GREAT SHOES - I have had these shoes for over a year now and they are one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I stand for over 10 hours a day - 5 days a week and they have always been nice to wear.

Good, comfortable "all day" shoes - These shoes didn't give me a moment of discomfort, even though I took them straight out of the box and then wore them for a long 17 hour day at work, including standing/walking on concrete for an hour or so at a time. Perhaps the most true to size of any shoe that I have ordered recently.

I love this shoe and I love doing business with Zappos! I swear you have a warehouse right around the corner from me . . .thanks for the great service (a breath of fresh air these days).

I always liked good looking shoes,thought they made the outfit. Now I have foot problems and can\'t wear the styles shoes. Wouln\'t wear these with a skirt but looks nice with pants. They are very comfortable. If you have feet problems there is no place like Zappos to get your shoes from. I ordered these shoes in two sizes because I needed them right away. They arrived right away, tried both sizes on,found the comfortable size sent the other back. Zappos\'s is the greatest.

These are very comfortable! They probably could have ordered a half size smaller. The service from Zappos was great.

I just love this pair of shoes! No break in, perfect height and looks classy. The first day I wore them, I forgot that I had them on (so comfy). I will always look to buy this brand. Just perfect.

I love the comfort of Clark's brand and these did not disappoint. This is a nice looking boot shoe. I am on the move all day. The heel is just right. I usually wear flats, so this is a nice change! I am pleased.

Clarks Sugar Spice shoes fit like a glove. They are very comfortable, have a lot of support, and can be worn for extended periods of time.

I purchased a similar pair of these shoes in brown over a year ago (except they have a buckle), and was thrilled to find them in black too. I usually wear flat shoes or very small heels because higher heels make my feet hurt, but even though these shoes are a bit higher, they are the most comfortable I have ever worn and offer good support. There is a cushioning inside that must somehow help. I even wear them to dress up my jeans on casual day at the office, and still feel professionally dressed. I find them to be true to size. I was skeptical about mail ordering shoes (and wouldn't have if I hadn't already owned a pair in this brand) but I would order these in more colors if you had them!

I receive the shoes in 2 days. The fit was perfect. I wear a size 8 1/2 wide. There was no break-in period. I wore the shoes for 12 hours straight without any problems.

I love this shoe! It was comfortable from the moment I put it on with no break-in period needed. The heel size is perfect to wear all day. Good cushioning and rubber soled bottom. I am on my feet all day at work and wear this shoe all day without any discomfort. If Clark made this shoe in a dark brown, I would buy it! I bought this shoe to replace a previous pair of Clarks that I have had for over 10 years. I was not disappointed at all! Great service from Zappos; efficient and very pleasant reps on the phone! I normally wear a size 8. In Clarks, I need an 8.5.

These shoes are extremely comfortable and look great with pants or a suit. I bought these for a job interview. I couldn't decide between a size 6 1/2 and a 7. Zappos is so great about sending you two sizes to try and about returns. I ended up keeping the 6 1/2; they have stretched just a little and now feel just right. The arch support in these is very good. Very nice looking shoe for work. You can't beat Zappos for finding just the right shoe!

Like most Clarks shoes, these were comfortable from the first time I wore them. Love them with slacks for work, shopping or out and about. Nice shape and fit true to my size. Support keeps my feet happy all day long.

I am on my feet sometimes for more than 12 hours a day and these shoes are great! From the first day I wore them they were incredibly comfortable.

These shoes are terrific! They look like boots, but are so comfortable that I was able to wear them all day on my feet and not feel a single pinch. I have wide feet and don't get to choose cute shoes all that often, but these are cute. They are softly padded with arches. Also, the heel is quiet! I wish they came in brown.

These shoes have always been hard for me to find in a triple E with a high arch. These fit great! I've worn them for 17-18 hour days with heavy walking and my feet don't hurt! The heel is the perfect height for my arch and the bit of elastic on top makes the shoe comfortable on the top of the arch and there is no cutting into the top of my foot. These are definitely a winner!

These are deliciously comfortable. They provide excellent arch support! I have been wearing them almost every day for weeks and they look great. I highly recommend this purchase.

Awesome fit, style and comfort. I love the shape of the heel. It gives me the height I need my arches without feeling like I am walking on stilts. I am walking much smoother and faster than what I was in my old Naturalizer shoes. I am so happy to have this resource for my narrow size. Wish I read the reviews to know that 76% of customers felt these shoes were a full size larger. Zappos' customer service was great though. They were understanding, compassionate, effective and though I ordered the first pair on a Friday, the next size down on a Monday, I was wearing the perfect pair, my third try, on Wednesday. That was fast! I just dropped off the two incorrect size shoes at Staples UPS counter tonight. The whole process was easy and free.

I love these shoes! I have been looking for a wide width shoe with a small heel for a long time. They are so comfortable and the leather is so soft. The shoes are cushioned throughout. They are worth the money. I would highly recommend these shoes to anyone who wants great quality and comfort.

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have worn in years! Seriously, they are more comfortable than the flats I have been subjecting myself to. Get these; you can walk forever in them; you can be on your feet from 7 AM to 10 PM and not get tired!

Very comfortable shoe. I bought it to wear to work. I am on my feet all day and need a shoe that looks nice, but still feels good.
