I bought these boots for my daughter and she loves them! She has the classic short and tall Uggs and always goes down a size. With these though, she was her true size.

These are very nice boots. This is my first pair of shoes from this company and I am pleased with the fit. I usually wear a 7½ to 8 but these fit like a glove and are not at all tight on my toes. I also have the problem of large calves and the button closure is perfect. It is elastic and stretches enough that I can tuck wider pants leg bottoms in and not have them rub against my ankle. They are warm and a nice color too.

These boots are absolutely gorgeous! I am constantly getting compliments for them. Like all Uggs of similar style, it's like walking on air!

I bought these Uggs for my significant other's birthday. I ordered these boots on 12/29/10 at 9:00am & they were at my doorstep on 12/30/10 12:41pm! Not only does this website provide extraordinary products, but its online services & shipping processing is second to none.

I ordered these boots yesterday around 4pm and they arrived this morning. I love Zappos! Their shipping is super fast! I also love the boots. The inside is so soft and comfortable; it is a little tight around the ankle area but it's not uncomfortable and I'm sure it's mostly because I have wide ankles and calves. They fit perfectly otherwise and I hear they give a little after you wear them for a while. I went a size down as advised and they are great!

Love this product and Zappos! They delivered the next day and best of all I didn't have to pay sales tax!

I purchased these boots for my 21 year old daughter for Christmas, and she just loves, loves them. I followed the advise of others and got a size smaller, and they are a perfect fit. I can't keep her out of them.

First pair of UGGS and I'm in love! I always wear a size 8 and ordered these in a 7 and they fit perfectly! The crushed violet color is very pretty, but is also neutral enough. I'm very happy with these and worth the money. Zappos of course rocks in getting them here in less than 24 hours. Merry Christmas to me!

I received my red Ugg Bailey Button boots yesterday. They are a beautiful dark red. I love the color! The red does rub off on clothes. It also washes right out. Phew! I had them on with off-white cords and found a lot of red around the bottom of my pants. I washed the pants this morning and all the red washed out. So don't hesitate because of the color transfer. They are so soft and comfy! This is my second pair of Bailey Buttons. Love them!

Bought a pair for my wife for Christmas. Very pleased she loves them. Point we live in Florida, she says boots are not hot on moderate days.

I usually wear a size 10 but after reading many reviews I ordered a 9. They fit perfectly! I bought them in gray and I love them. They are so comfortable. I wish I could wear them all the time.

WARM and comfortable without socks at the same time, but not great in walking on icy sidewalks. I normally wear US 7.5 to US 8 but ordered 7 in Ugg instead, which fits perfect. It’s a little bit large on the circumstance if I am wearing leggings instead of jeans. Love this blackberry wine color and this style is a great starter for people who want to get their first try of Ugg.

The shoes are great, but nothing can compare to the excellent service that you get from Zappos. This is the only way to buy shoes!

These boots are so comfortable and stylish. You can tuck your jeans into them and roll them down for a different look. My daughter and I each bought a pair.

I bought 4 pairs of these boots, one for myself and gifts for others and we all love them. Super comfortable and they make your feet happy! I would also say that Zappos is the best place to buy these from, they randomly upgraded my shipping order at no cost so I got them the day after I ordered them! What company does that at Christmas?

I purchased the boots for my granddaughter for Christmas. This was the second order from Zappos and won't be my last. They had what I wanted in the right size. I opted for regular shipping and they upgraded me to overnight and the next day I had the boots. Best of all my granddaughter Hannah loves them and they fit perfectly. I will not hesitate to order from Zappos again.

This was my first pair of Uggs. I am definitely a fan. These boots are so warm and comfy. I want to wear them all the time. Zappos did a great job of getting them to me quickly too.

Was so glad to see the original Clarks Desert Boot. Ordered on July 10; they fell apart on October 20th. So, so, disappointed.

I love these boots! I am a 6 1/2 and ordered a 6. They fit great and are very comfortable and warm. This won't be my only pair. Thanks for the outstanding customer service too.

Okay ... I just absolutely love these and feel put out when I can't wear them. I resisted the Ugg thing all these years and recently with the new Bailey Button boot I caved. So comfortable, so cute and so mainstream. Love these sooo much! And, of course, add Zappos' absolutely unbeatable service to the mix and it's perfection.

Ugg is Ugg. You can find them all over the place, but Zappos makes online ordering and returning the most convenient ever! If I know that Zappos has it, I'm not afraid to order it since it is so easy and quick! Can't beat it.
