I used to say "No Danskos for me, thank you. They are too heavy." Now I am wearing these almost every day to work and back home, even throughout the evening. I have absolutely no fatigue or discomfort. The other night I had worked all day, made dinner, getting ready for bed and I was amazed that I still had my Danskos on and did not even realize it. They are amazingly lightweight for the volume of shoe that you are getting. When you walk they feel so stable, there is no slipping or wobbling. I work on my feet all day and am 53 years old. If I am not driving back and forth to work, I am standing up. Trust me, if you stand at work, you need to try these. They are worth every dollar.

I would highly recommend these clogs to anyone who does a lot of walking or standing on all types of terrain concrete, gravel. They look very professional with suits and very stylish with tights and a skirt. I own three pairs two in blue and one in black and I wear them all year round. My back has never felt so good. They also keep your feet dry in hot climates and warm in the cold. If you do a lot of traveling to do easy to get in and out of at the airport. I am frequently asked where I purchased them am always happy to share what wonderful shoes they are where I purchased them. I have a high in-step and frequently had back issues with other shoes. I have worn nothing else for the last five years. I now have happy feet! It greatly improves your attitude when your feet do not hurt.

Zappos is the best in customer service. I live in remote area and my order arrives within two days. If I need to send merchandise it is back never a problem. Zappos makes it so easy.

Very comfortable, not the sturdy foot bed like regular Danskos but still very nice also not as heavy. Glad I was able to find in my size for such a nice shoe. I am surprised they discontinued this style. Thanks Zappos for finding my size.

This is my second pair of Dansko Solstices in 4 years. I love them. I wear them to work in "rotation" with my Dansko Professionl clogs. The Solstice is a clog type but with a softer more flexible sole. Still more support than an athletic shoe. I work on my feet, 8-9 hours a day on concrete floors and out of the box this is a great shoe! Zappos had these to me in 2 days flat! Awesome!

I tried several pairs of the Dansko Pro and the new Pro Xp style. None of them felt great on my feet. I just could not find the right fit. The first time I tried on this shoe it was perfect! Like it was made for my foot! I thought the Dansko Pro was a little sloppy on my feet. The Pro Xp hurt the top of my feet. This shoe is sleek and stylish! Great for work or play! So happy I have found this shoe! I have heel fascitits and this was almost an instant cure!

I have a high instep and most of the other styles are quite painful through the break-in period, they seemed to press a nerve across the top of my foot. Once broken-in they are comfortable but until that day came they were excruciating and once I tossed a pair because I could not return them and they were not worth the pain. I figured Danskos were not for me when I saw this shoe. Well these are a different story entirely! They are perfect for those of us w/ a high instep. The key places that the elastic are placed make a break-in period no longer required. LOVE THEM!

These shoes are wonderful. I am on my feet all day teaching. At the end of the day my feet would be very painful. I can wear these shoes until bed time. They are size larger as I have a wide foot. I definitely would buy another pair of this style.

I have had 3 knee replacements so it's very hard for me to find shoes that I can wear. These are IT!! Wear them to work and on weekends! About to purchase another pair.

I've worn these shoes for a few weeks rather consistently. I love the style. I've had several comments on how great they look with blue jeans, almost boot-like. Comfort is good but they run a bit small so be prepared for a snugger fit around the heel. I may take mine down to have the back stretched a bit, hence the 4 star on comfort.

I am a pediatrician and on the toes all the time. Struggled a lot with good shoe pair. Finally I found this Dansko Solstice which I got recently. I wish I had known before. I recommend to anybody, very comfortable to wear and just take the right size.

As a flight attendant, I'm on my feet a lot! These shoes make the day go easily with no pain. Great support. Love the look with pants or skirts. Others have had a problem with the button coming off, no problem here. I did buy one size bigger than my usual Dansko size and the fit is perfect.

Love these shoes! These are my 4th pair of Dansko clogs and they are by far the most comfortable and stylish of all. The elastic at the top is the best feature - no more bump on top of my foot at the end of the day!

These were my first pair of Danskos. I am recovering from a broken foot and my orthopedist told me to wear shoes with a firm sole that doesn't bend. She was wearing Danskos and I said, Like yours? She said yes. I went to a store and tried them on, on the advice of several nurses I know, and was informed that they're supposed to slip at the heels. They are SOOOOOO comfortable!! I like the cute buttoned band across the top. These look great with pants and jeans, and also with skirts worn with opaque tights. They're comfortable right out of the box with fantastic arch support. Worth every penny!

This is an awesome shoe that fits perfectly from Day 1. I'm a size 7 and the 37 fits perfect. Very comfortable without any need to 'work in' the shoe.

Shoes are great, so nice looking. A bit tight to begin with but a few minutes with the blow dryer while the shoes are on and voila! Thanks for the great service and superior product.

These are excellent shoes. I had to stand up in a gym for hours and my feet felt great. The second night I wore tennis shoes and it was awful. The third night I put my Dansko shoes on and they felt great again!

I am in love with these shoes! I'm an intern at a busy hospital and these shoes save my feet, legs, and back every day. For me, they are a million times better than Dansko Professionals (be aware they also run about a size smaller). The footbed is soft and has a great arch support. They are also more narrow than the Professional, which for me is perfect. These babies fit like a glove and are by far the most comfortable shoes I own - among Earth, Birkenstock, and the other Danskos! Highly recommended.

I love these shoes but like others, my buttons have popped off for the 3rd or 4th time now. I keep having them repaired, but I think if I have them repaired one more time, I will have effectively doubled the price of the shoes! Other than that, these are wonderful. Maybe Dansko will consider a button subsidy program for this style.

The arch support in these is amazing! There is no pressure on my toes. The heel height was a little different for at work but easy to get used to. The button on one side caught on a pallet and eventually fell off and because of the work I do they're a little scuffed up. These are now a staple in my closet!

This style fits more narrowly than the classic professional clog, but I thought they felt more secure and I prefer this fit to the classic. The sole is also lighter than the traditional. The leather feels a little cheaper and wore more quickly than the professionals, but that being said the shoes have lasted me for 3 years of wearing them 3-4 days a week and are still going strong, if not as prettily. The support is still the best, Dansko is the only shoe I wear that doesn't leave me with sore feet or a sore back after 12 hours of being on my feet. A plus, I actually get compliments when I wear this shoe, which I don't really expect when I wear my Danskos (sorry!). Wish they still had them in the cordovan, I need a replacement pair.

I love this clog! I was a bit afraid to order it online without trying it on first, but to my delight, it fits my foot really well. This is the second Dansko clog I have bought. I am really happy with the quality of these shoes.

Love the shoes, had to break in the heal a bit, but very comfortable. Zappos was great to deal with, return was easy and credit back to my account within days.

This shoe is fantastic. It looks a little more fashionable than the professional clogs but is still incredibly comfortable. Even with high arches these shoes work.
