Love these boots so much! I ordered a 7, which is my size, and it does feel a little longer than I would normally find. I have a slightly wider foot, and these accommodate really well. Very happy!

I was happily surprised at how quickly this boot adjusted to fit me! They became more and more comfortable--even during the first time I wore them! I did not have any issues with the fit and found it to be true to size. I would definitely recommend this boot!

Sizing is really tricky. I have a slightly wide foot and I normally wear an 8.5 in shoes (although I have another pair of Frye's in size 8 that fits great). I ended up purchasing a size 7.5 that's a little snug but will be workable after some stretching. The 8 was so huge I felt like I was wearing the boxes! The 8.5 was also huge but felt exactly the same as the 8. Very weird. However, there was even discrepancy within sizes. I bought one pair of 7.5 that I could barely smash my foot into, then returned it for another 7.5 that fit much more comfortably. If it weren't for Zappos' lenient return policy, I never would have been able to do all the trying-on that allowed me to finally buy the right pair. Now, all I have to do is find some way to get the UPS delivery guy to stop hating me.

These boots are beautiful! Fit like a dream, do run larger than expected. They look great on, tried to wear them but they are just too heavy for me. But wow! What a statement! The chocolate vintage is fantastic.

I got these from a different seller but wanted to review. These look beautiful, & are very beautifully made. I got the gray and just love the color, the shaft height, and especially the rubber soles. But they run too long and narrow, (my feet are narrow at the heels and wide at the ball of my foot). I could not wear them with out my toes and the sides of my foot being pinched and feeling crammed into a too narrow boot. I did feel they were too long in the toes, it almost looked like a "sideshow bob" type of clown boot with the extra long toes sticking out in front of my feet when on, and when wearing, I felt I could easily trip. I was very disappointed in that they looked so gorgeous, but were so unwearable.

I love the antiqued, distressed finish of these boots, the comfort and shape of the toe box, and the moderate heel height. Unfortunately, the top of these boots hits me at the widest part of my calf (I'm 5'10") and is a bit baggy around the ankle--thus making my stems look stumpy. Back they go in exchange for the Page Cuff boots.

I loved this boot and was sad to have to return them. The construction, quality and style was beautiful. My feet are 1/2 a size different, so I fit the bigger (9.5, normally a 10), knowing the leather would stretch. The problem was that the harness hurt my ankle bone terribly. That metal ring was just in the exact wrong place and after lecturing 1 class, I had to take them off. I could order the next larger size but then once they stretch, they will be too big. So sadly, I have to find something else. As for the height, I'm 5'10" and they were perfect.

Great looking boots, pretty comfortable, but unfortunately very hard for me to pull on and off. Took a long time coming and going!

as with most Frye boots, I had to go a full size down from 11 to 10, which was a perfect fit. comfortable no break in time boot!

I had to return these bc my calves were too big, so I went with the 12Rs instead. In general though, Frye boots are well made and feel good on my feet.

I purchased these in black in my usual shoe size. These are my first Fryes and I was very worried about the sizing, but I'm glad I did not size down. I have a medium to narrow foot with long toes and low arches and these are perfect with medium socks. I can go barefoot or wear thicker socks and my feet still feel good and supported, and not pinched anywhere. These aren't as stiff as I'd expected. Won't need a ton of breaking in because they are comfortable out of the box. I'm 5'4" and these fit fine in length. Not too tall. Are perfect. Love them and can't wait to wear them for the rest of my life. Lines are clean and are not too chunky, square or masculine. Are rather elegant! I bought these to commute to work in winter, fall and bad weather. My Uggs were too sloppy. These look cute with my ladylike pencil skirts. Very unexpected but I'm glad. I needed a good-looking and comfortable shoe that could work hard, keep me safe and still look sharp. They don't have that amazing leather smell but I don't care because they look and feel so good. I have a huge Frye collection (>30 pairs) and these are my favorite. They're super comfortable and classic. A little edgy. Love them and have a 2nd pair in brown. Don't hesitate -- order them now and of course Zappos is always awesome.
