This purchase couldn't have been easier, much easier than going to the mall iF you know your exact size and the style you want. Product arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Size was perfect. No complaints, and lots of satisfaction.

My husband has very wide feet due to bunions. He's on his feet all day at work in a manufacturing plant. He loves these shoes. And finding a shoe he loves is near impossible. We've tried so many different brands that I have lost count. We've tried shoes in the 30 dollar range and shoes in the 130 dollar range. He loves these. He does wear through them quickly due to being on his feet all day at work, and due to the bunions. But he is very happy with these shoes and has gone back for seconds. Very pleased with these shoes.

I pick these shoes because they came in an extra wide size. I work on my feet for up to 12 hours moving furniture some days and my feet never get sore. Great shoes!

These shoes are very comfortable. I use them for running and walking on the treadmill and they feel great on the feet.

I work for a catering company in the Napa Valley. Our venues can be sleek wineries, vineyards, fields or private homes. These shoes are stable, comfortable and will be the shoe I buy if/when the pair I have now wears out. Every pair of New Balance I have owned-from my running days until have always been my best shoe.

One of the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. They look great and I sue them to work in on concrete floors. The only problem I can find is the shoe laces are a size to long and makes it hard to keep them tied. But I have noticed that all shoes are the same. I wonder why?

New Balance has been my choice for years since I have a wide and thick foot. I like the simple style and the shoes wear very well.

This walking shoe has proven to be excellent for me. I measured my feet using the method provided by Zappos. Found that my right foot was a 16 and my left foot a 15 and a half. Found my width as 4E with thick George Foreman socks. So, that is what I ordered and the shoes fit well and walked very well right out of the box with the New Balance provided insoles. Now, I have some minor foot drop thanks to spine surgery. These shoes provided a soft landing of the sole after my heel strikes the ground. Great for sidewalks or trails. Nice design that balances length with height so the Size 16 does not look like a clown shoe. Stylish and comfortable. No complaints.

I ordered the same shoe that I currently wear - but it is smaller. Don't think my foot has grown, but I would like the next half size larger.

These shoes are well built and comfortable. I have added my own arch support. I am a bit annoyed at the excessive length of the shoestrings. I have to double tie them.

I tend to have better luck with men's shoes. I previously bought this shoe in brown and liked it so well, I bought a white pair also. Both are men's 9W. I am on my feet 8 hour/days. I am a heavy person with high arches and walk on the outside of my feet. Would recommend this shoe. The delivery man complimented Zappos and their return policy.

These shoes are really comfortable and look great. They are easy to clean up and keep looking good. They were a great bargain also with the free shipping.

Even though I wasn't sure that the size I ordered would fit me, I had the assurance that I could return them at no cost to me for a different size if needed. It's plain and simple; I have wide feet. While there are many stores in the area catering to larger sizes and widths, they often come with a premium charge along with not being actually in the store. I choose Zappos because I can most often get the size and width I need with quick, free shipping along with a great price.

I was desperate when I couldn't find a size larger than a 13 for my 15 year old son. I went to multiple stores with no luck when I turned to Zappos. Great sneaker, one of my favorites. Very good fit, just the right play. Very true to size and nice area for the toes, not crammed together. Price can't be beat. Considering buying a second pair in another color.
