I have been completely satisfied with my purchases from Zappos. I've been a customer since 2010. I feel confident knowing if there is a specific item my son and I are looking for we can locate through Zappos. Initially, Zappos did not have my sons size but I was notified when it became available.

My ten year old loves them. They are much cuter than the bulky ones she used to have.

My son loves these shoes. He wears them daily. He pops the wheels out to go to school. They are light and comfortable.

The neutral color is great with any outfit. My daughter loves them. Wheels pop in and out. Still working on becoming a "pro" at using the Heely's. This will take much more practice. Well made.

My grandson, Sean, was delighted to receive the Heelys so quickly. He put them on immediately, and they were a perfect fit. He likes the style so much that he wears them to school almost every day without the Heelys. He is also, naturally, enjoying the Heelys.

We got these shoes for my son's 6th birthday. They are really nicely made and look great. I ordered his true size and they fit well. Next time I will order a size up so he'll have room to grow.

My daughter really wanted a pair of heely shoes, so I found this site that offered free shipping and it only took a few days for them to arrive. I didn't have time to really go shopping for them. They were the right size and they were also on sale. She loves them wears them everywhere possible to roll. I'm glad I found and bought them without any hassle or trouble. Thanks so much!

I was looking for a size 12 for my thirteen year old son. We tried every shoe store in the entire city and none of them had the right size/fit. I finally found them on Zappos and my son loves them and he says it fits him well. By the way, his regular shoe size is 11, and the size 12 Heely's fit with a tiny bit of room to spare! Thank you Zappos for getting the sizes I needed!

Great shoes! My son is noticed everywhere we go. This is a great style and comfort but the Major+ was it helped my son learn how to skate. He feared roller skates/blades before getting these shoes and now he a pro on Wheels! I purchase shoes 1 size larger so he doesn't grow out of them in a month.

I purchased these for my 22 year-old son. He loves them! He normally wears a 9 1/2 but we ordered a size 10 and that fits nicely. He does feel there isn't sufficient support and will likely get some type of insert. He is happy with both the style and overall comfort. He particularly like the fact that the wheels are removable so that they can be worn as regular sneakers when heeling would be inappropriate. I think it would be nice if additional wheels could be ordered just in case he loses one.

These Heelys are awesome! They look like regular sneakers, not those chunky clunky ones. I bought both my sons the same pair and they absolutely love them!

These are very good shoes! Fun to have. I have a 9 year old boy that's crazy about these. The shoe is as good as any other one, and the color is classic and let's say...elegant. I did not like the other models, too bulky for my taste. This, I will buy them again. The price is totally perfect. I was really worried when I received them because my kid kept on falling, the skate system is different and I just let him practice until he got it! But it was a learning period when I questioned my motherhood skills. Not recommended for younger than 9 years old. Love the shoes, buy them and you'll not regret. :)

I am more writing a Zappos review. I ordered these shoes yesterday around 4 pm, and they arrived at 9:30am this morning. I did not overnight them, I used the standard shipping. How impressive is that? I want to thank you Zappos.com for being so speedy. Cute shoes for my daughter too. :) Shoe does run big ordered down a size and it is perfect.

This is really stylish comfortable shoes. They clean easily and skate more like my old Heelys than some of the newer ones.

I always wanted these as a kid, and as a 20 year old college kid, I decided it was time. Ordered them and they came next day, which was awesome. Been wearing everywhere and having the time of my life. It's great to feel free like a kid again. Everyone needs to let their inner-child free, here is one of my ways. They can be a little difficult to just walk in, but with practice that should improve. Makes going back to normal shoes boring though!

I bought Heelys for my daughter and had to return one pair, to exchange for a larger size. I had no complications with the returning of the first pair and getting a credit for them. The second pair were packed and shipped to us the next day! Wonderful service.

Bought these for my son for Christmas. He loves them. They are well made, and comfortable. Heely's usually run a little small, so I bought a half size larger. This particular pair was more true to size, but since he's a growing 13 year old, I wanted them to fit for a while. Very happy with purchase.
