I've bought these shoes twice. I used to support a factory floor and walked 2-3 miles a day in them. When I first got them they were like walking on a cloud. They have a tenancy to rub back of my ankle, but that's not uncommon for any shoe with me. I've taken to wearing thin, black socks in them. I have flat feet but the center of my foot is raised, causing many shoes to rub in the center spot of my foot. These are incredibly soft in that area and do not cause distress for me. These shoes lasted about a year of constant wear. I'm pretty rough with my shoes, the leather has ripped in some spots on the toe, but in general the shoes are attractive with slacks and comfortable for a while. I recommend these shoes with pants but they look a bit silly with dresses.

Amazing. I could not believe this shoe fit my 6.5 www feet but it did and with no pain and no breaking in. Not only are my feet wide, they have a high instep which many many shoes cannot accommodate. I was delighted with this shoe. Will purchase again.

Love Zappos! I have always been hard to fit for shoes -- short (5 1/2), wide with a narrow heel. I can find the right sizes on Zappos. Stores don't stock 5 1/2! And I can return the shoes that don't fit so easily! Love Zappos!

Fit nicely - perhaps just a tad large but an insole fixed that. I have short, wide feet and have always dreaded looking for shoes in the U.S. (Usually end up buying when in England). These are great.

Loved the shoe. It was way too big. Loved it so much ordered brown and black in a smaller size.

I know that I have my sugar and spice and everything nice for probably two years or more. I am still loving it. I am planning to get a few more of the same. Thank you.

I am so glad that I ordered these shoes! For heels, they are amazingly comfortable right out of the box. They fit my wide feet without being loose in the heel and the stretchy gussets on top keep the shoes from feeling too tight (my arches/upper foot area often hurt, especially if my shoes are too constricting). My only concern: I bought them in the suede/leather combination, which looks really good but I am afraid that I am going to wreck them if I am not really careful. That is just me...

I love these shoes! Enough heel to work with my work trousers (I work in a business office in the city), but boot-like enough to provide comfortable, even with my minor bunions. I may buy another pair.

These are gorgeous and comfortable, you will love them. I thought they ran a little bigger than most shoes, so make sure you don't order up a size.

Wow. Seldom do I find a pair of shoes right out of the box that seem this comfortable. Usually I have buy a half-size up and double wide for a shoe to be wide enough. These worked in my normal shoe size double wide. I inserted a Dr. Scholl's type arch like I need to do with every shoe to raise the arch a bit. Even my teenage daughter thought these were cute! Overall I'm impressed.

I needed a dress shoe for cooler weather. Not too high of a heel, cute and comfortable. This is it! I fluctuate between an 8 and 8 1/2 in shoe size and purchased an 8 in this shoe.

I bought my first pair of these two years ago and they still look brand new after frequent wear, so they wear really well. I originally intended to wear these casually with jeans because they looked like "pants" shoes. Then I was stuck somewhere without actual heels and discovered they are fantastic with black tights (I love Hanes tights), so they are more fashionable and flattering to the leg than you would think (wear with knee length or shorter skirts). I have skinny ankles and wide calves, if that helps. Then I found the two suede versions and bought them also. They look slightly fancier and are even better with tulip skirts -- especially with tweed, jeans and corduroy fabrics. These are very comfortable, I wear them all day on my feet and outdoors at sports events or around NYC etc. Unlike some Clarks, these have a regular rounded toe. A great overall shoe, good in snowy slush and rain, too.

Bought these in the Black Suede & the Brown Suede. So comfy. Didn't even feel like a heel, felt almost like a flat. The way it hugs my foot without being tight. Fantastic! Make it in other colors!

Love these shows. I am a flight attendant. First time I wore these shoes was to Dublin and back. So comfortable! My feet never hurt. I usually wear Danskos. These are great.

Love this shoe. Fits well, good support, and I can wear it without my orthotic. This is my second pair. Glad you still have it.

The shoes are very nice. I have bunions and had to get xxwide. I bought my normal size but with the extra width made my shoe slip. I still wear them as long as I don't have walk a lot.

These are simply perfect. I wear size 9 wide and ordered them in 9W. They fit just right. I must say, they look even better in person! I was concerned that the style of the shoe was for more mature audience and was so wrong! They are made to please all of us beautiful women. They work awesome with a variety of outfits and are very comfortable. Perfect for pants, skirts and dark wash jeans.

Comfortable and stylish, these shoes replaced an old pair of Munros that were no longer working for me. These have good arch support but I would prefer a little more cushioning on the ball of the foot.

I am now retiring my first pair of these shoes, and have just ordered another pair. I bought the first pair in 2010 and I can't tell you how many miles I must have walked in the office in these extremely comfortable and stable shoes. I'm tough on shoes, but these held up so well. They look very nice in business attire with my slacks, giving just enough height, and a professional heeled appearance. It is tempting to possibly still take the old pair to a shoe repair to see if they can replace the worn out sole and bottom of heel, since the rest of the shoe is still in near perfect condition. I am a bit grumbly about the price, but if you look at the amount of true cost per use, then it can be justifiably affordable.

These shoes are great for everyday or going out in the evening. I bought them for special wear but they also are great with jeans. The heal is just right for someone that can't wear a high heel but wants some height added. These shoes are very comfortable. I usually don't buy any shoes but Easy Spirit but these turned out to be a great buy. I would definitely recommend these for comfort and style. Zappos is great.

I own this shoe in black leather as well and I love them! I wear them all day, heel height just right for my back issues. I also have a high instep and the fit is great.

Love these! I finally go the right size - I needed the wide version. They feel stable, soft and hopefully, they will remain so for a long time.

I am 5'9", about 150 lbs with a size 11/11.5 foot. My feet are not wide enough for wide widths, but wider than average I'd say. These shoes are very comfortable. Dressy without being too much so. There's just enough heel/height, but not enough so my toes feel crunched into the toe box. These shoes are a bit tight on the widest part of my foot, but I'm pretty sure they will stretch out/loosen up a bit as they are all leather. The leather across the top part of my foot seemed to stick up like a small tent when I first tried these shoes on, but as the shoes warmed up and I walked in them it fit my foot nicely.

Usually wear an 8, but needed a 7 1/2 in this shoe. Bought it for walking when I need something a bit dressy - terrific!

I ordered the size 9 in this style because the 8.5 M felt narrow. I have purchased this style in that size before, and it fit perfectly, but something changed. Unfortunately, the size 9 is way too big, so I guess I'll have to find another style. Too bad, I really liked these shoes!
