This is my second pair of UGG shoes. Love these boots! Very comfortable, cute and get many compliments.

They came quickly and they were just as described. They fit great and my wife loves them.

Zappos is one of my favorite internet businesses. I ordered Bailey Buttons for my daughter for Christmas. They were delivered the next day, even during the busy pre-Christmas shipping season. The boots fit and were just what she wanted. Zappos does what they promise, have the product selection and customer service I expect.

I really like these! Very comfortable and stylish. My first pair of Uggs, but probably not my last. :)

Love them! I read prior reviews that said they ran large so I ordered a a half size smaller than I actually wear, and they fit perfectly. Very comfortable and warm.

These are super cute but I had to go up a size as they ran smaller than the short Ugg.

Zappos is awesome! My boots were gorgeous but they didn't fit and Zappos overnighted me the correct size. Thanks to them I had my boots when I needed them!

The Ugg Bailey Button is awesome. The service from Zappos is amazing. I ordered the boots one evening and they were on my door step the next day. There was no sale tax or no delivery charge. I had shopped around, and Zappos was the cheapest price! Amazing delivery.

These boots are like cozy slippers; very warm and comfortable. I chose the color gray and it is just as pictured. Now I want more colors. I love them and will be wearing them all the time. They look great with leggings and jeans. I am usually a size 6, and have a wide foot. I ordered a size 5 after a consultation/online chat with customer service (thank you!) and they fit perfectly. Zappos is so amazing; I receive my product the next day and the browsing site is so convenient that I rarely shop in stores for shoes anymore! Thank you Zappos.

Uggs seem to run large. My daughter normally wears a 7 1/2 and I purchased a 7, and they fit perfectly.

My daughter got these boots for Christmas and she loves them. In Montana we get lots of snow and she wears them almost everyday!

Not only are these boots wonderful beyond description, but Zappos is a wonderful company that really cares about their customers. The Customer Service Staff is the best I have ever encountered! Zappos is the easiest and best company I have found to do online shopping. I have called in orders and ordered online and both are easy and fast. The customer service representatives are always helpful and go out of their way to resolve any potential concern you may have.

Zappos is amazing! The time it takes to receive your order is the time it takes to make a grilled cheese sandwich. Okay, not really, but they are very fast.

This is my 6th pair of UGG shoes and I just love them! make sure you spray them because they are very sensitive to the outside. So far I have gotten them dirty and spilled olive oil on them but a little dawn then submerging the whole boot (so it all dries the same) has worked so far.

These boots are comfortable, versatile, stylish and warm. They can be worn all day. I wear mine with leggings, but my 19 years old wears hers with skirts, dresses, even shorts. These boots look good with everything.
