shoes seem to last forever -- and keep their great support the entire time.

These shoes felt amazing from the moment I put them on. I sometimes find that Naot shoes are narrow in the toe box. I ordered these in wide and the fit is perfect. They are very comfortable. I am not 100% certain that I like the patent leather on the strap, but my pants will generally cover those unless I am wearing leggings or crop pants. These are great shoes for work, travel, etc.

My feet are getting worse and worse, and I need much more room in the toe box, so I ordered a bunch of different orthopedic-type shoes. I couldn't believe how comfortable and stylish these are, and even though there is plenty of room in the toe, it doesn't look like a grandma shoe. Love the infinitely adjustable hook and loop closure; this allows me to adjust the fit to accommodate my feet swelling at the end of the day. I ordered my regular size (39) and found that it fit perfectly. They are comfortable and a joy to wear, and I loooove the extra padding at the heel; it does not slip despite my narrow heel. I'm considering ordering another pair in a different color, I like these so much. Since they are so expensive, I'm hesitating a bit and want to test these out some more before I do.

Based on the recommendation that this shoe runs large, I ordered both the 41 and 42; the 42 fit perfectly. I have purchased about a dozen pairs of Naot shoes, all size 42 ( I usually wear a 10 1/2 narrow) and love them. I'm sure I will enjoy this style, as well.

Naot is my go to comfort and support shoe. The Koru footbed styles offer arch support and cushioning. The shoes have help heal many foot problems. The Koru footbed can also be replaced, available here at Zappos, extending the life of the shoe. I have many pairs and have worn Naots for years, their quality has stayed top notch! Thanks to Zappos for offering a wide selection of styles and sizes! Just a note, I wear a 7 1/2m, in Naots I purchase size 39.

I wish I could have had 7.5, just a little more room, but I think they will stretch given some time. Even so, I wore them all day and they were super comfortable.
