After watching countless children zip around the mall, I was determined to get my own pair of Heelys. I am so glad that Zappos has them in adult sizes! They look great, fit decently (lack of half sizes is a bummer, but not a show-stopper), but do take some getting used to before you can 'heel' like a pro.

I bought these for my daughter on her 8th birthday, and they have been a big hit. She wears them everywhere now. The grocery store, the museum, outside, even in the house. She is in constant motion. She reports that they are very comfortable, but she sometimes complains about lower leg ache after wheeling around all day. These have frayed edges on the seams that give them a cool, casual look. The off-white color looks great with her summer wardrobe. I heard that you should buy a size up, but they fit true to size for her.

My 8 years old daughter loves them so much. She likes its design and even goes to school on her Heeleys.

Pure bliss! My 6-year old daughter absolutely adores her new Heeleys and now wants to stay after school to skate the halls and travel with me on mundane shopping trips so that she can sail away on the smooth flooring of the stores! The information presented was accurate to buy a little larger than normal shoe size was good advice. I took heed and they fit great! The color goes with everything, especially her school uniform. Her big brother worked with her for about 15 minutes a day, and by the third day, she had it down! Go for it!

Very cool shoe, cool even without heel. I suggest getting Dr. Scholl gel insert for added support and comfort.

The frayed look of the shoe isn't that great, but I was surprised at how comfortable they feel, if slightly heavy. Unfortunately, as an older person, I find that I'm too uncoordinated to use the wheels to any good effect, which is disappointing. I'm sure someone younger and more daring would enjoy the challenge. I thought it would be easier. I wish the laces were slightly longer too.

I am a big fan of Heelys and have been doing it since they came out. These shoes make decent shoes but are ridiculously uncomfortable if you wear them for more than an hour, which takes a lot of fun out skating. The wheel causes the inside of the shoe to be raised at the heel which is different from how the shoe was originally designed.

I ordered this shoe for my ten year old daughter for Christmas. When she opened the package and tried on the shoe...Ta-da! They were too big, even for me. I was so disappointed. I will have to contact customer service to find out how to choose the correct size. Just be aware that this shoe runs huge.
