Love them! Slip right on, feel like heaven. Feet never feel hot or sweaty. I am normally a 7.5, I ordered a size 7-perfect fit. So happy. Love these Uggs!

The color is more towards the lavender side but still gorgeous color. I ordered a size smaller and they fit great. Very comfy, much recommended!

Comfortable, warm boots with a little more zip then the traditional UGGs. Wouldn't buy them anywhere but Zappos. Amazing customer service. Everyone should treat their customers like this but they don't.

Love the boots. So comfy and warm. Just don't scrub the suede with a brush to clean. For some reason the top on one boot has a blue tint to it know. I am an 8 1/2 and I got a 9. And Zappos has the best customer service I have ever dealt with!

Best, most comfortable shoes I've ever owned--don't know why I waited so long to get a pair. I probably could have gone down a size (I normally take a 7), but I like that there's some wiggle room.

These boots were ordered for my daughter's 14th birthday! She was so excited! They are exactly what she thought they would be! Plus...they fit me as well! They are very comfortable! I haven't worn them enough to know about the arch support. My daughter has not complained!

These are the cutest Uggs ever. They fit more snugly (which I like) than the classic tall boots, which I've had about 3 pairs of. And of course, still buy the size down if you are a half size (8 1/2...buy 8). I bought these in chestnut which is a very versatile color. My past Uggs were all sand and I just got bored with the color. I recommend these Ugs if you want a shorter Ugg with cute detail in contrast to the classics. You can also flip down the shaft to make them shorter and look a bit snow bunny-ish. Cozy, cute, love 'em!

I wear size 8 1/2. I always buy a half size smaller in the UGG Boots. I have several pair, all colors. My favorite boot! Cute and comfy.

As usual, the merchandise was perfect and got it the next day! Wouldn't shop for shoes anywhere else!

Love these cozy fun red boots - wish I could wear them everywhere. I have trouble with my feet, but no worries with UGGS - they feel like a dream and are incredibly warm.

The only thing: they stain my feet black. They are great for being warm.

I love Ugg boots. This is the first pair of Baileys that I have bought. I usually buy the short Uggs size 7. I bought the Baileys size 7 and they were tight! I assumed they ran same size as the short ones. I do have a foot that is a tad bit chunkier.

These ran big and had to be sent back; bummer, but threw them into the same shipping box, printed out the return label and done. Ordered the smaller size,the new ones shipped in 24 hours. These are the short ones, very cute with jeans, and they are shorter so they slip on and off a lot easier than talls, plus they have a lot of fur which feels better without socks. They are cute up or tucked over. They are Uggs, so the foot is flat. A great winter boot. I take off the 4 inch heels at the end of the day and slip these on for the walk to the car. Very comfy.

Very warm and comfortable. Color is swell and they are good on snow (though not ice, but what short of spikes is?). Love 'em and delivery was very speedy.

These boots are great! I wear a 6 1/2 in shoes, but anytime you order boots you want to go to the size down, I ordered a 6 and they are perfect. I love how quick Zappos shipping is they rock.
