Love my new Heelys! The style of the shoe is sick, can't even tell that their Heelys until you put the wheels in. Which I found out is very dangerous if you don't know what you're doing. Shoes are pretty uncomfortable, but they're Heelys. Ordering from Zappos was the best thing to do this Holiday season.

bought this for my 11 year old daughter. She wears 8.5 so I went for size 9. They were way too big. I am exchanging for 8 hoping they will fit. Also, the grey color is quite dull. I am trying the black. You can buy the black with colorful laces on other websites, but I like shopping at Zappos, so I am going to get the black ones and use colorful laces of our own to make them more interesting.

The wheel is placed inside the sole thus leaving very little room for the foot. My daughter found these to be uncomfortable and scary. These were her first Heely's and we probably should've gone for a bulkier shoe that gave her feet more support and room. Way cuter than the other ones, though!

I like these shoes very much but I don't wear them without the wheels because the heel is still very tall without the wheel in. It's OK to wear for a little bit but not for extended periods of time.

These shoes are awesome! My son wears them every day! Everyone comments on them and we got them super fast!

These shoes look good like Converse but are definitely more comfortable. My arches hurt if I wear Converse too much but not with these. They are much softer by far! Also, the wheels are easy to put in and remove so if you want to take them out it's not a hassle. There's not much bad to say except that carrying around the tool to remove the wheels is annoying. If you can get by that you're fine, though. Or if you're like me, you walk around with the wheels in anyway. It's like you're wearing slippery high-heels but you actually get used to it after a little while. Overall I highly recommend this product. I always wanted them when I was a kid and now that I have them I am so incredibly happy. Do it and the twelve year old inside you will thank you and be forever happy.

Just got these an hour ago. Super fun! I was afraid they'd be hard to learn to ride, but picked it up almost immediately. Shoes aren't bulky and you couldn't even tell they have wheels without really looking. Smooth cruising. I wear an 8 or 9 shoe, depending on the brand. Converse I wear an 8 for a perfect fit but got a size 9 for the Heely's and they fit perfectly. Wouldn't even try an 8. As Converse run a little big, I'd say these are true to size.

I was so happy with delivery time. 1 day! I did my research find the best price and although the face price on Zappos was more, the shipping was free so it worked out to be same price as all the other sites except Zappos offers quick shipping and free returns!

Great product! Exactly what I expected, shipped very fast also. The size was true and most of all my kids loved them!

These are so cute! I bought them for my 11 year old daughter as a birthday present, and she loves them! We've had Heelys before, but we really like this newer style. My daughter normally wears a 2.5-3 in other shoes, and we went with the 3 in the Heelys. I had ordered a 4 just in case the 3's were too small (thinking of the old sizing), but the 4's were quite large. As other reviewers have mentioned, these sized differently than the older Heelys. They definitely run true-to-size or even a teeny bit on the big side, whereas the old ones ran small. Inside the shoe, the heel is raised up, so I wasn't sure that the ankle area would feel comfortable to her, but it does. Now I want a pair!

I bought these for my eight year old son. They seem to fit true to size. I found it nice they gave you a tool to pop the wheel and pop the cover out with ease. We made sure my son practiced the skating with wrist guards and bike helmet on. After reading the skating tips little sheet they give you it helped him get it down pretty quickly.

Great! Bought for 12 y/o son. He loves them-more current looking than the traditional Heely style. Bought a size up per video recommendation and they fit perfect. As always, love Zappos website, video reviews, service and quick delivery. I always start at Zappos when looking for shoes!

As a college student, Heelys are not the most common shoe on campus. And by that I mean I've never seen anyone else my age wear them. But that didn't stop me from doing what another review called releasing my inner child. These might get you some weird looks at first, but then people realize how awesome they are and everyone wants to be your friend. Plus, these are so much more fun than normal shoes, I have found myself wanting to go more places just as an excuse to let myself Heely. Basically, you'll love these sweet shoes. The feeling of gliding past other people in their lame normal is priceless.

These shoes are sooooo comfy, I wear them all the time even without the wheels! They go great with a lot of clothes too! I definitely made a great decision buying these.

My 11 year old son thinks the Heelys are really cool. He says that they are more comfortable than his original pair.

Very fun shoes! They feel a little loose in the back which is noticeable when waking, but it makes them easy to slip on and off. Fortunately, I haven't unintentionally lost a shoe yet. Strides must be taken more cautiously while wearing shoes with wheels as gravity tends to take over if a step lands too much on the heel. The customer service was excellent! I ordered a size I usually wear, but found it too big for these shoes. I called Zappos and they helped me through the steps needed to exchange for a better-fitting size. The new size arrived the next day, beating the estimated delivery date, which was a very nice Christmas surprise! I was able to compare both sizes to assess which pair fit me the best. Return was a breeze as well. Overall, I'm very happy with Zappos and would definitely consider them for future purchases.

Christmas morning and my daughter loves them. She wears to church and whenever she can. Fit perfectly. Look great.

My daughter loves this pair of Heeleys. The service at Zappos is truly awesome! It's hassle free and they are so helpful. I will only purchase shoes via Zappos from now on. I highly recommend Zappos to anyone. Thank god there is such stores like Zappos. You guys are the best!

I could not locate a pair of Heelys in the store that would fit my teenage daughter. One week before Christmas, I desperately scanned the internet in search of an attractive pair of Heelys, when I learned of Zappos. I was impressed with the prices and variations in the styles of the shoes. I placed my order and received the shoes in two business days! I would greatly recommend this company to anyone.

My grandsons love the Heelys Fray I purchased for them for Christmas from Zappos! A stranger asked my daughter where the boys got their shoes because he said they look so great and his son would like them. I love the fact that the product is well made, reasonably priced and shipped free with a no worry return policy. Zappos is a great place to shop!

I like these Heelys because they aren't as bulky as the other styles. They look great and have already made it through one wash looking great.

These passed the teen-girl test. Exactly what she wanted and had to have. Seem to be a good quality - our first pair, so unsure.
