As with all original Levi jeans they are pretty true to size once they are washed. Like most jeans, they tend to shrink a little with washing but stretch right back out. They only get better with age!

Just note that these are darker stonewash, not medium stonewash. Otherwise the great reliable 501s we've spent our lives wearing.

My husband's favorite jeans since high school. Didn't need "blue"...likes the variety available. Received jeans the next day...amazing service!

Love the buttons. First pair of 501 in a few years and the bottom of the legs are flared more than I remember them being. Love the feel and fit, would buy again.

My husband wears size 40 in Dickies brand jeans and the fit is very comfortable. He tried the same size in these Levi 501s and couldn’t even close the buttons. He would have needed at least size 44 to get them closed!! He also thought the fabric looked too wrinkled and the back rise was very low. Sent them back and will continue searching...

501 in Tidal blue size 34x32. They fit good, true to size. Color is good, pretty dark blue. Two things to note, the dye on the tidal blue will bleed every wash (4 so far) and DO NOT dry these on high, they will shrink unbelievably.

I purchased the 501s in the rigid, shrink-to-fit version. I recommend buying your normal waist size and buying at least 2" longer in the length, possibly more. I found that the length shrunk quite a bit with a few washes/soaks. The waist doesn't shrink a ton and will likely stretch back out with wear. Overall these are cool pants, and for the price they're a fun project at worst.

Zappos delivered on time and I had the jeans within 48 hrs. Good fit, good style, classic 501. Good color. Looking forward to them fading to get that worn look.

Great jeans... cool shrink to fit - Wear a true 28X30 in pants/jeans. Ordered a 28X32 in the 501s - meant to get 29 waist, but spaced out I guess. Did a warm soak wearing the jeans and wore for about 2 hours after until relatively dry… Got a great fit, however, am still hoping for some slight stretch in the waist - if I get just a bit more, they will be perfect... If not, I'll go for the 29 waist next time as recommended. Also... this is the new 501 fit... a bit slimmer and with slightly less rise.

The pants felt like cardboard at first (which I guess is to be expected), but even after 5 washes, the denim is stiff and hard in the Shrink to Fit. Plus, I ordered exactly by the measurements recommended and they shrank about 50% more than they noted. Zappos was great as always though! Fast shipping!

I ordered Levi 501\'s from Zappos. After I submitted the order, I was unsure about the color. I call the customer service line and spoke to a CS rep. She went above and beyond to help me out and my order was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Zappos.

Levi 501 jeans are hard to find locally, and Zappos price was lower. They had the right size and their attention to detail and super fast shipping can't be beat.

Super fast shipping from Zappos; these are my Dad's favorite jeans and have been for years! He is very happy with them and says they are just as comfy as he remembers. Will be buying more in the future.

This review is for my first order through Zappos. I needed a couple of pairs of jeans and while searching the internet for exactly what I needed I found them on sale at the Zappos site. I decided to give Zappos a try because frankly, I didn't want to drive to Las Vegas and Zappos offered 'Free Shipping' and 'PayPal' (very convenient). I placed my order after noon and received the order the next day! I thought I lost a day because nothing seems to happen that fast (even in person) and I want to place another order because I still can't believe it got here overnight. I ordered Levi brand 501 Jeans and did not use any 'fossil fuel' getting them! How cool is that! I even did 'Something Green' for "The Entire Earth". Phew, that was 'heavy'.

I love Zappos! I purchased a pair of jeans and shoes recently, then an espresso machine, boots and lots of Christmas gifts. I received great customer service and everything arrived either on time or early, and in great condition! Zappos is now my go to purchasing site!

The fit of the pant is great. The pant is longer than the length suggested. I will have to spend extra to get it altered to the desired length. Otherwise, I liked the Zappos service. I was able to exchange 32x30 for 32x29 without hassles (but still longer than my usual 32x30). The pant has a stiffer texture than I imagined.

Awesome jeans! Of course, fast shipping and returns. Had gotten the wrong size (too much holiday sweets) and returned them. Speedy return and got my Zappos credit. Button downs look nice and I have gotten some compliments on them. I recommend the black and the cafe colors.

I ordered these jeans as a casual item to wear. the wash is great and the fit even better. I am a Zappos VIP so I order Tuesday and they are in my hand Wednesday. What more can you ask for?! I love it!

I am normally a 32x34, but with these STF Verde's, I did some Internet research and ended up with 32x36. They shrank down perfectly to 32x34!

I have been wearing 501's for a long time, but lately each pair I try seems to be cut differently. The ones I get from Zappos are perfect. The price is good and I especially appreciate the 31" inseam, which I haven't seen in a long time. Great service as always.
