I love this shoe. Comfortable from the first time I put them on. They arrived just in time for my two week vacation walking around Paris and London. They were great! Over the months as they have relaxed, I will wear the strap on my heel if I am walking any considerable distance. Going on a year later I notice the ball of my foot has worn a divot in the shoe. They are still comfortable and I will be buying another pair. Every so often when I think about it I will rub a bit of an emollient cream on them to preserve them. Any scuffs that were visible are gone. I live in this shoe.

So glad Ariat brought back these mules. The latest ones had a seam across the top and were not as attractive. These run true to size. I wear an 8 and I buy this in size 8M and they fit perfectly. I've owned six pair of these mules. Leather wears after a few years of wear (I'm hard on my shoes). So buy more than one pair.

I wanted a basic black shoe that would work with both jeans and casual black pants. This shoe met my expectations and is exactly as pictured. The leather is high quality and overall construction is excellent. I did have to return the first pair and order a half size larger but as usual, Zappos made that extremely easy. I am very pleased with my purchase.

These shoes are extremely comfortable and they look good, too! Zappos has the best customer service I have ever experienced! I needed to make an exchange and they were so helpful; they always are!

I knew the moment I put them on that these shoes would be wonderfully comfortable. I wear them nearly everywhere. I broke all my toes last year, so the arch support is great.

I love these shoes and am buying a second pair (second color) today. The pair I currently have is the Havana (light brown) color, and it is a slightly worn/casual color that doesn't say "new shoes." The combination of this and the toe cap, gives them a somewhat funky, somewhat cowboy-boot feel...well-loved and worn. They look very funky-stylish and are perfect with jeans on Casual Friday. Note that some of the colors come with toe-cap style and some colors don't. I love the toe-cap, so this was significant to me. I have a very low tolerance to wearing uncomfortable shoes. I never ever wear heels, and the balls of my feet tend to hurt fast. Even though these have a bit of a rise to the back of the heel, I have zero problem with comfort. I can easily be in them all day...do a long lunch walk...and I'm still comfortable. I always wear the back strap around my ankle, so I'm not sure how well they stay on your feet if you flip it around to the front -- but having that option is nice. I usually wear a 9.5... but I tried both a 9.5 and 10 in these. They both fit, but I opted for keeping the 10 -- and am glad I did. I think the shoes run ever so slightly small, and I think the 9.5s would have ended up squeezing my toes at the end of a long day. Currently my favorite shoes.

Nice looking clog, not frumpy at all like other clogs. True to size, comfortable right out of the box and good arch support which is hard to find these days at this price point. And the waxed chocolate color is a nice, dark rich brown and almost looks burgundy-ish. I'll probably be getting another pair in black!

Love these mules! Straight out of the box they feel like comfy slippers with awesome support. The leather is buttery soft and conforms to the foot. My new favorites!

If this shoe is anything like the last pair of black mules I wore, they will last at least ten years. I find them stylish and comfortable. I have several pairs of Ariat shoes and would highly recommend them.

Great quality send style. Runs true enough to size, but if you are between sizes go bigger. I wear with Smartwool socks and almost wish I went a half size larger. These are so comfy and versatile I turned around and bought them in black just a month later.

These shoes are not only comfortable, but look good too! So much so that I bought 2 pairs in different colors. I have very hard to please feet and these are great.

Love the versatility of the back strap with this shoe. I just had foot surgery and I sometimes need that strap on the back of the foot to keep the shoe on. Very comfortable shoes!

I love this shoe so much that I have worn out my first pair, and today I'm back to buy another pair. I get so many compliments on them, too! I usually wear size 8, but I have these in 7.5. I've heard Ariat boots tend to run large too.

I love Ariat Mules! I have worn an Ariat Mule for years. I can put them on straight out of the box, and they feel wonderful. They last a long time! I ordered Chocolate this time, and the color is fabulous! Looks great with black! A wonderful comfortable shoe! Thanks Zappos!

I just received my new Ariats. LOVE them. Fit is great they run true to size and width. I have mortens neuroma and a high arch and these shoes do not disappoint. Excellent Arch support. Much lighter than my Danskos.

I've had success with Ariat in the past. I have wide feet. Ordered them anyway despite the reviews stating they were narrow. Ordered a half size up just to be safe. They are great. Probably would have been fine if I had ordered my regular size.

This is the best shoe I have ever bought and I am back for a second pair in another color This is also only review I have ever written! This shoe is worth every penny.

This is my 3rd pair. Sizing has been off though. 1st pair 9.5 good fit; 2nd pair 9.5 large; this pair 9 snug but expect some stretching. Boot-quality leather really wears wells. I've tried and returned about way too many shoes I always come back to these. They are my 'go to' everyday shoe! Love the new woven look.

Love them. No break in period for me. I will be purchasing another pair for the fall.

I have worn Ariat mules for years and this is the second pair from Zappos. They are so comfortable. They are my "shop 'til I drop" shoes! The are true to size for me. The delivery was very fast -- very happy with that! I did have to exchange my last pair and I think they passed on the way! I do wish Ariat would do more stacked wood heels on their mules/ slides. I'm happy happy!

Most comfortable shoes ever! I have these in black (also the clog version). I am so happy to find them in brown. I can walk all day in these and my feet feel great. The ATS technology that reduces foot fatigue really does work. I mostly wear these with the heel strap for a more secure fit still very comfortable. Also feel great with or without socks. Looks great with dressy slacks or jeans. Great all-round shoe.

Love these shoes so much I'm on my second pair! Super comfortable, true fit, no pinching or rubbing blisters. Did I mention Zappos.com customer service is second to no others?!

These shoes are awesome! I have a pair I purchased 10 years ago (still wearable). Was so thrilled to find them at Zappos, I ordered 2 pair ( 1 black, 1 Brown). They are the most comfortable, well made shoes I own.
