This was my first purchase from Zappos and I am sold, both on their merchandise AND customer service. I have bought Dooney's for many years from either their website, local department store or from home shopping channels. Zappos has a much better selection, better prices, much better customer service as well as better shipping! This bag is my new favorite. Very roomy, classic design that will be used for many years to come. I purchased the black and I liked it so much that I came back and bought a green one as well. The quality of the leather is fantastic. Don't be afraid of the strap drop length--after just a couple of wearings, the leather softens up to slouch down and give ample room over the shoulder. Beautiful bag. I would like to come back in the spring to get the bone color as well.

If you buy Dooney and Burke quality will never be an issue. The same is true for this bag. Let me make it clear that this is a big bag, even though it says it is medium size. I happen to love big bags. So it is great for me. The leather and craftmanship are first rate and the bag is easy to handle and carry. Plenty of room inside for all you need to carry. I am very happy with my purchase.

I love this bag. I needed something that could take me from soccer mom to professional woman day-to-day as I work professionally outside the home 3 days/week and meet with high profile clients. It is the perfect size for that and the outside zippers and inside zipper are great for organizing. I get compliments on it constantly. I got it in the yellow, but will probably buy it again in a darker color for winter. I love that it has one strap instead of 2 and the weight isn't bad at all.

I am a frequent shopper at Zappos. It never ceases to amaze me that I can always find what I want, reasonably priced and delivered the next day! I was happy to find this Dooney and Bourke Sak in the Green on sale. How great is that? The medium size will hold most anything you wish, fits nicely on the shoulder with a shorter drop that allows better control of the purse. The color is a perfect shade, the leather is soft and will get better with wear. The strap is stylish and substantial; There is nothing I don't like about this bag. I hope to get another in Palomino.

First of all I have to say that Zappos gives the very best service. Second, I love Dooney and Burke purses and this one met up to all my expectations. The leather is great and the sage color goes with everything. The zipper pockets in front are great for keys and cell phones. I might even get the same purse in black and would certainly go to Zappos for this or any Dooney and Burke purse. I LOVE ZAPPOS.

I just started a new job and decided to treat myself. This is the first 'designer' handbag I've every bought. I did my research and chose this one in the end because: Classic shape! Trends will eventually go out of style, but this bag will not. The sophisticated style! This bag simply looks expensive because of the quality of the leather and the gold hardware. The solid color makes it very versatile, too. Comes in so many colors! I am instantly attracted to anything purple, but the red and blue and green options made it a very tough decision. Medium size! I'm short and petite; this bag, though extremely roomy, doesn't overwhelm my stature. I am absolutely in love with my bag (I chose purple in the end). It is eye-catching, envy-worthy, and will last me forever. My first designer purchase may be my last.

I have been looking for a purse like this for months. I just love it. Its even better looking than the pictures. I needed a purse with compartments on the outside, but not to hard to get into. Still the purse had to be durable and stylish. Well, this Dooney more than accomplishes that.

I was given very fast service. I love my medium zipper pocket sac from Dooney & Bourke. I also have had many compliments on it.

I ordered this bag in both blue and sage. I loved both colors, but decided to keep the blue. The blue is beautiful! It's not navy, it's lighter/brighter and gorgeous! I find the straps on Dooney & Bourke's tend to be short, but this one is adjustable and can easily be made a bit longer in two places. It works great for me! It's large and roomy inside and although you have to push the top portion down to make it sag like in the picture, it's easy to do and it stays that way. I love it and would definitely recommend it!

Stunning Bag. Love it! This is my first D&B bag, but certainly won't be my last. The quality is top notch. The Red is gorgeous! I had to let out the strap fixtures and buckles as far as they would go to get the shoulder drop. This is a BIG bag, not really much like a medium sized one. The listed dimensions seem incorrect. Can't imagine ever needing anything larger. I plan to get another color.

I LOVE this bag! It\'s the perfect size and looks very cool. It hangs the perfect length from the shoulder and is easy to reach into while it\'s still on. I highly recommend this bag. It was a birthday gift and I use it every day!

I love this bag! The leather is absolutely gorgeous - soft and the color is beautiful. I have it in black. I hope Dooney comes out with other more earth tone colors in the fall in this bag. I’ve seen the bag in the brighter colors (pink and blue) and they are beautiful, but I wouldn’t use them year round. The ONLY thing I would change about this bag is I would make the strap a little bit longer, but even with that, it’s still a fabulous bag.

Perfect size, perfect bag - This D&B is very nice, very roomy. The leather is superb and looks like a super expensive bag, but the price is reasonable. The zippers are stiff like other reviewers have mentioned, but this will work out. The inside storage pockets are too small for a blackberry, but the outside pocket works much better, they are larger and good for access. Overall, beautiful bag can't wait to buy another. Great service from Zappos!

Coming back for my second color with this fab Dooney purchase. It's a great unstructured type of bag, leather is beautiful, and the medium size is about as much as one could handle. You can stuff a TON in here. You absolutely do NOT need to order the "large" size, unless you're thinking of this as some type of luggage. Despite the size it is fairly light weight for a nice quality leather-- lighter than Dooney's vachetta so it’s easy to carry. I had the hot pink, which, despite its name, isn't an in your face hot pink. It's a gorgeous all year deeper/darker pink, but not childish. Highly recommend this if you are someone who needs a larger bag for work or your outings.

This is a beautiful bag, very roomy and sturdily made, as is to be expected from Dooney and Bourke. This is my primary summer bag (I bought it in white) and I love it! It is very large for a medium, so I would recommend that you buy this size, as I think the large one would be way too large, unless you are a larger person. I am 5'2" and weigh 115 lbs., so this is large on me. But I wanted a large bag and this one fits the bill just fine. My daughter has this same one in black. We are both the same size. She loves hers as much as I do mine. You can't go wrong with this bag!!

Great bag! Very attractive, stylish bag. Great for everyday use. This is a HUGE bag. You won't need a larger size. I get compliments all of the time. I now own three (red, blue, yellow) and I absolutely love it. I couldn't believe how fast I received it. I ordered from Zappos on a Thursday night and when I came home from work Friday, there it was!

D&B bag is a hit! Just purchased this bag from Zappos (the best internet site I have found), in a 2nd color. Very nice leather, great price for the quality of the bag, and very functional. D&B needs a larger cell phone holder for their customers. Could use feet, but still bought the bag a 2nd time. Again, Zappos customer service rocks!

I love this bag!!! The pin leather is just so beautiful. It has two front compartments that I can keep my money and small things in and it is very deep which I love. Only thing is I wish the handle drop was longer. But I love it. It’s a little stiff but will soften up with time, love it!

Great bag - SUPER FAST SHIPPING - Wow, Zappos rocks - I ordered this bag at 9pm last night and it came at 11:30am today, and I didn't upgrade the shipping. Anyway, the bag is great, BUT it is huge - way bigger than I expected, but I still like it. It's stiff right now, but I'm sure it'll break in nicely.

Sack of My Dreams... What an amazing handbag?! It is everything I'd hoped it would be - spacious without being bulky; has smaller compartments to keep things like cell phones handy; has a comfortable, adjustable strap; made with great attention to detail from high quality leather. The zippers seemed a bit stiff at first. But as the pockets are frequently opened and closed, it softens to find its shape, making zipping and un-zipping easier with each use. If you're considering purchasing this DB handbag, I would highly recommend taking the plunge. You will not be disappointed.

Love this purse! I am very short & and this purse is not to big for me if I need to put a book or magazine in it. Great to travel with. Very soft and light weight. Love it, love it, love it!

When I first saw this bag, I couldn't believe the price point for all leather! I ordered it & was amazed at the quality of the leather, the style is fabulous & you can pretty much fit all of your essentials inside. This medium bag as well as the larger size are great professional and chic alternatives to a backpack for college or grad school. My 17 inch MacBook Pro laptop fits in the medium bag. (Zipper won't quite zip, but the leather sides of the bag do reach over the top of the computer adequately enough so you cannot see the computer peeking over when the bag is carried on the shoulder.) The reinforced handle makes for a very comfortable shoulder bag even considering the weight of a laptop and a notebook.

Wow, I literally placed my order on Tuesday night and it was here on Thursday afternoon!!( and that was standard FREE shipping) I ordered the bag in white for the summer and it's beautiful. You can tell it's made of quality leather. FYI, ladies medium size is bigger than what you would expect...thank goodness I didn't get the large it would be too big for a everyday shoulder bag. Very pleased :)
