So soft and comfortable. Love putting them on. Easy to get off of arthritic feet with arthritic hands. Have only tried them on in the house so far because might have to return to get something that will stand up to a north Jersey winter.

Too Cute! More pink than orchid; love the color. Very soft. These are my first, but not my last, uggs! I usually wear wide shoes, and these fit perfectly.

Love Zappos, got my boots so fast, and free shipping always! I was also not worried about getting a fake pair of Uggs, unlike another site I used in the past. Would recommend Zappos to everyone.

Great boot, great quality. The button makes it easier to slip on and off and tuck pants into. Runs only slightly big. I wear a 7 1/2, and I ordered a 7. Perfect...stop thinking about it, and just get them. Zappos service...excellent, need I say more?

This is my 1st pair of Uggs. I love how comfortable these shoes are. My feet are staying warm even without socks. The fit is very snug; I think it has to do with the fur. I would not order a size up unless you plan on wearing thick socks with these. Great casual shoes for the winter. I live in FL, so it doesn't get as cold as the northern states, but once in a while we will get a little cold front and these will help. Overall, great buy.

These boots are super comfortable and very cute. The grey color is really ideal for fall and winter because it goes with just about everything. If I could have afforded it, I might have opted for the taller version of the Bailey button, but these are still very warm and comfy. The shipping process was also speedy and convenient.

I love my new bailey button boots, in Chocolate! I had bought these boots for my New York winter that we have every year. They're great, but stain easily. They are not ideal for snow, since the flap over the button falls over after moderate use. Overall, I love these cute boots. For newbies to Uggs, stick with the originals!

Just got mine, they are lovely!! I'm a 9 and went with the 9 following advice from other reviews, but I have to say if you plan on using them with socks then you should go one number up. They are very true to size, super comfortable, very warm, they look gorgeous, and the color is a must! As always, the best customer service--Zappos you did it again! I'm a very happy customer and the boots are worth the price!

We received the boots really fast. Our shipping was upgraded to a faster method without us requesting - loved it. We love the boots and the service we received and will shop Zappos again.

This is my second pair of Bailey boots. They are extra comfortable and extra warm. I wear them on my bare feet while its -20C outside. The only slight problem I had with them is that my arch is high so the right boot was a little tight to put on. They also run true to size; however if your feet are quite wide, go for a size up.

Love them! Fit just like Uggs do and are as comfy as you'd expect. The color is a lot of fun too. I live in Uggs in the winter and this color is a great addition to any winter collection!

I saw the Bailey Button Uggs and figured this could solve my hot leg problem! It is the summer, but as I've been wearing them around the house I've can tell already that they are so much easier on my legs (and easier to get on and off). I wear a size 9 and a few years ago bought a pair in size 8...big mistake for me. My toes rubbed uncomfortably at the edges. So, for most people ordering down a size works, but for me (and I am a true size 9, with slightly wider feet) the size 9's feel great. Also, I'd recommend the purchasing the Ugg water protector as my gray pair look pretty new still.

My opinion that Ugg boots are just plain uggly was drastically changed when I tried on this Bailey Button boot for the first time. I had to have them! They are cute, color is classy grey that goes with everything, and not to mention comfort. I can wear them all day long, and when I come home - I do not want to take them off. They are soft, cozy, breathable. I also got a care kit to clean and deodorize them - after a season of non-stop wear they still look like new. Absolutely love these boots, and recommend them to anyone who is looking for comfort and style.

I bought this boot for my 72 year old mother who just had surgery on her arthritic foot. It is easy for her to get into and is not heavy to walk in. And, of couse, everybody who has ever tried them, knows that Uggs feel like a heavenly hug on your feet. I wanted to get her the mini (ankle high) Uggs but heard the opening is very narrow.

It's a great shoe. I like the color so much. It's very good for spring. Very comfortable! Would recommend to friends!

I call these my spring Uggs. I have received so many compliments. The color is a light lavender and fit like perfectly. It is still cold here, but I don't really need the tall Uggs. Perfect.
