I have been buying the 608 for years because they are simply the most comfortable and supportive sneakers I\'ve owned. This new model is excellent as well, but I think they are a little wider than the original. Zappos was perfect as usual.

I like the toe box space, the surefooted sole and the right amount of cushioning for me.

I have a hard time buying shoes that fit my needs. I am on my feet a great deal of time and a good portion of that time I am on a unforgiving concrete surface at my PT job with the Home Depot. I suffer with sciatica and I needed something comfortable that could breathe and could be worn in a casual environment. I reached out to Zappos and found a pair of New Balance shoes that have delivered since I received them. I am pleased and would certainly recommend them to others and purchase again from Zappos and buy the New Balance product.

These were a replacement for a defective pair I was sent and while I dixn\'t get a refund for the previous (used shoes!) pair I was sent, they did give me $25 credit toward another pair. I ordered the new shoes and 2 days later they were on my porch. Pretty good customer service and excellent at getting my order ASAP.

Great shoes at a great price. I have terribly flat feet and always have foot pain with most shoes. These new walking shoes help that problem and I can have them on longer than other shoes I have worn.

My husband referees basketball and loves these shoes. We usually order a new pair each year at the beginning of the season. I highly recommend them.

This is my first pair of NB and I gotta say i'm pretty impressed. They are incredibly well built, very comfortable and supportive throughout the foot. Essentially they are designed as a walking shoe, although I also use them for aerobic training and they work great with great support on the side of the shoe. So, for example, when you do jumping jacks, your foot doesn't slide in the shoe to the side, like it would with a running shoe. I mainly use them for work and I'm on my feet quite a bit throughout the day and they perform perfectly. I've had a similar Reebok walking shoe and they were definitely not as well built, as supportive, or comfortable as these. The Reeboks were considerably less expensive than these NB, which is most likely why there was a big difference in the comfort. However in my opinion when it comes to good footwear you really get what you pay for so I don't mind spending more for a good pair of shoes that are comfortable, supportive, and will last. You depend on your feet, so they deserve a good pair of quality shoes

VIP service is great; next day the shoes were here. The New Balance shoes are similar to what I had before and they have not disappointed me. The fit is what I expected and they were comfortable from the first time I put them on.

I have bought many pairs of shoes from Zappos and I love the convenience and prompt delivery. The New Balance trainers I bought were exactly what I wanted and they fit perfectly.

I ordered these shoes at 7:00 p.m. and received them at my door at 1:00 p.m. the next day. That was fast. The shoes are great and exactly what I wanted and cheaper than our local retailer who did not have the color I wanted in stock. I am very satisfied and this was the second purchase that I have made from your company in six years. It will not be my last.

When New Balance 608\'s became hard to find, I turned to Zappo\'s to see what they had as a substitute worth trying. The V2 608\'s are similar to the first version, and are very comfortable. I find they are slightly wider than the originals, so I could have gone a size narrower. LOOOOOONG shoestrings too, which in my opinion is a big plus. I have never found any shoe that is as comfortable and long-lasting as the 608\'s were, and time will tell on these. Had them about a month and all\'s well so far. By the way, Zappo\'s ships FAST! With standard shipping, I had these the morning after I ordered them the evening before. Don\'t know how they did it!
