I love Levi jeans. This is a great pair of dark denims. I always go up about 1 to 2 waist sizes whenever I buy.

I was following the advice from Put This On, and bought this pair of shrink-to-fit jeans. Shrink-to-fit, as far as I can tell, just means real, raw denim. Levi's recommends getting these way too big. If you follow the advice of Put This On and just soak them in a tub and hang them to dry, you should just get the size you normally wear. I wear a 36" waist and bought a 38" pair before I realized this. It was way too big even after washing them again in a hot washer and then putting them in the dryer. Since then, I bought a 36" pair with a little longer length than I normally wear. They're plenty big in the waist and are still a little too long!

Good jeans but these run small. Must be the fit. It happens with different brands, makes, designs, fits, and other variables within the fashion industry. I can fit into the same size in designer jeans (who I will not mention), yet I could not fit into these. The only good thing is that I've been losing weight steadily for 4 years and as I get closer to my goal I will definitely fit into these. The bummer is that I have to wait. I've always liked Levi's Jeans but I have to say that they've always run small (well, since the 80s anyway).

I love Zappos. It was my first time ordering and it was so easy. I found just what I wanted, it was less expensive than anywhere else, and I am not exaggerating here, it arrived 12 hours after I ordered it. I couldn't believe it.

I have never received better service when making a purchase online! I actually placed my order late on a Saturday night and the package showed up at my door on Monday...that\'s how fast it was! My purchase included two pair of jeans in two different sizes (because I wasn\'t sure what size I needed). So, when I sent the wrong-sized jeans back, my credit was applied immediately. When I called to speak with the CSR, not only was he pleasant to speak to, but, he also upgraded my status to VIP! (without me even asking to) I\'m telling you...you CANNOT go wrong with ZAPPOS!!!

After a few shrink dunks and a wash these pants are the most comfortable pants I've ever worn. I never go out of the house with any other pants.

Among all those varieties of jeans available these days, Levi's 501 has to be the very original design and, more likely than not, the best. Though yours truly never tries to pretend to be a jeans connoisseur, the styling and materials used are much the epitome of integrating form with function - bar none. The only complaint should be around the other-than-brass buttons. It's hard to tell exactly of what alloy they are, but most definitely not the very classical brass. That's very much a pity that today's product doesn't seem to be following the good, old tradition Levi's has been preserving for so long. Just in case, the jeans come with button, instead of zipper, fly. Allegedly this was how they were made some more than 100 years back. The question naturally comes to: If button fly, why not brass buttons? Purchase at Zappos was a charm as the site offers a wide range of colors, variants, and, best of all, the size for yours truly.

Stiff and uncomfortable (but I knew that before I bought them). Even though they are straight leg, the legs are skinny. Great color, good style for going out at night, but not everyday wear. If you want softer ones, don't buy the shrink to fit.

I do a lot of purchasing online. From all of my experiences I have realized that there is no company as well run as Zappos. Their prices are always competitive, especially considering their excellent service.

I bought 5 pairs of Levis for my husband. Good price quick delivery. Same fit as always,however I think Levis is using a different denim, the material is softer and maybe thinner. My husband has been wearing these for years and has no complaints about them.

Your site was almost too easy to use and had the best prices of any other sites I had checked out for the product I was searching for. Up here its always a surprise when you get anything you ordered within 2 days unless you pay out the nose for shipping-and you guys included shipping! I won\'t even bother checking other sites for ease of use, price and s&h-keep it up and thanks again!

I am a tall woman, and have a 36 inch inseam, so it is very difficult for me to get jeans that fit. I was so happy that Zappos had my size, no one else carried. And the best part was that I got it the next day! Don't think I'll waste anymore time shopping elsewhere. The jeans look and feel great. Thanks Zappos!

Nice jeans for the money! I ordered the "Medium Iconic" which is actually a little darker then pictured. These jeans are true to size and fit perfect. The material is washed down and soft, but seems durable enough to last awhile. The 501s from Levi's are good, quality jeans and are one of my favorites. If you're going to purchase these jeans, I would definitely recommend Zappos. They offer a wide selection of washes and they have an awesome shipping and return policy.

I usually wear a 32x32, so I got a 32x34 on the advice of some folks. I wanted a kind of tight jean look, so I was told to get the same waist I normally get. With Zappos super fast delivery, I was soaking these pants in the tub within 24 hours. Probably not the best pair to go with if you're looking for a skinny jean shrink to fit look. But they do look and fit better than my standard 501's. Next time I'll probably also step up the quality of my STF; hopefully by then Zappos is carrying more brands. I'd probably also get 32x35 next time since the length went down a little more than I wanted (I also think a rolled cuff would look better on the black pair I have).

I've been wearing 501's for years, I liked ordering from Zappos, free shipping, I could find the size I need. I love dark, thick jeans that you can put them in the dryer for as long as you need to, to get them tighter. Love them.

Love the jeans. Wore them all the time in high school. Only problem is the suggestion for the shrinkage of the length; mine maybe shrank an inch and that was after several washes; they are still too long.

I love Levi\'s pants! They are my favorite and I have been wearing this size for many, many years. The good news is the size hasn\'t changed. The bad news is the material they are using to make these pants are bad, bad, bad. I wouldn\'t buy another and if I wear them to work, I think about who I might meet that day. I don\'t want my friends to see me wearing them. I do not recommend the Tidal Blue pants at all!
