I really like everything about these shoes, except that they're falling apart after only a few months. The rubber sole on both shoes is pulling away from the heel -- looks like a design problem, perhaps, but it's very disappointing.

Great quality and comfort. I have really wide feet and sometimes wide shoes don't cut. This shoe fits great. Very comfortable and supportive.

I have bought these shoes over and over for years. Though several minor design changes, they have remained very high quality and very comfortable.

What a great shoe! I walk all day in a retail store environment on concrete and these shoes give me all the comfort I need. I have high arches and the support is great!

My husband loves these shoes. They're comfortable and have a simple (exterior) design...no crazy colors. He has what I lovingly refer to as Fred Flintstone feet and these shoes are wide enough (4E) to accommodate his feet. We have ordered these shoes repeatedly. I hope NB doesn't stop making them.

Bought these for my husband, who is always a difficult fit, and he loves them! Very comfy and he wears a 12 EE. Hoping to order another pair.

I bought these for my 84 year old Dad. He does a lot of yard work, and wears sneakers every day. He chose these out of 3 pairs I bought him (others were Brooks and another NB pair that had high ratings). He especially likes that they have good traction and tread on the sole. A lot of the cross trainers and sneakers older folks wear do not have great tread, which worries me, so I'm glad these worked for him. He also has sensitive feet and skin, and said these don't pinch or rub. He wears a wide, despite not having very wide feet. He also likes that they're not 100% white, and have the blue detail. He thinks 100% look like old people shoes.

So far very impressed with this shoe. Great to find EE width and very comfortable. I would buy this shoe again. Zappos is the best for customer service.

This is an excellent shoe. It stays amazingly clean and wears very well. It is a change from the standard white athletic shoe with all the comfort and performance of an athletic shoe. I have worn them for over six months and they are great every day shoes.

Of all the shoes I've worn, this one beats all else. No pain, just cozy comfort. Its like wearing custom made shoes just for me. Thanks Zappos for carrying my size.

I love these shoes! They are the typical wonderfully fitting and feeling New Balance Classic Sneaker! I always have two pairs of these great shoes around. A clean pair to wear out and about and the aged older pair that become my knock-around beaters. When my clean pair get dirty, they become my knock-around pair, and a new clean pair are ordered.

These shoes fit tight as compared to the New Balance MX 623, so I am returning them and keeping the MX 623.

Very comfortable shoes. I've had the MX608 model before and decided to try the MX608V2 model and it fits very well. New Balance shoes seem to always fit me well.

These shoes are wonderful! I have a lot of problems with my feet. These shoes felt wonderful the first time I put them on, and thereafter. I am planning on ordering these shoes again when this pair wears out.

Buying shoes has always been a hassle because I wear 4E. If I find something that fits, it is usually ugly. When I found out about Zappos, I was hesitant to try a mail order approach. The free shipping back if they didn't fit convinced me it was worth a try. I was amazed. I found good looking shoes that fit and never had to send anything back. No more shoe stores for me! Wow -- these are my new favorite shoes. Sort of a cross between a boot and a sneaker, perfect for long walks on the old sidewalks of Savannah. I'm sure I'll be getting another pair.

I work on the trading floor and spend about half my day on my feet, so any footwear tends to quickly wear out no matter what the brand or style. These shoes are snug without being tight. They have a firm feel when worn, even with a cushy interior. I use custom arch supports for high arches and they fit without disrupting the feel or fit of the shoe, which is rare when using orthotics. My only complaint is that the shoe gets too warm, even when worn with thin socks.

Been wearing New Balance forever, still great style & comfort. Zappos is the best online shoe store ever.

They fit comfortably. My last pair became my shoe favorite for the past three years. I use arch supports so the shoe support became irrelevant.
