I love this shoe! I have 1 of these in black and two others of them in different colors and sightly different style toe They are the perfect get around shoe. Look like boots but really comfy - and perfect for airplanes!

I bought a pair of these over 20 years ago and wear them as a special treat. Comfort, good looks, durability, Ariat has it all. Now I bought the same shoe in black and am in love all over again. All-day comfort (and I have trouble wearing many shoes), stylish, and beautiful leather. So glad I found these!

A beautiful shoe of amazing quality. It was pure comfort as well; however, I didn't keep the shoe because I wanted a different style of heel, would have kept it had the heel been boot like, not loafer like.

These are nice shoes. But they are a little pricey for what you get. They went back and I got the J Renees. They are soft and comfortable but not perfect. They felt a little bulky.

These are very comfy and look great with jeans. Good arch support, I don't need orthotics with them, and flexible sole. Highly recommend!

These shoes are so comfortable and stylish. There was no need to break them in as they were comfortable out of the box.

These are the perfect conference shoes! I purchased these Ariat mules as a last ditch effort to find a shoe that didn't kill my feet when walking around big conference centers. These shoes blew everything else out of the water! I have tried Naturalizers, Clarks, Merrells, Easy Spirits, Mephisto and many more brands but by the end of a conference I am ready to throw away the shoes and put my feet in ice for three days. those days are gone. Not only were these Ariats comfortable all day long, but I wore them every day for five days, traipsing back and forth across miles of hard conference flooring in Chicago's McCormick Place - with nary a pain, nary a tear and nary a curse of disappointment. Ghey delivered beautifully. If you have walking to do in a professional environment, these are the shoes for you!

These are my go-to boot/shoe for all reasons. Seriously the most comfortable shoes in my closet save the bunny slippers. They go with professional looks and jeans alike. I love the option of an ankle strap, but it looks great pulled over the top of the shoe too. Since they're Ariat, they'll last forever and I'm pretty sure I'll replace them with the same shoe when they do finally get worn to death.

Heavenly - a first time experience for me and I am 78! I am a walker and was walking in a shoe that had that rise in the center back of shoe that hit the achilles...and thought that was my best shoe. Podiatrist told me to get a shoe where the heel was higher than the sole, and to use a heel lift. As soon as I put it on it was like a glove and a nice heel lift that I added a bit to. I am very happy, ordered my exact size 9.5. I have a narrow heel and a bunion on the larger right foot. No problem. These are not wide like Clarks, not narrow...but just right. Have ordered different styles of Ariat shoes. Happy happy! The free shipping and especially the free returns encouraged me to try this shoe. Yea! Zappos.

These shores are amazing! They are super comfortable with a padded footbed and the beautiful leather wears well. They are my go to shoes for times when I'm on my feet all day. Just love them!

This is my first pair of Atiat shoes but won't be my last. They are very comfortable. You can wear them all day right out of the box.

I wanted a dressy clog that would look good with dress slacks and this is the one I picked. They look great for the dressy look but have all the comfort of my everyday shoes!

It's a pretty shoe, just didn't do anything for my foot. I usually wear a 9 and I ordered the 9.5 because I didn't want my foot extending be youd the heal and my foot still would not go all the way down in the shoe.

This is the nicest leather Mule I've bought in a while. It's sporty, but still dressy enough to wear to work with slacks. The band across the instep can pivot backward to be used as an ankle strap -- great if you're doing a lot of walking. They were very comfortable on a long shopping trip on the second day I wore them. In addition, they have a stable, slightly western looking heel, good arch support and look smashingly good. I'm definitely a fan of these shoes! And Zappos never fails to impress me with customer service. Ten stars for the overall quality and experience.

Beautiful and comfortable. The inside is soft and supportive, but not mushy. If your feet feel best wearing clogs but you need something that looks professional to wear to work, these are your answer.

This is my second pair of these Ariat Mules, and I love the fit and the fact that you can wear with the strap up or down. My first pair is still in great shape after about 4-5 years of use during fall and winter months.

I'm very particular and read all reviews prior to purchasing these shoes. I agree whole-heartedly; they're great! Extremely comfortable immediately, no wearing them in necessary.

I took these out of the box, tried them on, and didn't take them off again! They are the most comfortable shoe I own, and they go with everthing. Jeans, slacks, they can be dressy or casual. I love the strap that can either go over the top of your foot, or become an ankle strap. Extra support when you need it, but comfort all the time. I fell in love with this shoe the moment I recieved them, and they'll be a favorite for years.

Versatile shoe that can be worn as a slide or use the heel strap. I have a long narrow foot but this shoe fits well in spite of being a medium width. Beautiful line with pants and with dresses and classy. Extremely comfortable! I love this shoe and would recommend it to others.

These shoes are very stylish, comfortable and fit well. I had no break in time at all. Highly recommend for a long day of standing and walking.

Love the shoes, but Ariat is well made product. They are true to size and very comfortable. I can where them to the mall without aching feet. Would buy again.

This shoe is the tops in comfort and style. I bought them for a trip to Seattle and was not disappointed at all. Do wear a sock with them at first, rubbed a bit on my little toe the first two times I wore them, but were fine after that. Had many compliments, and the comfort factor is off the charts. Tromped through airports in Jacksonville, Atlanta, Dallas and Seattle and my feet felt fine (a first for me!!!) An excellent buy for the price.

I totally love these shoes. They are so comfortable and supportive. I could go around the world twice in them and my feet would still be happy. Great looking with jeans. Fabulous. Also, love Zappos. They are the best.
