I love the look and style of this boot but it rubs my heels! Plenty of room in the toes area, but nothing I did helped with the rubbing. After 5 minutes of wearing around the house, my heels were red and irritated. So sad, but I had to return these super cute boots.

These are very comfortable & super cute on. However, I wasn't a fan of how the shaft of the boot dips down lower in the back, but that's just me being picky.

Oh! I am so disappointed! I love the look of these boots; however, I have to send them back because the heels have some weird stiff something that scratches on my ankle as I walk. I think they are really cute though. I need to be able to walk in them, and I need them to be comfortable!

I loved the look of these boots and was so disappointed that I couldn't possibly have worn them due to a very uncomfortable 'lump' of fabric a the back, just where the zip starts. I can't imagine that anyone would find them comfortable. I thought there was some foreign thing trapped in there and was shocked I couldn't remove it! Shame, as they are very cute.

I really did not like these boots. First of all, they're not warm. They work better for walking on the snow, but not IN the snow. They have laces on the back which seem to be more aesthetic than functional. There's also a tongue on the inside of the boot where the laces are, that has to be held in place every time the boot is put on. I really didn't like these boots, even though they look cute, I don't recommend them.

I was really excited for these and compared to a number of other models they were light, stylish and I thought waterproof so would be great for city walking, snow, slush (a big consideration) and wind. But they are not waterproof. During the big blizzard this week I went out in the snow and they kept my feet warm. But the minute the snow turned to slush and I walked through a puddle they leaked through. Not just at seams but on top of the toe box too. I just have no use for a winter boot that is not waterproof. I also found I needed to wear a warm sock with them or else I felt the cold. But thankfully Zappos has agreed that this failure could not have been known to me and will accept them as a return even after wearing them.
