I love this jacket. The magenta color is gorgeous. I am a size 12 and ordered the medium which fits great. The down sweater is so warm and cozy.

I love it! I am in between sizes so I went with the larger one (L). IT is light weight and warm enough (for this unseasonably warm winter). On colder days I layer a fleece sweater underneath and that's warm enough (and good thing I went with the larger size). Size: great fit. I tried on similar styles (at old navy, h&m) but obviously the fit of the Patagonia is much better. Value: worth it, it will last a long time.

Wonderfully warm and lightweight jacket. The bitter chocolate color is almost more merlot colored -- not what I expected.

I have this jacket in a few different colors from years past and wanted to buy a red one this year to add to my collection. Why do they have an accent color? I would love all red or all orange (not too crazy bright) but the addition of the accent color makes it look like an imitation Patagonia from a discount store. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for next year. BTW, I wear these jackets/sweaters on cool summer nights as well as in the winter.

I am usually a huge fan of Patagonia, this jacket was the exception. Weird fit. Super long arms, not fitted around the waist. I am 5'3, 112lbs, and ordered the xs and it was too big, but in strange places. So I ordered the Marmot jena jacket & love it! It's perfect, just what I was looking for!

I do not love this jacket. It fits like a sack, short and wide, and is not much warmer over the Nano Puff, which is a great looking piece. I just cannot rationalize keeping it over the Nano Puff. I have several North Face down jackets and coats and they are warmer. Perhaps a down jacket cannot help but look bulky but that is not what I want in a light sweater. All the bulky disadvantage of down and not much in the way of down warmth.

I am returning this coat. It is the perfect weight and fit, but the white is translucent, so that you can see the grey feathers. It looks dirty and old. I am so sad, as I was really looking forward to this jacket.

This jacket is the best. Stylish and sporty, great for a hike or your commute into work. And the perfect jacket to take to a concert on a winter night -- skip the coat check -- this one can squish down into your purse.

Fantastic. A staple in my closet and for when I travel. Packs into nothing. Looks great in the city for a night out with jeans and heels and great on the trails.

This is the best coat ever. It is lightweight and easy to wear and pack along for travel. It's also very warm and easily survives the blustery and cold Minnesota winters with temperatures down below 0 degrees! I am 5' 9'' and weigh 140 pounds and the small fits perfectly.

I bought this coat for my 16 year old daughter. She loves it - very warm but very light and stylish too. The color is beautiful too. It has been a great coat for this polar vortex winter!

Great fit! I am 5'4", 145 pounds. This has a nice, fitted look to it so it's stylish - but it's not too fitted, there's a little room so you feel comfortable in it and could wear a thick sweater underneath. Really keeps you warm, but not constricting at all. So soft! The sleeve length is good too. If you're about my size and deciding between this one and the Nano Puff, go with this one. The Nano Puff jacket is very fitted, and the sleeves are almost freakishly long. I ordered them both to compare. Nano Puff would be better for someone a little slimmer and a little taller - it is a very cute jacket! This down sweater is cute and stylish too though.

I purchased this jacket for my wife for Christmas and she really loves it. It looks great and is super comfortable. In fact she has worn it almost every day since she got it. I must say it looks great on her. She has a nice derriere and the jacket really accentuates it.

LOVE LOVE LOVE, so glad i ordered this jacket. First off, what everyone needs to be aware of is that this is NOT a winter jacket that you will wear when it's 10 degrees outside. The word "sweater" is in the description, so it is very light and the fit is SUPPOSE to be somewhat sweater-ish, not big winter jacket-ish. Order your normal size, do not go up or down. If you wear this as it's intended, w/either a light sweater or long-sleeve tshirt underneath, your normal size should suffice. There is also a drawstring cord at the bottom to give this jacket a more fitted look. I am a size 4, ordered the small, it's perfect.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas without any hints from her. She absolutely loves it! When it arrived, i thought it was too light and didn't seam like much, however it is really warm and has a contour fit. She has received many compliments on the jacket and is constantly asked where she got it. Everyone's response is "I didn't know Zappos.com had that sort of thing".

These fit true to size, maybe a little extra room which is good to wear things under. It is unbelievable how warm this jacket is for the weight. I love the color, it is more vibrant than shown in the picture.

Patagonia down sweater. Absolutely love the black. This is my second jacket like this. Wish I could afford one in every color. Really good fit and warm.

I love this jacket! It is light as air, nicely shaped and not boxy. Perfect for traveling and works in both Seattle and cool nights in Scottsdale. The color is great, neutral and it works great with an assortment of scarves.

I am a size 8-10 and I bought the L. It is a little big but, I wanted to make sure I could wear a thick sweater or blazer underneath. Which I can very comfortably. If I wanted a more fitted look and wore no layers, then I would've gone with the medium. I got the red it is fabulous! It keeps you warm but not overheated. Awesome jacket! The fit is great I don't look heavy wearing all of my layers. I can't wait until it gets colder so I can wear it more often!

Love this jacket for the material, weight and Patagonia company that uses good labor and eco practices. But, a bit boxy for me even with the draw cord hem - just too short in the hem I think. Size small worked other wise and I am 5'6", 125 #. I tried on many light down jackets including the Marmot Jena (good in all respects except the fabric not a soft and pliable as Patagonia or Mountain Hardwear) I bought Mountain Hardwear Nitrous in Sm. It is fitted, but longer in the hem, soft material too. Who would think buying something could take so much work - we just have so many choices - too many probably.

I have been a Zappos customer for many years. I am petite with a small shoe size and getting clothes and shoes to fit has never been a problem when shopping at Zappos. I now have two down sweaters because my first one is so easy to wash and care for while being warm and light. Service is top notch at Zappos.

I love my Patagonia Down Sweater. It fits great, is very comfortable and warm. I would buy another on in a heartbeat. I have been looking for a down sweater coat for a long time and when I saw this coat I snapped it up. I couldn't be happier.

I love this jacket. It is super lightweight and keeps you pretty cozy even when the temperature is in the 30's and it is easy to wear as a layering piece. I got the bright orange and have gotten loads of compliments on it. Living in New York City I feel safer wearing in on my bike, crossing streets and even wear it horse back riding.

When I ordered this jacket I thought, like I need another jacket! But I have to say this jacket is perfect, especially if you live by the ocean in southern California as I do. This jacket is very warm, very lightweight - no bulk, and has a cute fitted style. Seems true to size also. I say give it a go and if you don't like it, returns are easy - the beauty of dealing with Zappos!
