I wear 15D and these fit like I think they should. They hold up pretty well considering at 6' 6" I weigh almost 300. The removable insole is good for me since I wear custom orthotics. My ankles are badly overpronated, and with the posted heels in my orthotic insoles these shoes are currently the best comfort I have found in recent years. They are not diabetic shoes and I am not diabetic, but I have neuropathy in my feet and these shoes are easy on my feet as far as pressure points go, while still being reasonably supportive.

I have narrow feet and the shoes I've been buying just haven't fit well. I knew I could get narrow widths on Zappos and thought I'd give them a try. After reading the reviews that stated I could remove the liner to use my orthotic, these sounded like what I wanted. After wearing them for a day without the liner, I think I'll still put the liner back in and use my orthotic. These might perhaps be a half size too big, but I can wear heavy socks and they are fine. I live in a cold and wet environment so I am sure these will be perfect.

I bought these boots for my motorcycle safety class which requires over the ankle shoes. I noticed that the fit was comfortable right out of the box, and now they're in my everyday rotation. They are roomy and comfortable. I would purchase again.

I've worn these shoes for 5 years and they are still comfortable (11-4E). The laces are not great, they spontaneously untie but I've replaced them to cure that issue.

I wear these for motorcycle riding and in the winter for day to day shoes. I find the fit perfect and they are comfortable like a walking shoe. I have the black, and they clean up easily if they get dirty.

tongue was too thick; ergo shoe fits small, not conducive to orthotics

Theses are the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn in a long time. I have a narrow foot (B width), very hard to find. After breaking them in, they feel like tennis shoes. I presently own a brown pair and plan on getting a black pair.

Great boots. I've owned three pair of their chuca boots and loved them and flat wore them out. These feel just like the chucas in how they fit and comfort. I'm happy they are as good as all the other Dunhams I've purchased before now.

I have worn Dunham 8000 and 8006 for ten years. Fit and comfort are excellent. I wore custom inserts for comfort, but found a shelf brand. Only complaint is out-of-stock from mfg'er.

Too narrow.

First shoe that fit and is comfortable and really lasts. Going to order another pair real soon.

Received in two days. Available in large widths. Myself being a 12 EEEEEE it is very hard to get shoes. But not at Zappo's. If the size is to small. You call, print a label and return to Zappo's. Credit returned soon as received. I suggest that you give it a try. Soon as you figure out your size then ordering in the future gets easier. P.S. The shoe liners don't last as long as the shoes. Recommend that they make better liners.

It seems that I have never had to buy a 6E to get a shoe wide enough, boots must be sized a little different. I had to send the extra wide and the 4E back and this one fits great. Thank you, Zappos, for helping me find a good fit.

I knew this was a keeper as soon as I put it on. It had the forefoot width and arch height I need to not feel cramped. There is room for my custom orthotic and there is ample cushioning which helps with my peripheral neuropathy. I had just returned another brand hiking boot which was too tight so this was a GREAT find.
