These are the best! Completely comfortable right out of the box, no break in needed. I have a wide foot with a high instep and I use an orthotic and they fit great. I had a pair of 926\'s that lasted a couple of years and I chose to replace them with this one. Same great shoe.

Perfect customer service from Zappos, as always. I ordered the shoes at lunch on Monday and they were on my doorstep when I got home from work on Tuesday. The shoes are working well for me. I have planter fasciitus in my left foot and the shoes make for comfortable walking. I walk 4-10 miles a week. I use orthotics in the shoes rather than rely on their own arch.

I have had this shoe for two weeks. I wear it every day including to work. It is the best shoe I have ever had. I did pull out the removable insole and inserted a NB Orthotic (walking). This combination has helped my 10 years plus of plantar fasciitis. Not a cure but helped as much as the many things I have tried including 3 pairs of expensive orthotics, surgery, shots, ESWT, etc. I wear the shoe with a Thorlo (thin) sock. I am about to order a second pair so I can switch daily. I purchased the gray which goes with about anything except a suit.

Nice shoe. Thought they were a little grandpa at first, but now I really dig the brown color. Very comfortable to walk in all day. I wear them to work and love them.

I have ordered several shoes from Zappos. Those shoes that did not fit properly were returned at no cost, which is an excellent feature for doing business with them. The New Balance 927 I kept was of excellent fit and quality and the delivery was astonishingly quick. My husband liked mine so much that he ordered a pair for himself. He felt that they were a little tight in the width.

The only "sneakers" that I have worn for years have been NBs. For dress and work it has been ECCOs. Decided to try the MW927 for in between, working at a home office. I have not been disappointed. They were very comfortable from the beginning, requiring no break-in. In brown they are "dressy" enough to look good with khakis and a sport shirt. I am now using Superfeet (blue) inserts with all of my footwear, but that is a very recent development associated with a bout of plantar fasciitis, seeming addressed by the inserts. Will likely buy another pair in black.

Very comfortable, very nice shoes. I don't know what I would do without New Balance! Zappos is a great source for NB shoes. They are very pleasant to deal with, super fast shipping. I will order from them again.

I ordered the brown and I really like the comfort these offer. I recommend that you have your feet measured before you order. You may have been a size 10D for the past 10 years...but your nose...ears...and FEET continue to grow as long as you live...True! I had grown by a 1/2 size...so this is important. You will enjoy these shoes...comfort is nice...construction is excellent...a good value for the money. If you need an insert...you can remove the insert that comes with it and insert your own! I only wish they were waterproof...but maybe there will be a new model with that feature.

Wear these daily in my trek around the dental office and the neighborhood. I have found them to be very comfortable and easily accomodate custom sport orthotics that I have. I have been a fan of New Balance for years...and leave it up to Zappos to get them to me blazing fast!!

Can't beat Zappos' service. I am very hard to fit. I have a narrow heel and wide toes. Average widths cramp by feet. Because Zappos tells you last info (on many shoes), you can more easily find a good fit. This uses SL-2 last made exactly for my shape foot. Heel is snug but there's ample room in the box. Most comfortable shoe I've ever had. Yes, they are sneakers, but since they're all black they're inconspicuous and can be worn for leisure or business casual. I need heel lifts for tendon issues and they fit easily. If you have "normal" feet these probably won't work, but for me they're perfect. I keep a spare pair in case I need back up.

I bought these shoes for my husband who has the flattest feet on the planet and, thus, serious over-pronation issues. He now wears these shoes all-day long and his foot pain has stopped. They fit true to size and are very comfortable, offering great support for his difficult-to-satisfy feet.

I bought these shoes for my husband several months ago, and he wears them every day. We go on 6 mile walks, and walk around amusement parks, and he never has any issues. He has an old army injury that has a tendency to flare up if we walk long distances in anything else. These are a great buy.

I have been buying the NB 927 and similar NB SL-2 lasted shoes for several years now. These are the only shoes that I can find that correctly fit my extra wide feet (6E). It's not only the width that matters, the last is important too. I will probably wear these shoes 95% percent of the time that I wear shoes and they usually last a couple of years. Of course you can't beat Zappos for service, speed, or price.

Zappo’s service was impeccable as usual. The New Balance 927s are even better than expected. They feel like house slippers to my feet. The support and cushioning is apparent from the first step. My brother’s podiatrist recommended these shoes to him.

I give these shoes two thumbs up. First off, let me say that I had to order them a little bigger than my normal shoe size. I normally wear a 10.5 D (Regular) and I ended up finding that the 11.5 D size for this shoe fit very well. So my experience with NB is go a size up because they ran a full size small for me. I am 6', 220 lbs., 70 y/o, and I suffer from bunions, calluses, poor circulation. I bought these shoes to walk on my treadmill a few miles a day, a few times a week. I find them very comfortable, very supportive, and not too heavy. They are an excellent walking shoe. Plus, they look good with jeans or dress clothes. I highly recommend this shoe.

Having recently been diagnosed with having plantar fasciitis in my left foot, I wanted to find a shoe that would support my high arches and cushion my heels. These shoes offer that support and cushioning, and felt good right out of the box. Shipping was excellent!! They were here in one day!! I do have to say that these shoes don't feel quite as good as my Asics Gel Kayanos, which offer very good support and cushioning but were more expensive.

We have purchased this shoe several times before this. It’s a very durable, supportive, and comfortable shoe for both walking and standing for long periods on concrete floors.

I am on my feet all day, up and down, all around. I work 12+ hours when I work a shift. I am a heavy guy at 280 pounds and put some strain on my feet and legs. When I get home, my feet throb and my calves are just sore. Not any more! These shoes rock. I have bought 3 pair now, all EE width. My feet don't hurt anymore, nor do my legs. It's pretty incredible and I'm quite happy.

The shoe is just as advertised, good looking and very comfortable. I've had them for several weeks now and wear them everyday and as of this point they do not hurt my feet and ARE very comfortable. This is my new brand of everyday shoes now, used to I would never look at any other brand when purchasing new ones. I would recommend them to anyone whose feet hurt. In fact I WILL be ordering another pair for future use.

I started working in a warehouse box retailer, and my feet were killing me. I tried another brand recommended by a fellow worker and they were better than what I had, but still had plenty of pain. An other fella recommended New Balance, so I got the ones with the highest heel and oversized them to put in an insert. WOW, immediate relief .... Highly recommended!

I have always had problems finding a comfortable shoe, especially now that I\'m older. These shoes do the job quite well. I have a high arch and always need to add an arch insert to the shoes. Other than that the shoes are very comfortable.

I bought these for my husband, who has multiple ankle issues since being in the military. I initially bought them in a 4E, which was too narrow. I traded them in for a 6E, which was perfect. I love Zappos. The customer service was outstanding, as always!

I had heard of Zappos, and tried them, as I have a difficult time finding shoes that fit. I received my first pair of New Balance shoes and liked them so much, I ordered two more pairs. They arrived at my home within 48 hours. I could not believe the promptness of the service, and I love the New Balance MW927 shoes. I got a white, brown, and black pair. Good job.

I put a lot of miles on my walking shoes. Consequently I buy a lot of walking shoes. I'm always pleasantly surprised by the level of service I receive from Zappos. They seem to make a practice of exceeding expectations.
