This is my husband's 4th pair of these shoes and he would recommend these to everybody. They fit true to size, feel great and are worn 12 hours a day on concrete...this last pair finally wore out after 1 1/2 years of daily wear in all kinds of terrain and situations imaginable. Best shoe on the market for comfort and wear. The best thing New Balance can do to improve this product for someone with my size shoe is make them free!

Supremely comfortable. I wear a size 12 4E (sometimes a 2E will work) and have high arches. These shoes fit perfectly right out of the box and I can comfortably wear my orthotics without removing the insole. Very happy with New Balance in general and these do not disappoint.

Excellent! I bought these after being diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis, my doctor told me he recommends nothing but New Balance. I chose these because I needed a plain sneaker look for work, and after 12 hours on hard hospital floors I can't tell you what a difference they made. My heel pain is almost gone and I have excellent support. Highly endorse these.

This is one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn, but the bottoms started to come apart and separate after a few months. May have been due to getting wet a little too much.

I love these shoes. They fit perfectly and are the most comfortable shoes for me. I bought them to do Nordic Ski Walking and they seem to be perfect for me. Shoe brands differ and it takes a while to find which brand is right for you. I found that New Balance are the best design for the way my feet work.

Great shoe from New Balance as always. Appreciate the accurate pictures from Zappos as they allow me to figure out which shoe number has been assigned to the latest production run. Have been buying this shoe now for three generations/numbers and know that if what I get has changed that I can always return under Zappos liberal return policy.

Birthday gift for my brother. He said they fit true to size [purchased 10.5 E] & are comfortable immediately. A good value for a basic shoe.

This is a nice comfortable shoe, that holds up well to city walking. It looks dressy enough to wear in casual work environments. This is a good shoe.

With just 7 months of normal use, ie, no running, exercising, etc, this shoe completely fell apart. The rubber soles on the backs are flapping around because they became unglued and the left tongue ripped out of its base. I am very disappointed in this shoe and would not recommend it to anyone. I have owned several New Balance shoes and will continue to use them but this was truly a bad shoe.

These sneakers are fantastic. Comfortable right out of the box. Highly recommend.

I bought a pair a few years ago. When they were worn out, I did not hesitate to buy another pair.

I love this shoe. This is my 3rd pair. Like most guys I just put shoes on my feet and wear them until they wear out. I get about 12 months out of these wearing them all day every day. Other shoes get holes or crack through the bottom. These just mash down the support until they are uncomfortable over a years time. They stay looking pretty good for a year too. Well made, durable and comfortable.

These shoes are great. NB always fit the way they advertise. I only buy NB and because I have size 15 4E I have only been buying from Zappos for over two years now.

If you have a need for wider shoes then New Balance is the way to go. Good shoes at a very reasonable price. This is probably my 4th or 5th pair of New Balance; consistent fit and durability.

If you're looking for comfort, this brand is it. Lightweight, excellent support. I wear steel toes at work; after work these help for swollen, tired legs. Won't go without them. Zappos is the best for online shopping, it was like I just went to the store, the shipping is that fast, Thanks guys.

Very comfortable, quality feel. Great heel and arch support. I used mainly for walking and I am not disappointed. I also like how the shoe feels more secure on my foot and does not slip on my heel like other brands. Looks great with blue jeans.

The web sight is very user friendly. The variety and selection are readily available. The merchandise that I had purchased was delivered in advance of expected time. No shipping cost is a plus for me. I would highly recommend Zappos for any purchases.

I ordered this shoe for my boyfriend for Valentine's. He had these cheap sneakers he bought from Walmart that made his feet sweat. I ordered this one because one reviewer said her husband loved this shoe so much that he's on his fourth pair.

I need a wide shoe to properly fit my feet and the EE width is great. These shoes are really a good fit. There is adequate width in the toe box and they have felt very comfortable right out of the box. I have tried a number of different shoes from different manufacturers and found these to be one of the best fitting shoes at a very reasonable price. The only negative (and this is a minor point) is that the leather is a little stiff at the start. However, the longer I wear these shoes the better they feel. I would recommend these shoes to anyone looking for comfort at a reasonable price. And Zappos has been a great company to work with as I tried different shoes until I found the just the right fit.

I bought these shoes for my husband because the ones I recently bought for him, Nike Air Monarch IV, were so ridiculously noisy whilst walking that he was embarrassed to wear them. It was like a frog chorus as he walked around the corridors at work. So those are now relegated to being used for running and he's wearing these shoes for everything else. They're very comfortable, they look good enough to wear them for semi formal occasions and they seem well made. I'm hoping that they don't split away from the sole like his old Nike's did. I've already bought him a second, spare, pair because I've learned the hard way that when you find something good you should buy several of it before it's no longer available!

Zappos' service is terrific. These shoes are a perfect fit, but they were out of stock. We put the shoes on Zappos list and in a week or so, the shoes were here! Thanks, Zappos for another example of your special services. And the shoes fit perfectly!

These are very comfortable shoes. They provide good support and are warm on my feet even in winter. They are light-weight. I ordered a wide and found them acceptable, but slightly narrower than I had hoped.

They fit. Right out of the box a perfect fit. I have a short wide foot so shoes are tough to come by. I wear a 7.5 wide so usually I have to go to an 8 but then they never quite fit right. They are warm too which is what I need for winter.

This is a very comfortable shoe much in the style of a gym shoe with styling that I can wear as dress shoe to work.

I love my NB tennis shoes and go through many of them. I need black walking sneakers for work, but could never find a pair of NB that feels great (like my NB tennis shoes). Zappos lists the last number of shoes, which is based on the shape of a certain foot shape and may be different for different models of shoes. I noticed this pair MX608V2 has the same last MX-001 as my comfortable tennis shoes. Sure, they fit perfectly for me. I had to return my other black NB walking shoes to Zappos because they have a different last and just don't feel right. Thanks to Zappos for listing the last which other vendors don't do.
