These work boots are true to length and width. They are very comfortable. Having a narrow foot I have a hard time finding work boots in my width. I recommend then highly.

These boots were my first pair that truly fit; the width and length seemed true to nature, and there was a lot of "up and down" room to add heel support that I need. The boots are tough enough to take a couple hits on my job without denting or getting damaged, they're also waterproof and keep a pretty good seal around the neck of the ankle.

My husband really liked the look of the shoe but found that the 6E felt like a 5E width. It's a very solid-feeling boot.

I bought these for a female friend with women's size 9.5 to 10 extremely wide feet. She finds them very comfortable.

I bought a size 10 and that was too loose. Sent it back and next day I got size 9. Perfect fit. First time in my life wearing boots in the winter. Keep it up Zappos.

These are the most comfortable, versatile pair of boots/shoes I own. Fantastic.

Fantastic experience. Very easy to find shoes in my size/width on the web site, and got my order in two days even though I did not place an expedited order. Could not get better than this. Both pairs of shoes were perfect fit. I have special needs so I put in my own orthotics and removed the insoles from both pairs.

The first thing I would like to say, is the speed with my shoes getting to me. One day! I was a little worried that the shoes might not fit...wrong! They fit, and I put them on, and off I went. Yes, the price was a little more than I would have liked to spend, but the results are worth the extra bucks. If you want good - make that excellent - service, and a great product, make Zappos your place to shop.

Great shoes, love them. Took me multi orders to find these. I can finally wear a 9.5 6E and have it fit like a 9.5 6E. I'll probably order another pair so I can have it for the future.

dunham is a very good shoe company. and they have always made a quality product, and this shoe feels good on your feet right out of the box. i will be ordering the brown pair, so i will not wear the black pair out.

This is less a review about the shoe than the customer service from Zappos that makes the shoe even better. I have a problem finding a suitable LARGE size. I have looked at several other sites besides Zappos but continue to be impressed with the entire order/service process. In addition to the boot above, I have since purchased a Dunham casual loafer. Both have been very good choices.

I love these boots! I went through quite a few shoes here before I ended up with these, and these are the ones I\'ll be keeping. They\'re comfortable out of the box. A little stiff, but as the leather breaks in a bit I suspect that won\'t be an issue. They\'re a nice medium-dark brown that looks good with jeans and might even get the job done in dressier situations. My one complaint is that I wish the topmost eyes were hooks to make them quicker to get on/off. Definitely not a dealbreaker, though.

Solid footwear. Exhibits good materials and workmanship. The fit is true to size. Dunham is a manufacturer that you depend on for satisfaction in every respect. The leather used in the construction is quite substantial and takes a while to break-in, but once this is accomplished you will be well pleased with a good durable pair of boots. The only improvement which should be considered is in the arch support, otherwise, this is a recommended purchase.

The shoe fits well. As a person who works outside in the wet and mud this shoe is waterproof from the outside. However the shoe does not breath. At the end of the day my socks are soaked even when wearing moisture wicking socks. Keeps water out but also keeps moisture in. Reason for drop in comfort.

I like the style and have a narrow foot so I was happy to find a boot in my size. Only complaint is that The boot is difficult to slip into even with a shoe horn. Once you have it on the boot is very comfortable to wear.

I got a good fit using the sizing chart. The shoes appear to be very durable and well made. Comfort has been good after two months of 10 hour days. The shoe are durable and rugged like boots but they are light weight like shoes.

Very comfortable, true to size including width, good arch support. Decent non-slip sole. Only draw back is the lining, slightly hot but shoe does breathe so not too bad.

Very comfortable shoes. My orthotics fit well. Not breathable though. They make my feet sweat.

It would be helpful if there were a bit more vertical space in the toe. When hiking downhill, my big toe tends to rub against the top of the shoe. A bit more arch support would be useful, as well. Other than that, I did two 5-6 mile hikes with 1400-2000 foot elevation changes and found them very comfortable to wear right out of the box. They do scuff easily, however.

The boots fit well right out of the box, except for around one ankle. This problem was gone after wearing them for 2 days. They are very comfortable and deep enough to accept a custom insole. They would best be described as a walking boot for finished walkways or groom paths and not for rocky uneven paths as the soles are too soft and you can feel the rocks. They are advertised as waterproof, bit after wearing them for a day in pouring rain they were damp inside. Water resistant would be a better descriptor. All in all I was pleased with the boot and very pleased with Zappos service.

Purchased for my boyfriend, size 15EEEE, who says they required a bit of break-in around the heel and felt snug through the toe bed until the leather was stretched through the bend of his step. Overall he says they broke in fairly quickly and provide great arch and ankle support. The leather definitly needs to be treated prior to wear it it scuffs and marks easily- like a soft suede. They've held up to cold, wet weather (and still look surprisingly clean). Zappos customer serivce, once again, cannot be beat - I received these the day after I placed the order. I reccomend this shoe as a durable, supportive, boot that is a good value for the price.
