I love these boots!

Great boots. I ordered a half size up for thick socks and they fit perfectly. Some mentioned the buttons were a pain. They are but only if you use them which you don't have to since they slip on and off easily. One weird thing is they really smell like the suede that they are. I thought the new shoe smell would dissipate after a few days, but it's still going strong.

I purchased these boots for my daughter who is moving to Kansas City from a much warmer climate. She loves them.

These boots are excellent! I took the advice of others and ordered a half size larger than normal. They fit very comfortably with thick socks. I wore them recently in Northern Minnesota and was very please with their performance. The only drawback is that I sometimes slip on ice. However, overall I love these boots. A great purchase.

This is a very nice warm boot that could be worn with no socks. Has a cute style and great fit, more conformed to the foot like a sneaker rather than a floppy house shoe like some others. Only drawback is that it doesn't easily slip on; you have to open the side tie. Sorry I had to return due to my right foot being slightly larger and made it fit a bit too tight.

This boot is very comfortable and warm regardless of the temperature. It is easy to get on and is a stylish change to many other boot styles.

I live in Merrell clogs and shoes and never anticipated a problem with their boots. I ordered three different styles/colors as I need boots desperately and all boots fit me the same way(?)! They were all too tight in the toe area and my heels kept slipping in them. Very weird fit to say the least. I will keep trying as I love Merrell's and love Zappos for their awesome customer care and service! I'm sorry to have to return these as they are really cute boots...very well constructed, A+ all the way.

After reading some reviews before I purchased these, I was a little unsure if I would like them. But being that they are Merrells, & waterproof, I had to at least give them a try myself. Some people were complaining that the leather strap that goes around the button on the side is too hard to undo. Quite honestly, I don't think it's there to be undone every time you put on/take off the boot. I wear an 8, and ordered an 8 & I pull my boot on & off. I live downtown & have two dogs of my own, and I run a dog walking business. So, I'm outside walking a lot. These boots did not take any breaking in (which is nice, because I really didn't have time to break them in), they are totally waterproof, and very warm. I marked "moderate arch support" because I have high arches & usually use an insert in my shoes/boots. However, I am able to walk 8-10 miles a day (minus the inserts) without much discomfort, so I think the arch support is okay. Overall, 5 stars for these boots. I love them!

I go in search of snow drifts to walk through when I am wearing these boots. That is how warm and waterproof they are. Like walking on a tropical cloud in Alaska. The style is great as well and they look more feminine than the overrated Ugg boots, and the buttons are a nice touch. The buttons have elastic bands, which helps. I never unbutton mine. I have normal calves and I can just pull them on and off while buttoned. I sprayed them with suede protection, though I doubt I needed to since they say "waterproof" on them. I am a true size 9 and I ordered a 9 and they are perfect.

I took a half size larger in these boots, because in my regular size (9) my toes were right at the end. The 9.5 worked perfectly, and have kept my feet warm and dry through a particularly snowy winter. Also, as winter boots go, they’re extremely cute.

Excellent boots. They look great with jeans tucked in and are very warm and comfortable. It snowed 30 inches and I had to spend hours shoveling my car and my walk, and my feet never got wet or cold. I love these!

I LOVE these boots! I got them for a trip to NYC and they kept my feet so warm. Very comfy, too!!! I ordered a half size bigger just in case I needed thick socks and they fit great even with thinner socks.

I just got these boots in the mail and I love them already! They fit me perfectly and are so warm! I wear a size 9 tennis shoe and I ordered a size 9 boot...they even fit with my big winter socks! And they are really comfortable and even have an arch to them. They aren't too loose or too tight! I would definitely recommend these boots if you are walking in snow a lot or if it’s slushy out (they are waterproof!)

First of all, I ordered these on a Saturday and they were on my doorstep on Monday afternoon when I got home from work! Amazing! I LOVE these boots. The fit is true to size. I can wear a super thin sock and my feet stay cozy warm, no matter how cold it is outside, but there is room to wear a thicker sock, too. There is room to tuck jeans/pants inside and they slide on without having to button them every time. They feel like slippers. I would definitely recommend these. Merrell's never disappoint!

\r\nI love these boots. They are the perfect combination of syle and comfort. I love to walk even in the winter weather, but it is too cold and wet for atheletic shoes. These boots have been great even for walks of 1-2 miles. They give me great support and keep my feet warm and dry.

I wear these boots every single day in the fall and winter. It keeps my feet very warm while not sweaty. They are extremely comfortable, easy to put on, and look great with a pair of jeans. They are waterproof. They're great in rainy or snowy weather. Your socks will stay dry. I will say that if you have a healthy set of calves, then these boots will be impossible to put on. They really are for those who have slender calves. I highly recommend them!

First of all, I don't know how Zappos does it, but I received these boots less than 24 hours after I ordered them. It's the same with every order. I had to order them in 1/2 size larger because they didn't have my size. So glad I did, they fit perfect! They are so stylish, well made, and have great arch support. Unlike Uggs, these are made for snow and cold.

These are super cute boots, but, they were way too narrow for me (and my feet are pretty darn narrow). I exchanged them for the Merrell Encore, which was a better fit.

These boots are comfortable and warm. I found them much easier to put on when I wore thin trouser socks as opposed to thick hiking socks.

Unfortunately, had to return them because getting them on and off was quite an ordeal. They are cute, though. And once on, quite comfortable.

Really cute, perfect for my relatively narrow feet and calves. I use them to walk through heavy snow in Boston. They have great traction on ice. The only complaint I have is that they are not completely waterproof. I have water leak into my right shoe when I walk through deep snow. I'm going to spray them with waterproof solution and hopefully that will fix the issue.

The soul curves upward, and feels awkward, otherwise, the shoe would have been great.

Nice looking and cozy boot, but the button closure on the side was a problem for me. I had to open them to get the boot on, then couldn't hook the cord around the button again (they're not elastic). I ordered a size larger than normal, but clearly the design is too narrow for my feet. I love Merrell but I'll have to pass on these.

Not comfortable if you have wide feet. I wore the shoes for a few hours and was in pain thereafter. I love Merrells and I wear different styles at other times. Unfortunately this pair was a dud.
