These pants look & feel great

My 19 year old son has to wear khaki pants to work but finds the legs too wide in regular casuals due to his size. Wide legs make it difficult to climb a ladder to stock shelves. Loves the Levis 501 because they fit perfectly!

You can never go wrong with Levi's 501s. I'm 5'9, 160, 31 waist. The size 32/32 fits perfectly. The Zappos coupon made this purchase a super bargain!

I have always purchased 501 jeans from you for my son. I was surprised to see the jean's huge flaw in front by the crotch and the rear top pocket. These were not tight on him at all, in fact a little large that is why I was amazed in seeing how they wore. I needed to exchange these for another pair.

The jeans were so tight and I ordered the correct size that I always wear and have not gained weight, matter of fact I list 34 pounds.

Zappos shipping is incredibly fast, although I had to return 2 pair of Levi's, they shipped the replacements immediately without question (free shipping back and forth). Those were the correct size. (Not Zappos fault, depends on where the Levi's are made as to the exact size, unfortunately.)

I ordered a pair of these pants. It took Zappos 3 days before they even shipped the item. I have to say that I was fairly disappointed in the lack of customer service. I had expected better. I will be returning the item as soon as it arrives.

Well this is a first for Zappos. The jeans arrived with holes in the front - BIG holes. Also looked VERY worn, as if someone had kept them for a while. They are not supposed to be a distressed jean. These Jeans where VERY distressed! :) After all my years of Zappos, this is a first. Still love Zappos. Great company. Easy Shopping and returns.

Favorite style of jeans. Nothing better than 501s. And they complement my Adidas shoes perfectly. Ordering more pairs now.

They are white jeans. Zappos came through with great service as usual. If you want some white Levi jeans for spring then I recommend making the purchase.

The first shipment of these pants were stolen from my front porch. On the advice of the UPS deliveryman I contacted Zappo's by phone and was connected to a pleasant lady who spoke perfect English. She had another pair shipped to me immediately at no cost. Can't ask for better service than that. As for the jeans, well they are Levi's 501; not much to say about them except I have been wearing them for 5 decades and it seems the material is thinner, they have fewer belt loops and are way too expensive (I bought a comparable pair of Wranglers from Target for less). Not a slam on Zappos; I've noticed Levi's quality has been deteriorating for years while the price has increased.

In the '70s and '80s, I liked Levi's and bought them regularly. However, by the late '90s numerous changes caused me to be somewhat dissatisfied. I had not noticed much difference in the earlier jeans that I had bought, whether button fly or zipper fly, they all were made about the same, fit the same and were of the same sturdy denim. The '90s era jeans came in so many different styles and were made of so many different types of material, they never fit quite right and they usually did not last too long. The prices were still high but my satisfaction was pretty low. It seemed like Levi's were trying be everything to everybody. In the next decade, I avoided Levi's completely because of complaints related to them moving production out of the US and my earlier observations about poor fit and durability. I tried lots of different brands but liked very few. Finally I went back and did some research and found that I had be stuck with imported Levi's but if I chose correctly, I could get jeans that were similar to my original favorites. That is where my purchase from Zappos came in. My research told me that 501s in the rinse or dark rinse color were like the '70s jeans. I could expect 10 percent thinner fabric and a thinner hem but the rest of the changes were fairly minor. Turned out to be true. These fit fine, look good and I am a happy camper again. I see no big differences in quality of the construction. I normally wear 31 x 32 pants so I ordered 32 x 34 to allow for shrinkage. The waist is good after two hot washings but the length is a bit long. I am hoping that additional washings will get them to shrink a bit more. The reduced thickness of the denim is noticeable but not that bad. Overall, I would recommend these to guys who miss the Levi's of old and have never been truly satisfied by the currently available Wrangler, Lee or designer brand jeans. Avoid the more modern styles and the various fabrics that come pre-faded and buy a sample pair to verify your satisfaction.

These are Knockoff Levi's! I am shocked that Zappos is selling this crap. All you have to do is look at the leather on the right hip. Then google "How to tell Fake Levi's."

I will stick to only buying shoes from Zappo from now on. Both times that I have bought Levis the size has been wrong, they have been labeled correctly but both length and waist size have been at least two inched greater than, labeled. I have ordered from other sources and the size has been correct. Good and prompt service otherwise, but if size is wrong all the service in the world does not help.

My husband is 6'4" and it is hard to find his size 501s in the stores. Zappos has them every time I need to make a purchase. The quality is consistently good and they arrive quickly. Thanks Zappos!

I want to order a pair, but cannot get beyond the poorly designed website. Ideally, users should be able to select a color and see the display. However, all I can do is guess at the picture and hope this is what I am ordering. Please consider the color description to the graphic. Then I will know what I am buying and will make my purchase!

Great FAST service and got just what I wanted and expected The price was the same as JC Penny's sale but the quality was better.

Searched all over town for the best price on Levi's 501s and was shocked at how expensive they've become. Decided to check with Zappos and was pleased to find the same item for cheaper. And as always, Zappos service was outstanding and shipping was free.

I am not the best at this but I found your exchange department to be very user friendly asked how the weather was in my state as he was taking care of the exchange.

These jeans fit well but they are very lightweight. Also the fabric they use to make the pocket bags these days is very disappointing and pills immediately. It's such a simple, inexpensive detail that makes a huge difference. Outsourcing and greed are unfortunate.
