I bought a pair of black Levis 550 black jeans and they didn't fit. Same size I always get and these didn't fit. Sent them back and reordered hoping I would get my normal size in the Levi jean size lottery. Since Levi started outsourcing their jeans the sizes have been entirely inconsistent and more expensive. The re-odered black jeans came quickly and these fit but the dye job on them was horrible. They looked like they had been washed 20 times and were not anywhere near the good solid black color they had been in the past. I have also noticed since they started outsourcing that the dye used on the black jeans practically rubs off and they go dark grey pretty quickly. I have ordered these jeans now for the 3rd time and am hoping they show up the dense black they should be.

Thin as paper. The 501 does not seem to be as heavy as it once was, but much better than this model.

This item had clearly been used and repackaged by Amazon. NO tags etc on the product.. Don't even know how I could return. So disappointed that this was advertised as new.

It's listed as a color option (Color Clif) of the classic Levi's 550 but when I received it is not denim, like all other 550's I own, but STRETCH denim version of the 550.

Jeans had a knife slice in the back that looked like it was probably done with a box cutter. No exchange option so had to return

poor quality, worse fit... don't buy and expect they're like the levi's you have at home

Not happy with most recent pair of 550s which I noticed were made in Mexico. Seems like every pair I purchase fits differently from the previous. I can understand slight variations but the differences have become more noticeable. Also with the most recent purchase, the quality of the denim material feels much cheaper.

Ordered 2 pair of pants and they shipped wrong size or both paired Not sure who’s pulling merchandise ,but someone needs some basic training about reading labels

These jeans, Levi's® Mens 550™ Relaxed Fit, are identical in every way but color to a pair I got in the same order. But I can't even button these. Zappos - as usual - was very accommodating and sent me a replacement pair figuring it was a fluke. No fluke. Same jeans. Same size. Can't even button the Black pair.

This pair of jeans was mis-labeled!! When my VERY TALL son tried them on, he saw that they weren't as loose as he was used to, and when he began to move around in them, the pants split in the back, along the back, right pocket!! I will be returning them for a replacement. The other pair which I ordered at the same time, was noticeably larger. I had washed both pairs and had tumbled them dry, according to the care instructions.

These jeans are not made for tall customers and are thus no different than what is available at any department store. They have a standard rise and thus ride very low on the waist. Would expect better from a tall man clothier.

they don't fit me right

ordered two pairs of jeans the same size. it's a type and size of jeans i always wear. one pair fit fine. the other was too small. i had to send them back. how can the the same size and style of jeans be two different sizes?

I am 57. I have worn Levis almost my entire life. That's all I've owned. These 550 Levis made in Egypt are by far the cheapest made Levis I have ever owned. Where the back pocket attaches to the pant, it has ripped and the belt lopes have pulled through the cheap material. I unfortunately am done with Levis!

These jeans are horrible. Had to return because the size that fit in store stretched almost 2 sizes upon wearing. Got next size smaller....agian waist stretched to about another size bigger while the upper legs feel small and constricted.

I m done with Levis. That is not a decision that I make lightly as I've been working up to this for a long time. I've worn Levis blue jeans exclusively most of my entire upright walking life over 50 years! Heck, my body was shaped by Levis. But, I've watched the quality decay. Bit by bit. A pinch here, a corner cut there. Each time I purchase a new lot of Levis I say to myself, These are just not of the same quality as my previous pairs. One of the biggest disappointments was elimination of two of the belt loops. Really? How many more mansions and yachts does the empire need? Pants need seven belt loops! Even though the best price to be found is on Zappos, I just simply can no longer justify buying Levis. I've switched to Wrangler Jeans. After a lot of research, I found Wrangler s model 31MWZPW is the quality and price of Levis yesteryear.

These are a month old and the material has started to come undone. I really liked these jeans before they started falling apart.

Jeans look like they have grass stains on the knees. Look like they have been worn. Should be new dark blue but are not. Very disappointed!

My last purchase I bought 46" waist pants and they are so big that they are falling off of me. so this time I bought a 44" waist and I cant even get them to button they are so tight. I have spent over $250 on your website so far and have not had anything that fits.

I have a 34in waist and about 25.5in thighs around. Your jeans, even the relaxed ones are so tight on my thighs that fit my waist that I can do a half squat if I were to drop something. If I go any bigger than 34in waist though, they fall off when I put my cell phone in my pocket. Why do no jeans have wide thighs and not look "gangster"?

Never buy your true size. Always thought Lwvi shrank never ever wear them again. Very disappointed.
