I usually run in Saucony Cohesion NX, and I wanted to rotate shoes for my knees so I bought the Asics Gel-Nimbus. Even though they are a bit wide in the toe area, they work well for me. They are firmer than the Saucony, while the Saucony is more cushioned.

I wore Nimbus shoes for years until they made that weird lacing last year. It bugged my big toe. I switched to the Cumulus shoe because of that. I am going to try the Nimbus shoe again since they changed their lacing back to normal. They also have more cushion. The Nimbus 8 shoes were my favorite. I'm hoping that the Nimbus 11 shoes will be similar.

Like walking on marshmallows! I love these shoes; they are exceptionally light and supportive. I have high arches and these perfectly accommodate my feet. I actually wear them all day long, and my body thanks me at the end of the day. I chase around a toddler and have a newborn baby. These shoes have saved me on our slick hardwood floors as the traction is great. I highly suggest these shoes to anyone!

When you read the features of this shoe in the description it sounds like a lot of technology was involved in its production. All I know is that these are the most comfortable running shoes I have ever owned. I have worn Asics before, as well as Nike and Saucony. I always have preferred the Asics. I will definitely buy these again, or whatever model exists at the time.

How very convenient. I used to go to stores and in my size (11) it was hit and miss. Love shopping from home, no traffic, no hassle and size was correct. Needless to say these shoes are like clouds. Much arthritis and on my feet daily on concrete, they are used for work not sport. Prices same as store. Plan on doing this again.

These running shoes were recommended by a friend and I am very happy with them! I ordered them a half-size bigger than my normal shoe size, to allow for extra room while running. They fit very well and look stylish, too! Zappos' service is amazing and the shoes were at my door within 48 hours of ordering them. Wonderful!

I love these shoes. They are the only kind I ever buy; I just replace them whenever my old ones wear out. I run about 3 miles, 3 times a week, and when these shoes are new, they keep my knees from hurting and protect my extra-long second toe. Once they get older, like any other shoe, the padding doesn't work as well so they have to be replaced. I think they last longer than other street shoes I've worn. I often get lots of comments on the color combinations of the different brands I've had over the years. They are a little flashy for running shoes; the combo that got the most attention was the silver/grape. This year, silver/grape was not in stock when I needed the new shoes, so I ordered a different color, not as flashy, but still attractive. The shoes have great arch support, they don't give me blisters, the mesh upper is wonderfully stretchy and very nice for people with wide feet. Nice heel support if you happen to be one of those people whose feet roll in or out when you run. As long as Asics keeps making this model, I will never buy a different kind of running shoe.

These shoes are great! I am an Asics lover, however, I had never tried Nimbus before. I will not wear anything else. I do have to add Arch inserts because I have found that without the inserts the tendonitis in my knees flares. \r\n\r\nI would highly recommend the Nimbus-11!!!!

My 1st pair and I love them. The only thing is the way they are laced it doesn't go up the middle but a little to the right. Looks weird but overall great shoe!

I have run exclusively in Asics running shoes since 2000, previously wearing Nike. After taking a two year break from running and coaching, giving birth to twins followed by a deployed husband, I ordered my trusted Asics shoes. Well, 700 miles and two pairs of shoes later, I bought another pair of Gel-Nimbus 11. These shoes are so great for runners with a neutral stride. Roomy in the toe box and supportive in the heel area. I order a half size larger than my "regular" size to give my toes a little more wiggle room. All in all, when my next half marathon is done in January and I start marathon training, I will be ordering two more pairs of these shoes.

Great service from Zappos. I have been wearing the Asics for a couple of years; great walking shoes, hold up really well. The size seems uniform, as I order the same one each time I order.

I love Asics! If you're a runner, Asics is the way to go! I am always ready for a new color after about 6 months so it is nice that they offer so many colors to choose from.

These shoes have exceeded my expectations. They are light weight and the cushioning helps me stay on my feet for hours. I use them for walking, shopping and working inside my home. I have cement floors and these shoes give me the support I need.

I wear these all day long and they are of excellent quality, and support the arches very well. Absolutely worth the price.
