Wonderful boots! Waterproof, light, comfortable (great to wear all day long in city or to work with happy hrs!). I'm always narrow 7 1/2 and they are perfect! They're very cute for winter boots. They have a feminine look. Boots can be wear with skirts or pants.

Cute, great fit, very comfortable. Can't wait for winter. These definitely need water-proofing protection, but I think they'll be perfect for casual wear this winter.

Sexy, wonderful, fashionable, warm, winter boots! Just like the other reviews have said, I get compliments on them each time I wear them. And once you lace them up in the back, you don't need to relace them. The side zipper is wonderful, and they're roomy enough to wear thick socks or tights. They do roll a little when you walk, but I attribute this to the true moccasin construction. Great boots. I had to wait for them to come back in stock. Using the notifier is great! They were definitely worth the wait. Thanks Zappos!

I bought these boots for my daughter and she absolutely loves them. They are sleek looking so they make the foot look slender compared to most clunky boots. She says they are very comfortable; enough to wear all day at school and keep her feet warm even on the coldest of days. I would highly recommend these boots, as well as, highly recommend Zappos. They have an outstanding customer service staff and knock themselves out to make sure we are happy with every purchase. Their next day free shipping has saved my life more than once. I can't say enough good things about Zappos.

Gorgeous boots and very comfortable! My feet are between a 9 and 9 1/2 and the 9's fit perfectly.

These are the most comfortable shoes I own...period. I love them so much I bought a second pair! They are warm, great in the snow and I can walk in them for days. I have a lot of heel pain and these are so well cushioned they became my favorites right out of the box. The fact that people stop me to tell me how cute they are is an added bonus!

These boots are absolutley awesome! I just finished my second winter in them and they are as good as it gets for beauty crossed with functionality. Waterproof without a question, true sizing (I am always a 10), and very comfortable. My only negative on these are the little ice picks on the bottom - while they are great for gripping the snow/ice, they are wearing off pretty quickly. I would say about 1/3 of mine are already gone, with only moderate wear this winter and very little wearing the first winter I had them. My favprote way to wear them is with a long skirt when there is snow on the ground, usually downtown or just out and about. They are so cute and So perfect for combating cold and ice! I must have for any active winter girl!

I love this boot so much that I'm considering getting another pair in black - I have the brown ones now. I literally can't leave the house in these boots without receiving at least one compliment on them - from men and women. I have narrow calves, so I like being able to tighten the laces in back for a good fit. The boots are warm, but not too hot, and have good traction on snow. I've used them in slushy snow and even plain rain and I've never had problems with water leaking in. Although I wouldn't call them dressy, I wear these boots to court on snowy days with skirts and sweaters, and they don't look at all weird. They're equally nice with casual wear - the discrete zippers make these boots easy off and on without undoing the laces. The little North Face tag on the back of the heel is a cute touch. I can honestly say I don't think I've ever been as happy with a shoe purchase as I have with these, and I've definitely never gotten so many compliments on a pair of shoes. If it snows where you live, buy these boots!

These boots are fantastic! I have fairly thick calves but these boots fit like a glove. They are warm and sturdy and pretty weather-proof. I will say that when I first got them they were a little slippery. They must put some kind of sealant on the sole, but after a few wears that hasn't been a problem.

I love these! Soft, comfortable. The flap in the back is not a problem at all as stated with other reviews. The bottom has a lot of support like a sneaker, but isn't overly thick, so it has the look of an UGG, but with the support you need. Get them!

Excellent customer service - speedy delivery! The boots fit well - you just have to make sure to pull or flatten the flap in the back so that it remains flat while inserting your foot. That might be the reason some reviewers experienced discomfort behind their ankle.

Just got these boots today in black and I am so glad I did! They are comfortable and functional and really cute for a winter boot. I am a little skeptical about their water and snow proof ability (have not tested yet in extreme conditions) but will water proof them myself with a spray I bought just in case. I imagine a water proof spray would also protect the leather from hardening and cracking as well. Great purchase!

These boots are very comfortable--warm, but not too warm. The tongue in the back can be a little annoying, but the side zipper is great. The fit is true to size. I would definitely buy these again.

I spent many hours searching for winter boots that looked good and were comfortable. These boots are exactly what I was looking for! They are so comfortable and fit my narrow feet very well. I wore the boots while shoveling my driveway, and my feet stayed toasty warm. The lacing on the back of the boot allows you to adjust the fit on your calf. The only negative part about these boots is that I have to adjust the flap in the back every time I put the boots on.

I bought these to compare with another pair of winter boots, and even though the other pair was more practical overall, I loved these so much that I had to keep them! Echoing many of the other reviews, these are by far the most comfortable boots I have ever put on my feet. The support and cushioning is incredible. Additionally, the styling of the boot is really nice, in that while they are very cozy and furry in appearance, the cut of the shoes makes them wearable with many skirts and dresses without being overly bulky. They are incredibly warm boots - I didn't even need socks when the temp was hovering in the single digits all day. Also, I have the Safari Tan color, and it seems to repel salt and slush stains, even without additional treatment. I've worn them in considerable slush, and they still look brand new. So far, waterproof as advertised, though I don't know that I'd take them into really deep puddles. I found they ran true to size - I wear them most of the time with tights, and I could probably wear a pair of normal weight socks as well. If you want to wear really thick socks, or multiple pairs of socks, I'd consider sizing up a half size. My calves are athletic, but my ankles are slim, and I found that combination worked really well in these boots. All in all, a great purchase! Highly recommend these boots.

Love these boots. Exactly what I was looking for. I wore them in a recent blizzard and heavy snow storm afterwards to shovel, and walk to the train, work and run errands. They are warm, comfortable, light-weight and grippy. I did not slide in them walking on very icy sidewalks. On top of that they are cute and stylish and look good in jeans tucked in or in heavier, winter skirt or a dress. Thanks Zappos for excellent service. Ordered Tuesday night, found them on my door steps on Thursday.

Wow am I glad I got these boots for Christmas. Boston has been hit with snow almost every week and these boots keep me from sliding and freezing. My toes are always cold but not in these boots and they are comfortable for walking anywhere.

The most comfortable shoes I have every owned! The inside sole is so spongy and soft, I got an 11 and they are maybe a half size bigger than I need but I can wear thick socks and they are perfect.

I love wearing these boots! As other reviewers have noted, they are extremely comfortable. I also find them very easy to pull on and off. I thought the laces at the back would be cumbersome, but I don't even have to untie them. I simply unzip the side and slip my foot inside. I can vouch for their warmth in the snow as well. I recently shoveled a ton of snow in the Boston blizzard aftermath. My feet stayed warm and dry! I would highly recommend!

I love these boots! They are very comfortable and warm, they're lightweight so I can do a lot of walking in them, and they look great with leggings and jeans, and even winter dresses. My calves are quite muscular, and this boot works great for me as I ca adjust the back as needed. Unfortunately, I accidentally kicked something sharp while sledding, and I made a tear in the leather. They wear well otherwise, but make sure you don't cut the leather, as it's not super sturdy. I'm not taking any stars off for that, as it was my fault mostly.

These are so comfy! Like working on clouds! Very warm too. Got compliments the first day I wore them. Haven't worn them in the rain and have only had them about a week, so don't know how they'll hold up, but looks very well made. Highly recommend!

I really do like my boots and so do many other people. I have complete strangers commenting on them. I wear my boots 4 to 5 times a week; they keep my feet warm and dry. So happy that I bought them. Will buy something else, someday from Zappos. Maybe sandals for summer. No complaints from me.

I love these boots! I got them just before the big snowstorm in Belgium and then used them all throughout snowy and cold Switzerland. They kept my feet warm and dry. I have also worn them in the rain and they still kept my feet dry! They are comfortable, even after a full day of walking and site-seeing around Europe. I normally wear size 8 to 8.5, but ordered a 8.5 and 9 in these boots due to size recommendations by others. I kept the size 9 and they have been perfect, either with thin or thick socks. Returning the other pair was an easy and painless process--I love Zappos for this!
