These sneakers, like most Asics shoes, are very comfy. Since I usually wear a size 7 1/2, I bought both the the 7 1/2 and 8 to compare. The 7 1/2 felt snug, so I returned them and kept the 8s, which, as it turns out are a little big. Overall, the sneakers are nice and squishy if a bit clunky and shiny (with all of the silver accents). Comfort comes first, though, and they are generally comfortable.

Not the best looking shoes but very comfy! I run 4-5 miles daily and for the past few months these have served me well. My mother even purchased her own pair after trying mine out! My only complaint is that they make your feet look larger than normal and the design isn\'t very flattering.

I am an Asics lover... they fit my feet perfectly. I have a pretty high arch and what I consider big feet (10B). The GEL-Nimbus is one of those "put ‘em on first time and go running all day" kinds of shoes. When I read on Zappos that they were made for slightly under-pronators, I knew I had found the right shoe for me. The arch support isn’t so much that it causes plantar fibroma problems, but just enough to keep the arch from falling. The fact that Zappos describes the details of each shoe helps so much in choosing what is right for one’s footsies. Thank you Zappos!

Love these shoes. I wear an 11 narrow and have usually purchased New Balance which seem to be running shorter lately. I decided to give Asics a try and am very pleased. The Gel-Nimbus is light weight with lots of cushioning, and they don\'t make my long feet look too big - at least from my perspective. I\'m hoping they\'ll last a long time since they were pretty pricey for an athletic shoe.

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and I under-pronate, so I needed a shoe that provided my heel with lots of cushioning and NO motion control. This shoe is great. It's light weight, has great arch support and good heel cushioning. The heel is not squishy though, which I think is good because I find that very soft heels feel good at first but usually break down fast. I actually really like the asymmetrical lacing; it seems to support my foot better and keeps me from under-pronating. I usually take a 7.5 wide in everyday shoes, but I went with an 8 wide for this shoe, based on other reviews. Very glad I did, they fit perfectly. I've been wearing these on my long walks for a month now and my feet feel great. And Zappos was great, good price and fast shipping. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Love these running shoes. I keep buying the same ones every year. They have an extra layer of cushioning which feels good if you run outside on the street.

I love this shoe. It is my fourth pair! They are light, comfortable and very breathable. They support my feet nicely and the colors are great too. I recommend this shoe for anyone with a normal foot strike!

I have been an Asics girl for many years. I have a slightly odd foot; super high arches, wide fore-foot with a narrow heel. These shoes address all of these problems for me. The Gel-nimbus has a more "cushy" feel than some of the other styles and as I get older I appreciate the extra comfort.

I've bought these shoes twice now, I've never had a more comfortable, durable tennis shoe. They make me feel like I'm running on pillows!

I can't say enough about Zappos service! Had them the next day as promised. These shoes fit like a glove, I might have to order another pair to have on standby, as I wear them for work. Cheers, from the great white north!!

Love these shoes. Work 12 hour shifts in a hospital and am on my feet most of the time. These are so comfortable and help with many of the aches and pains I have previously experienced. I have high arches and these provide excellent support and cushioning. Hope to get a second pair soon! Would highly recommend!!

OMG!!! These have got to be the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I just started taking up running and thought my old shoes were good until I put these on; it really is like running on pillows. I really think these are worth the investment, not to mention they are a really nice looking shoe.

Love Them! I honestly feel like I can jump higher and run faster! I know it sounds crazy but they are so comfortable. I have always run in asics but these are by far the most comfortable!

Love the Asics walking shoe, used them the day I got them on a 2 mile walk with no blisters, a great walking shoe!

I love this shoe! It fits very true to size for me. They were even comfortable the first time I wore them. It gives lots of cushion and support which I need otherwise I have problems with my feet and ankles. I had been running in the Asics Gel Kayano and decided to try this shoe because I read it was a better shoe for under pronators like me. So far, I'm really impressed. I love Asics and won't run in anything else and I definitely would recommend this shoe!

Order regular size- fits as other Asics shoes I've worn Asics for the past 16 years- I started having foot pain with the birth of my son and needed to shell out $ for the best sneakers to give me the cushioning and arch support. I bought these before buying $350 custom orthodics. Glad I did- I can already feel relief in my knees, hips and feet. I would do your research before shelling out the $ for these shoes- not recommended for over pronators but for those of us with high arches and are supinators- these sneakers are great!

Great running shoes. I didn't even have to break them in. Very comfortable. Great support. My most favorite running shoes in a long time.

These are my fourth pair of Gel Nimbus running shoes. I have been an athlete my whole life and have never had a pair of shoes that feel so wonderful. I sometimes have trouble with running shoes, as they sometimes squeeze my feet. These are just roomy enough that I could run in them for hours. My favorite!

I recently purchased the Asis Ge-Nimbus 11 for my daughter-in-law, who is an avid runner. She absolutely loves them, the fit and the performance is outstanding. Out of the box, on her feet, out the door for a run she was very impressed. I was impressed with how quickly the order arrived from Zappos. As usual I waited until the last minute to order them, but just like the name implies ZAP, they arrived overnight, and I was the hero. Thanks Zappos for excellent service.

These shoes are amazingly comfortable. I am actually an over-pronator but find these shoes offer adequate support and stability. Like other reviewers, I noticed the offset shoelaces right away it's not a big deal but it is noticeable. I highly recommend Asics brand shoes in general and this pair specifically. (If you need a trail runner, check out the Gel Trabuco 12 G-TX with Gore-Tex.love them! I wore them running at the coast and my feet were dry and comfortable!)

I've been running in the Asics Gel-Nimbus for years. They have great cushioning, but are still light weight. I average 20-30 miles per week and they hold up very well over time. My feet never hurt! Hope Asics never quits making the Nimbus!

Would definitely recommend these shoes. Love the style and the color is great!

Love this shoe ! Trained and walked in the Philadelphia 2009 Half Marathon in these with no problems. Now training to walk/run in another marathon in April and putting the shoe to a running test - again with great success. Loved the Zappos service - website is easy to use and products ship quickly.

Excellent shoe. It breathes so well I can actually feel the air circulating around my foot while I run outside! It is comfortable and durable. I LOVE THIS SHOE! I’m buying more next week, it will be my third pair!
